All these bad reviews…can t believe that this company doesn t transfer the funds or block any account for no reason…I opened an account on 11/09/2023 deposit £100 and play the slot Lord of Ocean and had 4 bonuses in 15 min and make £500 in 15 min,keep playing and lost everything,that s not the site to blame cause I didn t stop…anyway I ve done couple of more deposits up £1000 and won £4700 and withdraw it…the money came to my account second day without any issues and again my account it s fresh just opened it and still the money came second day,so how can other people say this company doesn t pay the money

these are thieves, they closed my account without returning the money… the reason was the vulgar language… it was caused by their frauds when betting where it was their fault. they took the money for the bet but they didn’t bet it but they didn’t give the money back… when I wrote with him they ignored it and after a long time when I got nervous they blocked me

Was dubious after reading the reviews but I have to say there have been no issues since joining. Great selection of slots available. I generally do tennis accumulator bets and maybe the number of tennis matches could improve but all main tournaments are available so can’t really complain. Withdrawal time was 24 hours from processing to payment back on to debit card. Not sure why all the negative reviews but been good for me so far.

This isn’t a scam site. I’ve played enough of them to know for over 15+ years. The choice of games is decent. I agree it’s hard to get hold of customer services, but withdrawals are as they state (providing they already have verified you). I waited less than 24 hours for withdrawal to be processed. All in all, I like this site

Decided to make a small deposit being mindful that there are so many Casino Scams right now….that was 3 days ago….I won a small amount and decided to make a withdrawal, just to see what will happen and was told by Heyspins that it will take 48 hours for processing…up until now, that withdrawal has not been sent back to my bank…SO THIS ONE IS ANOTHER SCAM….PLEASE AVOID THESE NEW CASINOS.

Very very bad experience ..I deposited around 94£ but no bonus at all ..All I get is a 20£..not even half of what I have put in..There are no bonuses no matter what ever game you play..I understand Casinos are not always about winning, but how is it possible that none of the game on your casino pays?

Amazing, please don’t listen to the bad reviews! As long as you are playing legitimately, you will have no problem. Deposited £50 in total and withdrew £2000, requested it at 9:30am it was sat in my bank by 1:30pm!!! Quickest withdrawal turn around on any site I’ve played. I do have to send In some documentation, which I’m gathering atm, but my withdrawal was not withheld. Fantastic service and a happy Tuesday to me!

I played on 21/07/23 won and withdraw my £44 to find I should recieve 43 as fees were taken and still not got my money now in august. It’s disgusting that they are treating customers this way and ripping them off. I want my money. It’s not there’s to take.

Won a small amount today. Withdrew no issues. Suddenly all my accounts are closed! “Due to self exclusion on another site” (a long time ago – can’t even remember when- and wasn’t enjoying it so closed it). Now months later I’ve been penalized for doing what I thought was the right thing and self excluding from a site that was not very good and wasn’t winning. Don’t bother there are better sites out there and ones that don’t charge a fee to deposit or withdraw. I know they’ll come back with responsible gambling – I was being responsible and closed one account a long time ago now blocked from all a year later – great one!

Have been playing too many casinos online, but there’s never charge you about to add deposit and withdrawal..I add £25 to see and this Heyspin was charge me 0.63 When I don’t want to play there charge me for £1 Really unfair..I would like to tell everyone have to be careful about this that’s all if this can be helpful for someone who’s looking to play online games..I would love to give them 0 stars then one star

This site is probably the worst site I have ever played on. The % must be the lowest ever!!!! Avoid those games that are tournament games the payout is absolutely 0 having calculated that 1 game in particular took hundreds and gave me absolutely nothing in comparison to what was wagered. The trouble is these sites cannot be monitored on what the % of payout is and I for one thinks that the gambling commission should take a closer look at this site. The ammount of bad reviews I have seen for this sire is dreadful. Facebook has also posted bad reviews. SO BEWARE..!!!!!! THIS SITE SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED. Used hey spin regularly then started getting timed out and could only a play a certain game on it which always was a high loss before payout.Contacted customer services who told me to keep trying to play it and admitted they had a technical fault.It continued to time me out so told them again I had now spent all the money I deposited but was not fully getting to play the slots and response was send a video I explained I had no money left to do that and was told come back later and try again.Didn’t look into the problem at all. Just wanted me to put more money on. You get charge to deposit 25p and a £1 charge to withdraw money.I’ve officially complained and closed my entire account and got no apology or a bonus for inconvenience….Do not use this site!

Avoid!!! Got a call from them. Started asking all kind of personal information, when I refused to state my employment. She decided restricting my account. That shouldn’t be your concern if I’m employed or not. Go and f#*# yourself.
