Met the wagering but no spins credited, when spoke to the customer service had me on hold for 20 minutes and then said I did not qualify which I cannot understand how. Made a withdrawal request at 11:20 only for £40, still in new status. Seeing a lot of people on here saying the withdrawals are sent swiftly but these must be robots because this is not the case. Overall negative experience, don't have promotions available if you are not going to honour them.
