I took up an introductory with this company yesterday in good faith. The offer was deposit and wager £10 on a specific game and receive 50 free spins on one game and 50 free spins on another. I wagered my £10 and the free spins didn’t appear. I spoke to Live Chat – they apologised and then credited me with the free spins. I went to use them and in that short time, the relevant department restricted me – which stopped me using the free spins, banned me from all future promotions and limited all payouts on the sportsbook. I haven’t actually done anything wrong. This is the worst experience I have ever had had with any bookie/casino (and some of them are pretty awful). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! TERRIBLE!I have put in a complaint and am told it will take up to 14 days to investigate, and yet it only took them about 2 seconds to review my business and ban me!!!!

This is the worst betting experience. I deposit money on the website to bet. My money is taken from my bank but it did not show on the website as a balance. I tried to contact the customer service and they said they are sorry and they will resolve this in 24h which is not happened. I still cannot see my balance and they stole my £30. I contacted with customer service again. They say specialist is investigating and sorry for this. This website is absolutely rubbish

Absolute rubbish site. They offer 100 free spins when depositing and wagering £10. Signed up and played £10 on John Hunter Book of Tut. You get small returns and the odd £1 win. No scatter bonus.Received 50 spins on Big Bass Bonanza. Total winnings £0.30p. No scatter bonus.Received 50 free spins on Money Train 3. Total winnings £0.97.And the meager £1.27 that I won is not showing on my account, so I suspect there are wagering requirements, even though the sign up offer said free spins had no wagering requirements.Stay away from this site. The whole site to me just seems very off compared to other betting sites, just get the feeling issues will be very often and impossible to sort. The live chat support are deffo in another county and seem pretty redundant and tbh clueless as they can’t do anything. I want two old cards removing so there is no issues if there ever is a withdrawal oppotunity, apparently no one there can remove old cards from customers accounts, or again they just don’t want to. From my experience with online sportsbooks and casinos I get a very bad vibe from this site compared to other leading sites in the industry that Hollywood bets could be very awkward to deal with …User wombl3

They respond to your reviews stating lies saying ooo your bet had started your bet had finished. The cash out was there the advisor stated no error yet I couldn’t cash out I asked if there’s no error where’s my funds simply states I’ll escalate this then the response after 40mins is your bets ended that’s why you can’t cash out like how does that even make sence aye of course it’s going to be ended over an hour after I tried to cash out I wish you could respond to the companies response to these reviews they lack common sence it’s difficult to understand how if there are no errors my bet can’t be cashed out when I’m on chat for 30mins with you yet refuse to do anything

I read the reviews before joining up. I noted that the issues was with the app. I decided I wasn’t going to use the app and just played via the website instead. I can’t complain. Staff were supportive when I had issues. All was resolved and deposited and played. I did a withdrawal to see how quick they deal with it. It was in my account within the hour. So far so good once the app issues are resolved I may give that a whirl. For now I’m sticking the website.

I was playing synot’s realm of lions and doing pretty well I had a couple of big wins and looked at my balance which was showing £5+k then another big win came in on a feature and the game crashed instantly, no error message it just went to the home page.My balance was showing £30.00.Contacted customer support but they said I needed to wait 24hr for it to be looked at.I was asked if I took a screenshot of it crashing 🤣😂 it was faster than lightning ⚡️.I don’t hold out much hope after reading other reviews exsactly the same as mine.So I’m going to take it further with synot and gambling commission as £5+k is a lot of money to loose.Very glitchy site full of errors.Wouldn’t recommend playing.

Honestly worst site I’ve used I placed £200 into my account I made a bet of £20 and the whole £200 disappeared. I checked my active bets no open bets or lost bets I was very confused I went on chat they couldn’t see my balance either then I noticed it had placed £200 when my default stake is £20 the match didn’t start for another 2 hours spent 2 hours trying to get my money withdrawn from the account which they refused to do

Avoid like the plague! Saturday 15th of June I had a go at the casino games. The game Majestic Wild Buffalo. I got the bonus round on stake £1.25 and collected all of the diamonds x500. The game then crashed and threw me back to lobby and then the screen went white and give me an error code. I closed everything down and then logged back in my funds where not there so I re loaded the game my bonus round did not resume.. I jumped onto live chat in which they told me they would escalate to the relevant department. The advisor told me to log out clear cookies and search history and log back in and it was okay to play on while this was being looked into. So I did that.. went back on the game and got bonus again.. won around 60 GBP and carried on playing then was awarded free spins on the bear symbol in which I had another win. After that round finished I returned to lobby. None of my winnings were showing in the balance. Jumped onto live chat to report issue again this time with screen shot! Sent several emails this week to be told same thing each time it’s being escalated. They owe me around £750 from three bonuses that have not paid out. Never ever had this problem before and there isn’t even a phone number for customer services. Which considering what’s happened I thought they would’ve called me but no nothing at all. I don’t feel hopeful they will pay and 8 days later they’re still waiting on a response from the relevant team I don’t think so. Trying to fob me off 🤣

Clicked through a link to sign up to use 30 quid free bet, then was told I couldn’t deposit yet because I hadn’t been verified and I was told to await an email confirming the verification being completed. No email arrived, revisited the site to make a deposit and was told it was too late and I didn’t sign up for the free bet anyway. Tiptop stuff.
