Offered me a welcome bonus.After completing the qualifying bet requirements I had no bonus.I went on live chat, waited half an hour and was ignored.The next day they emailed me to say I had my £20 of free bets.When I tried to use them they didn’t work.When I went on live chat they said it’s because I signed up for Betregal – their sister company – six years ago.They also offered me another £5 free bet if I deposited £10, which I did – then I didn’t get the free bet.Also, every £10 you deposit costs 25p. Which is a total scam. Their live chat person closed the box midway through the conversation.These people are utter cowboys. Avoid like the plague.

the reviews on here are not a good representation of the experience on high bet i registered yesterday, placed qualifying bet, which won, went to chat, and was credited my welcome offer instantly, no fuss. i won off a free bet too and my withdrawal was in my account when I woke up today …. no documents requested….everything as advertised. it is annoying that the site logs you out constantly even if you are active, but apart from that, lots of markets, good odds, and fast withdrawals. most of the negative reviews are not about the service they are from angry people who didnt qualify for the offer or clearly didn’t stick within the terms.

They request documents on a withdrawal which is against the terms of the gambling commission that they have agreed to.Had to go to live chat to ask why the withdrawal wasn’t processed yet. Didn’t even get an email to ask for documents.Just avoid them.

Won my qualifying bet but they refused to give me the £25 in free bets because at some time in the past I’d apparently taken up a similar offer with one of their partner companies. Plus the website is absolutely abysmal. Do not use these scammers.

Also went for the sign up, placed my bet and could not find the bonus, they said I should have opted in? Eventually got the bonus had a winner and tried to withdraw my money. There system would not allow me to withdraw all of it ( £30.17) only £30? After much ranting got my money.They rob you when you deposit (charge me 3%) they rob you on prices, you can’t get SP on horses only they’re prices which are very shorter than other websites.All in all the worst experience I could ever wish for, not customer friendly and like others here, would avoid at all costs. Had to give one star but they weren’t worth that!!

Went for the sign up offer and won my bet. Waited untill next day and still hadn’t received the bonus. Contacted support and they wanted many documents and a selfie with my ID , which is much more than other sites. Still yet to get the bonus and seems like a big hassle. Additionally the site is very glitchy and it’s very hard to work out where everything is. Customer support is good which is the only bonus.

After fulfilling all criteria for the sign up offer, and having the free bets credited I have now been told that bonuses have been disabled on my account. They have refused to provide me a reason why, and were completely useless on the live chat. Customer service skills appear to be non existent at this company and I strongly advise you avoid at all costs.

The website may be the worst I’ve ever used. Nearly impossible to even try and place a bet as it refreshes on you ever 30 seconds on desktop and mobile. If you’re “lucky” enough to get a bet in your best slip, it often rejects the bet anyway. Absolute shambles.The one positive is the live chat is quick and helpful, bet even that doesn’t make up for how bad the website is to use.

My goodness where to start. The site is glitchy, when you accept a bonus you have to ask for it to be added on more than one occasion and the withdrawel system is awful. They ask you to verify yourself which was done 5 days ago and still they have my money. Avoid at all costs they are an awful site.

I have had 2 winning bets and company have been unwilling to pay out and it has now been 4 days – the bets are still showing as open. I have chatted online 6 times and been told it would be resolved and have also sent 10 emails without reply. To me this is fraud and I advise everyone to stay well away from this company.

Felt as if I needed to leave a positive review after my experience, especially after seeing this has some really awful reviews. And yes I’m a real person lol look at my profile been on this for years.I signed up after seeing the attractive bet £10 get £25 free bets (which is stated quite clearly is 5 x £5 free bets, which I actually quite like.) So I placed a £10 bet, making sure the odds were above 1/1 (2.0). Lucky for me my bet won. I placed a couple bets and cashed out some winnings. Next day at midday only 12 hours after I won the previous bet I logged on and saw I hadn’t got my £25 free bets. I opened the live chat on website, and straight away I was through to a human (love that they don’t try to make you talk to a stupid robot, they just put you through to a human straight away) and this lovely person fulfilled the bonus for me and I had my £25 free bets straight away. This is a great bookies. I’ve used all the big bookies but just like how this place operates! Also regarding cashout I had it in my bank in under 48 hours, and they didn’t ask me for any documents, also a big bonus as some bookies have asked for a load of personal info, which feels shady to pass over to some random peeps online lol.

