Wanted to withdraw winnings on the 18th. Still states pending, and live chat is completely useless. If I get congratulated for my winnings by them one more time I'm going to puke. I haven't won anything as I haven't actually got it. My advice would be to sign up with literally anyone else. Still haven't been credited my free bet for signing up either but it seems pointless to expect to ever get it

On of the worst betting site out there. False promotions to get you to make deposit. They charge you for deposit and the odds is one of the worst out there if not the worst .. customers service really bad .. Ii adviss to stay away from here. Strongly suggested

Tbh ,had no problems with withdrawals .Where do I start odds are crap always lower than actual price ,charge for making a deposit. Give you free no wagering bets what won't work . Online chat total joke ,you might as well make a complaint too your reflection in the mirror . Gave 1 star otherwise couldn't write review ,it's more -1 for customer satisfaction and enquiries. AVOID

Well i got the welcome offer bet 10 get 15 and got offer for second deposit as well. I thought im good untill i cash out, been nearly 2 weeks now waiting for my money, one week they ask for documentation, i sent and got approved, waiting a week later they want my photo with documents. It's like can you not ask everything at once. So don't bother, unless you wanna wait weeks for your money

Casino and games on site play good quick verification and pretty quick payments if you have a win. The sports book is an absolute nightmare. Betting Website full of lies and a team of apparent online assistants who are rude and ignore everything you say. Applied for the original sign up offer, bet £10 receive £15, they claimed once my bet had completed that this was not the offer, I snapped pictures and sent them the original offer and they ignored it then cut me off. This happened three times, I asked to speak with a manager however there doesn’t seem to be one 😂 stay away from this site!

Don't bother registering with this betting company for their "Bet £10 and Get £15 free bet" offer because they don't award it if you are already with their network. They don't warn you of this when you register with them. Of course, they are happy to take you on as a customer and take your money!
