Thought I’d have to leave a review seems tho everyone is leaving negative. Sign up offer. Won the initial £10 bet. £15 free bet was credited straight after. Won that. Withdrew £124 it took 3 days to come. Absolutely no problems for me. Yes the website might be very glitchy and could do with a lot of work but overall good experience for me.

I went against all the bad reviews about highbet here on trustpilot. Don’t do what I did. I signed up to highbet a while ago because of their signup offer, which I wasnt awarded because I had received one from another bookie in their group. I then received an email about two months after with another offer of bet £20 and receive a £10 offer. Which I thought was fine because they had invited me to take part. Apparently it isn’t and when I went to chase up my free bet which was meant to awarded 24hrs after bet settlement via their live chat because it had been 48hrs, they disabled my account.

I’ve got to give credit to Highbet. After dealing with issues and bad experiences on other sites, I can really appreciate when things go smoothly. An absolute scam. Same story as many others, signed up with the promise of a free bet, ensured I followed the terms & conditions to the letter and I received nothing. I’ve now emailed 4 times and they don’t even have the decency to respond. Please ignore the clown who responds on here telling you to email the support address to get your issue resolved, it’s utterly pointless and you will just be ignored. Other than the free bet there is literally no reason to use this site. Abysmal odds, no bonuses (despite what they promise) and a fee to deposit. I must give my props to Highbet. I’ve had issues on other sites and bad experiences so I know what good looks like. The bonuses are not the best but the process to deposit and receive my Casino bonus was faultless. For a change I actually won something with it, I was unsure about the wagering requirements and CS helped me out. I was able to play through and withdraw some profit. I think Highbet are my new lucky rabbits foot!

When I went to use the free bets I was informed that they were no longer valid following a review of my account (on which there had been no further activity) and that I was not able to use them. Offered me a welcome bonus.After completing the qualifying bet requirements I had no bonus.I went on live chat, waited half an hour and was ignored.The next day they emailed me to say I had my £20 of free bets.When I tried to use them they didn’t work.When I went on live chat they said it’s because I signed up for Betregal – their sister company – six years ago.They also offered me another £5 free bet if I deposited £10, which I did – then I didn’t get the free bet.Also, every £10 you deposit costs 25p. the reviews on here are not a good representation of the experience on high bet i registered yesterday, placed qualifying bet, which won, went to chat, and was credited my welcome offer instantly, no fuss. i won off a free bet too and my withdrawal was in my account when I woke up today …. no documents requested….everything as advertised. it is annoying that the site logs you out constantly even if you are active, but apart from that, lots of markets, good odds, and fast withdrawals. most of the negative reviews are not about the service they are from angry people who didnt qualify for the offer or clearly didn’t stick within the terms.

Also went for the sign up, placed my bet and could not find the bonus, they said I should have opted in? Eventually got the bonus had a winner and tried to withdraw my money. There system would not allow me to withdraw all of it ( £30.17) only £30? If you’re “lucky” enough to get a bet in your best slip, it often rejects the bet anyway. Felt as if I needed to leave a positive review after my experience, especially after seeing this has some really awful reviews. And yes I’m a real person lol look at my profile been on this for years.I signed up after seeing the attractive bet £10 get £25 free bets (which is stated quite clearly is 5 x £5 free bets, which I actually quite like.) I opened the live chat on website, and straight away I was through to a human (love that they don’t try to make you talk to a stupid robot, they just put you through to a human straight away) and this lovely person fulfilled the bonus for me and I had my £25 free bets straight away.
