I’ve requested 2 withdrawals and after a couple of days of not getting the payment, i got in touch with them.I was told my payment was late and i would be informed when the payment was processed.A couple days went by and nothing.Got in touch again and was told the exact same thing..After a week went by, got in touch for the third time, and now was surprised with an email requesting documents. I Immediately thought, ”oh that’s convenient you’re asking me this now after a whole week of not paying me” But nevertheless did what they asked.The first email asked for copy of credit card and picture of me holding it.Next day, another email asking for a picture of me holding my ID (bear in mind my ID was already verified months before when i joined the website)Next day… another email… asking THE EXACT SAME THING I’ve sent the day before… no reasoning behind the request.. basically a simple copy of the previous email…Next day… guess what? ANOTHER EMAIL!This time it said: ” We need or selfy with passport or a photo of your Driver’s license.” And i was like, what?? is this a joke?? And btw, great English guys, super professional.Anyway, sent that.On the same day, ANOTHER. BLOODY. EMAIL.It said the picture i’ve sent holding my ID was cropped..Ok.. after all these requests i went above and beyond to make sure they wouldn’t ask me anything again, so instead of just sending 1, i’ve sent them 2 different pictures of me holding 2 different IDs..Turns out the one with my passport was slightly cutoff at the bottom, even though all the information was in the picture.. BUT the picture with me holding my Driver’s license was absolutely perfect.. so surely they could go with that right??That’s when i realized the people that work at this website were doing these things completely out of spite, due to me complaining to them about the fact they were asking me for all of this and not paying me out..So now you ask, did i finally get my money?Nope. Still waiting, while being treated like a mug.Shocking website.. absolutely shocking..

Absolute scumbags. Worst site imaginable, avoid like the plague. They have managed to crash my phone several times, then I can’t login for days at a time because all it says is ‘loading the highbet experience!’ But won’t let me login, it’s ridiculous. The highbet experience, funnily enough, is abysmal. Ontop of the phone situation if I login via any other device I can play a slot for 30 seconds or so then it boots me out to the Home Screen. If I could give less than 1 star I would. F YOU highbet absolute 🔔 🔚s. Scamming, scheming, scum.

Absolute shambles of a company.Opened an account in Sept 2023 and after winning a bet they close my account and tried to confiscate my funds, for no apparent reason.I had to go to IBAS in which then they decided not to contest the case and was finally paid March 2024, all for a measly 70 pounds.Stay far away, as you can see from the below reviews. They will be go under within the next few years

Scam of a betting site. Treat customers like criminals asking for photos of customers holding their ID and payment card. Don’t want to pay out. They’ll ask for photos of bank cards that are even long expired, and if you can’t provide that then you need to get a letter from your bank.AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Would be zero stars if I could!

Does the bookie understand that if getting hold of winnings is a very difficult task even similar to mission impossible, everything becomes meaningless to bettors. This bookie acted to a state not only exploited its position, my experience is that they abuse their customers. On requesting a withdrawal, they requested a picture of myself holding both the id and the credit card which I made the deposit, with all 4 corners of the card shown. I have ever experienced to hold the ID, what is the point of hold both? Highbet, if you don’t want to see people leaving your site with some money in the pocket, you may wind yourself down early, it is a waste of time to run the business, such bookie has no future.

Believe all the reviews! They are acting in very bad faith. They promise free bets which they never credit. Their ‘live chat’ boasts ‘we are responding currently in under one minute’, but I have never had a response after waiting hours! I am amazed that the Gambling Commission let these people get away with daylight robbery.

I was allowed to deposit with a third party card, they told me to get the card holder to sign a bit of paper saying they allow me to use there card, so I did that and then they allowed me to continue using a third party card for there own gain. It’s obviously a breach of terms on their behalf because I could have been a money laundering person. They put money before uk licensed rules and show no duty of care to problematic/vulnerable gamblers.

Wanted to withdraw winnings on the 18th. Still states pending, and live chat is completely useless. If I get congratulated for my winnings by them one more time I’m going to puke. I haven’t won anything as I haven’t actually got it. My advice would be to sign up with literally anyone else. Still haven’t been credited my free bet for signing up either but it seems pointless to expect to ever get it

Tbh ,had no problems with withdrawals .Where do I start odds are crap always lower than actual price ,charge for making a deposit. Give you free no wagering bets what won’t work . Online chat total joke ,you might as well make a complaint too your reflection in the mirror . Gave 1 star otherwise couldn’t write review ,it’s more -1 for customer satisfaction and enquiries. Well i got the welcome offer bet 10 get 15 and got offer for second deposit as well. I thought im good untill i cash out, been nearly 2 weeks now waiting for my money, one week they ask for documentation, i sent and got approved, waiting a week later they want my photo with documents. It’s like can you not ask everything at once. So don’t bother, unless you wanna wait weeks for your money

Casino and games on site play good quick verification and pretty quick payments if you have a win. The sports book is an absolute nightmare. I signed up about 6 weeks ago still haven’t been able to get a bet on the 🐎.5 times I have tried to get a bet on if you contact C’s they have no idea about betting type of bets staking etc they haven’t got a clue.So my advice leave sports book alone stick to casino or slots.

Betting Website full of lies and a team of apparent online assistants who are rude and ignore everything you say. Applied for the original sign up offer, bet £10 receive £15, they claimed once my bet had completed that this was not the offer, I snapped pictures and sent them the original offer and they ignored it then cut me off. This happened three times, I asked to speak with a manager however there doesn’t seem to be one 😂 stay away from this site!

Don’t bother registering with this betting company for their “Bet £10 and Get £15 free bet” offer because they don’t award it if you are already with their network. They don’t warn you of this when you register with them. Of course, they are happy to take you on as a customer and take your money!
