Only played slots was granted £1000 roll over deposit limit.They could not work out that I could deposit again today they said I had to wait till 7th October I told them no I only deposited £100 yesterday and not deposited since 6th August And guess what even after talking to a so called manager I deposited again this morning even though I was told over an over I could not till the 6th October Anyway lost my deposit this morning so closed account. Never win much anyway more in then out.Decided to cut my loses and get out

So I opened my account deposit and I was lucky enough to win I requested a withdrawal of £250 and as soon as I requested this deposit my account was unable to place any bets or spin any slots I was very nervous and concerned about this and I questioned the legitimacy of this site after I spoke to there support team for about a hour and going through some details with them my withdrawal was paided out and was in my account within a hour like I have stated I was very concerned and worried this was not a legitimate site and after I can confirm this is a legitimate site and I am very satisfied and I will be using this site from now on due to the way there support team conducted themselves and helped me out

Don’t understand the wager rules. Compared to hollywood SA, when you wage 10 rand and payout is 50 rand when you win you get back your 10 rand plus the winnings and make it 60rand. However that doesn’t seem to be case with hollywood uk. You still lose the wage even if your ticket win.

Well I won 5.4k and they gave it to me… took some work because PayPal was getting refused but managed to use Skrill and was transferred straight away. Was getting stressed because it was a lot of money. But the 24/7 online chat was helpful and assured me my account was verified and they will do everything they can to get my funds to me. Which they did. So yeah fair play.

Good honest company. Slots play well and fair. Good selection of sports to bet on. Fast withdrawals for wins. Downsides for me is that I find it impossible to place a betbuilder bet. Even tho it gives you the option to pick one, when I do it goes all wonky and does not me the option to place the bet. Also some of the slots can play slow.
