Opened a new account, deposited £100 , which left my bank immediately, however no money was ever credited to my account, spoke to hugh on live chat and they immediately closed my account and have kept my money, this are SCAMMERS and have been reported as such AVOID

Free bet sign up offer took over a week of messages to finally receive. As with others my account went to the review team. Received an email 2 weeks later to say my review was sorted, promotion awarded but my account is now restricted. Do not open an account with these cowboys. Welcome offer said bet 10 pounds and if lose receive a 20 pounds free bet. Well surprise surprise bet lost and they haven’t honoured the free bet. Customer service say same thing: currently with promotions team etc we will be in touch. If I was David Haye I’d be embarrassed to be associated with these numpties. Save yourself the hassle and don’t bother signing up with high bet. Wish I would have read the reviews prior to joining.

Please please please never use this site. The odds on their sport betting are at least 25% worse than any other site I have used. It is literally just arbitraging the other bookmakers.The customer service is non existent and they don’t respond to emails ever.To cap matters off I asked my account to be closed and balance of funds returned and they closed the account and kept my balance. I went against all the bad reviews about highbet here on trustpilot. Don’t do what I did. I signed up to highbet a while ago because of their signup offer, which I wasnt awarded because I had received one from another bookie in their group. I then received an email about two months after with another offer of bet £20 and receive a £10 offer. Which I thought was fine because they had invited me to take part. Apparently it isn’t and when I went to chase up my free bet which was meant to awarded 24hrs after bet settlement via their live chat because it had been 48hrs, they disabled my account.

An absolute scam. Same story as many others, signed up with the promise of a free bet, ensured I followed the terms & conditions to the letter and I received nothing. I’ve now emailed 4 times and they don’t even have the decency to respond. Please ignore the clown who responds on here telling you to email the support address to get your issue resolved, it’s utterly pointless and you will just be ignored. I must give my props to Highbet. I’ve had issues on other sites and bad experiences so I know what good looks like. The bonuses are not the best but the process to deposit and receive my Casino bonus was faultless. For a change I actually won something with it, I was unsure about the wagering requirements and CS helped me out. I was able to play through and withdraw some profit. I think Highbet are my new lucky rabbits foot!

If I could give less than one stars I would. Signed up and completed the welcome offer to get £25 in free bets. When I went to use the free bets I was informed that they were no longer valid following a review of my account (on which there had been no further activity) and that I was not able to use them. Offered me a welcome bonus.After completing the qualifying bet requirements I had no bonus.I went on live chat, waited half an hour and was ignored.The next day they emailed me to say I had my £20 of free bets.When I tried to use them they didn’t work.When I went on live chat they said it’s because I signed up for Betregal – their sister company – six years ago.They also offered me another £5 free bet if I deposited £10, which I did – then I didn’t get the free bet.Also, every £10 you deposit costs 25p. Which is a total scam. Their live chat person closed the box midway through the conversation.These people are utter cowboys. Avoid like the plague.
