I tried to place a bet on 17 January and it limited my stake to around £1. I already had a restriction that would not let me win more than £150 on a single bet, which was fine but this new restriction meant I can no longer use HollywoodBets. Overall, I had only won just over £200 so not that much in my mind. I have not received any notifications about these restrictions and the challenge in trying to win a few quid has been taken away from me. I used your company, as I loved that you had BOG from the markets opening but this has now meant I have lost my account. I would appreciate some feedback, as to why my account has had a restriction placed on it. Thankyou.

Okay, where do I even start.Rewind me back 52 hours. I purchased an hollywoodbets voucher on 12/01/2025 @ Checkers, but when I tried to redeem it, there came up a error message stating that the pin is invalid. I then reached out to the “chat” section on the hollywoodbets website. They assisted me and told me that it would take 24 – 48 hours. I was not happy with that and asked to speak to a supervisor, which I did, and that supervisor was super apologetic and promised me that it would be resolved before the 24 hour mark has passed. 24 hours went past, still nothing and I had to log into the hollywoodbets website again in order for me to follow up on my MONEY and what’s busy happening to it. I spoke to extremely unhelpful agents that clearly cares more about closing off a ticket than to actually help the client resolve the matter.I then received a new ticket number, once again stating it would be resolved within 24 – 48 hours. Their reason for the new ticket number is ridiculous! I had to send them a screenshot of the error message after already having the error message in the chat. I then freaked out and asked to speak to a supervisor.And, no surprise at all, but the supervisor once again was extremely apologetic. (proof this happens regularly)She then told me that the I.T department that was going to load the credit on my account “MANUALLY” asked for the screenshot this morning 14/01/2025 09:00. She told me that she would follow up with them, and give me a call back shortly with an update. They’re officially closed and will only be opening tomorrow morning again and till this point of time I still have not received my credits, nor a response, nor a call back from the supervisor as promised. PLEASE BARE IN MIND THAT PURCHASING A HOLLYWOODBETS VOUCHER COULD LEAD TO A 24 – 48 HOUR DELAY. THATS IF YOU ARE ACTUALLY LUCKY ENOUGH TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK, ITS PATHETIC!!!Bunch thieves, I want my money back, you and your staff are an absolute disgrace. I had previously given a 4 star rating, but I’d like to give another lower one now. Out f the blue, without warning, my maximum bet allowed has dropped to tiny amounts. I went to place a £10 bet, and got a message saying the maximum allowed was a smaller amount. I don’t know why, I had previously been able to place whatever bet I had tried. I won’t be deposited ever again now, they just lost a customer!

Shockingly bad. Placed a £10 bet which I tried to stake. Was immediately told the maximum I could bet was £2.50!!!Poorly laid out website, slow to load, confusing bet slips and the live chat is so slow it might as well be renamed ‘dead chat!’ I wouldn’t bother. Stick to reputable sites instead – I certainly will be in future.

The reason this absolutely deplorable site has a high rating is because they flag most bad reviews to trustpolot asking for the customer to provide proof of their bad experience. Im many cases this is impossible, like how their app is made for people to find it almost impossible to talk to any customer service whatsoever or delete their account. So, I wrote a review about this absolutely deplorable site. The site itself got the review taken off but it was absolutely true. Hollywoodbets has no chat or customer service to speak of, if they do it’s impossible to find. Dirty sites do this so it’s hard for you to delete your account. This review will probably be removed too because they tell trustpolot they need evidence in the form of things that you cannot prove about a sites layout. They need payslips to see I’m losing. I didn’t even play. Trustpolot is stupid allowing them to do this. Ignoring the actual problems of a disgusting gambling site.This site is disgusting. Just like a casino with no windows and terrible carpet to keep you gambling. Get this taken off as untrue Hollywoodbets, but it is.Disgusting.

Deposited some money for the first time, money left bank account immediately but 23 hours later, I’m still waiting on the money to arrive on the betting account. Contacted support twice during that time, first time telling me I need to wait 24 hours – ok, contacted them again about 23 hours after deposit since all the games I wanted to bet on are starting soon but no – need to wait 24 hours for them to manually grant the deposit they can see that I’ve made..Amazing experience, missing out on all the games I wanted to bet on.Nowhere did it mention deposits can take upto 24 HOURS, I mean this is 2024 not the 2000s holy..I would avoid, there are much better services out there..
