After giving them a good review about customer service and fast withdrawal now I’d like to say the site has gone rubbish stopped winning not even enough to cover the bet you bet £2 spin 20p returns and in game bounces are none existent think I’m going find a better site to play

Signed up, deposited after deposit I was greeted with an account closure, spoke to customer service and apparently they deemed me as a risk.I use a few sites and I’ve never won over £200, I don’t deposit over £30 a week, I’m a fair user but apparently I’m a risk…….ok.So anyway requested my money back and still here waiting will update when received and the fact they closed my account for high risk I’m actually gobsmacked.Well move on and go use my trusted sites, I advise anyone not to use these little sister sites and stick to the big boys that actually have shops

They decided to restrict my account, which made it worthless. I was told a traders decision, whoever they are, with no appeal or discussion available, and no real explanation as to why I am restricted. On this basis I would advise anyone considering joining them not to. Free bets on their acca football insurance, you have to contact them, rather than being automatically done. Probably hoping that customers forget … A worthless generic response.. they will do nothing

After using the site and playing for a week or so, I contacted them asking for a limit increase as I was enjoying the games. They asked for personal information such as bank statements or payslips – I didn’t want to do this so I asked them to keep the limit as it is. They then suddenly did a “review of the account” and reduced my limit from the original £2,000 to £500.They did this out of pettiness all because I don’t want them seeing my personal information on my bank statements. These casinos are starting to take the p*** thinking they can just request these details as and when they please. I’ve closed my account and will just use other sites.

My withdrawal can’t be processed, no explanation as to why, have deposited and withdrawn numerous times with this casino. Have had an email to state they can’t reverse my withdrawal back to my account for 24hours. Never had to wait before it was always put back instantly.