Highbet provide an easy to use site. I have access to all my favourite football markets. They also have a huge choice of Slots which is good when I have some extra money to play in the casino. I got 5 £5 free bets when I joined, happy days!

I’ve requested 2 withdrawals and after a couple of days of not getting the payment, i got in touch with them.I was told my payment was late and i would be informed when the payment was processed.A couple days went by and nothing.Got in touch again and was told the exact same thing..After a week went by, got in touch for the third time, and now was surprised with an email requesting documents. I Immediately thought, ”oh that’s convenient you’re asking me this now after a whole week of not paying me” But nevertheless did what they asked.The first email asked for copy of credit card and picture of me holding it.Next day, another email asking for a picture of me holding my ID (bear in mind my ID was already verified months before when i joined the website)Next day… another email… asking THE EXACT SAME THING I’ve sent the day before… no reasoning behind the request.. basically a simple copy of the previous email…Next day… guess what? ANOTHER EMAIL!This time it said: ” We need or selfy with passport or a photo of your Driver’s license.” And i was like, what?? is this a joke?? And btw, great English guys, super professional.Anyway, sent that.On the same day, ANOTHER. BLOODY. EMAIL.It said the picture i’ve sent holding my ID was cropped..Ok.. after all these requests i went above and beyond to make sure they wouldn’t ask me anything again, so instead of just sending 1, i’ve sent them 2 different pictures of me holding 2 different IDs..Turns out the one with my passport was slightly cutoff at the bottom, even though all the information was in the picture.. BUT the picture with me holding my Driver’s license was absolutely perfect.. so surely they could go with that right??That’s when i realized the people that work at this website were doing these things completely out of spite, due to me complaining to them about the fact they were asking me for all of this and not paying me out..So now you ask, did i finally get my money?Nope. They have managed to crash my phone several times, then I can’t login for days at a time because all it says is ‘loading the highbet experience!’ But won’t let me login, it’s ridiculous. The highbet experience, funnily enough, is abysmal. Ontop of the phone situation if I login via any other device I can play a slot for 30 seconds or so then it boots me out to the Home Screen. Absolute shambles of a company.Opened an account in Sept 2023 and after winning a bet they close my account and tried to confiscate my funds, for no apparent reason.I had to go to IBAS in which then they decided not to contest the case and was finally paid March 2024, all for a measly 70 pounds.Stay far away, as you can see from the below reviews. They will be go under within the next few years

Scam of a betting site. Treat customers like criminals asking for photos of customers holding their ID and payment card. Don’t want to pay out. They’ll ask for photos of bank cards that are even long expired, and if you can’t provide that then you need to get a letter from your bank.AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Would be zero stars if I could!

Does the bookie understand that if getting hold of winnings is a very difficult task even similar to mission impossible, everything becomes meaningless to bettors. This bookie acted to a state not only exploited its position, my experience is that they abuse their customers. On requesting a withdrawal, they requested a picture of myself holding both the id and the credit card which I made the deposit, with all 4 corners of the card shown. I have ever experienced to hold the ID, what is the point of hold both? Highbet, if you don’t want to see people leaving your site with some money in the pocket, you may wind yourself down early, it is a waste of time to run the business, such bookie has no future.

I was allowed to deposit with a third party card, they told me to get the card holder to sign a bit of paper saying they allow me to use there card, so I did that and then they allowed me to continue using a third party card for there own gain. It’s obviously a breach of terms on their behalf because I could have been a money laundering person. They put money before uk licensed rules and show no duty of care to problematic/vulnerable gamblers.
