Joined site deposited over a £1000 I’ve withdrawn £500 and it had just been pending in my account for over a week now I’ve tried at least 30 times to contact customer support left loads of messages and not had 1 reply worst site I’ve ever dealt with stay away from here

Over the last 2 months Iv deposited over £1600 on here I only play 50p sins and stuff and my deposits are like £100 or £50 at a time and not one have I received a feature we’re it pays anything if you deposit £50 and spin on 40p it will wait until you have a couple of quid left and put you on but pay you like £6 and you don’t get back on. I have been attempting to withdraw £1689 since October 2022 from Hopa.I have confirmation from them that my account is in credit for £1689 but they will not pay into my bank account despite me sending through all relevant details several times. Very dodgy site. Played blackjack. Lost 35 hands in a row. Literally it’s millions to 1 for that to happen. Every hand they got was 19/20/21. Every hand I got was 14/15/16 so rigged. I deposited £1800 in just 2 days. I like starburst therefor I played it. Never once I got any bars or any 7s in a row at any point. I thought this was very strange as I was playing GalaSpins and virgin games and I had only deposited £100 and got returns and 3 in a row stars. Never once did this happen in this hopa site. Tried to place a bet on a football match (Leeds v Leicester) starting at 8pm. @ 7.25pm I tried to place a bet, rejected, queried on live chat straight away and after 25mins of deliberating with other “departments”, I think the advisor made up their own story that betting for the event had closed, bearing in mind there was still 35mins before the event was due to start, but I could try placing bets other events if I wanted, the advisor Harry had the cheek to tell me.Wasted my fee of £3.75 after depositing £150 that I had to withdraw half an hour after depositing without any bets placed. Live Chat wouldn’t even refund it as a free bet.STAY WELL CLEAR.Use a proper bookmaker.Another customer lost.

I won a little money using the sportsbook over an 8-day span. They banned me from the sportsbook and said I could only wager with the casino. I today had several conversations over live chat as I was waiting for a withdrawal of £1000 since the 19th January. Having spoken to an advisor they explained I needed to upload various documents and I explained that it was affecting my mental health the stress of worrying if I was going to get the money. They then closed my account down so I can no longer access my account to upload the documents which I think is extremely dodgy. I’ve since uploaded the documents via the support email and I’m awaiting to hear back but not holding much hope. Awful customer experience and no lack of concern what could happen to people in vulnerable positions like myself.

Played hopa casino from December, won’t pay my winnings to me,asked for I’d passport ,pluss bank statement so did this,then they said they need Iban number,obic/swift number which should have been on statement they said ,so phoned my bank got this over phone,wrote them on bank statements, hopa said can not except this as the Iban obic need to be printed on my statement, so phoned bank again,the bank said they do not print this on top of statements, told hopa ,still won’t give me the 167 pound they owe me,advise anybody not to go on this site.

Scam site. My card was used on their website and I initially spoke to my bank who asked me to try and get in touch with the company to see if I recognised it, so that is what I done. I obviously never had the details of the scammer so that complicated things and they couldn’t care less. I sent several emails to their CEO with no response. I raised a complaint with them in November 2021 I have only now just received a reply in December 2022. Luckily my bank has already refunded the money and as far as I know they are now chasing them for the money.

I joined this site. Placed some small bets then tried to withdraw £30. Couldn’t withdraw as hadn’t verified so I uploaded a utility bill and Driving Licence. Still not enough – they then wanted a photo of my bank card, front and back. Still not enough. I then get asked to provide a selfie facial photo with my hand in it holding my bank card :-)). The next thing I expected was to be asked to do the Hokey Cokey or take a photo of my ar*e. After 5 days, I still can’t get the money out because they are “verifying” my documents. This site is a COWBOY SITE, do not invest 1p into it !! I have been onto chat 3 times , each time they time you out even though you ask them not to.Always get error code that timed out, how do you chat to these people or is it a ploy to just get rid of you?I have made the qualifying bet for the welcome bonus but the free bet never appears. Biggest pile of sxxt out there. It’s such a bad casino. Haven’t used the sport betting side and I won’t even risk it but if your playing slots, DONT!!! It took 5 days before my funds to even go through on deposit and when it did, what a total disappointment. The payouts are awful. I put £10 on the first time and money went within minutes. Stay away, something not right with this site. For the past few weeks now anytime I try to login, I am taken to foreign pages, polish/spanish/Portuguese/German, and try as I might to keep refreshing the page or try to log in via another search engine, the same happens there. Then when I finally do find its gone back to the English page, I play the games and they stick and jump and lag. Something just isn’t right. I made a deposit this morning and since then have not been able to get back on to play it as its coming up in foreign languages again, but if and when I do eventually get on to play it, I will use it and never deposit with it again. I have tried customer support, I tell them about the languages and jumping around, but all they say is, what is it you want help with? I have played on this site for a year or 2 now and have often wondered if there could be a chance its a scam, now I’m almost convinced after reading alot of these reviews. Promised withdrawal would take up to 48 hours after 5 days it’s still pending. Try to talk to someone on chat and it’s worse than useless. They just say you will be updated via email today/tomorrow then nothing! I sent the required documents which were verified months ago so it’s not that holding it up. Do not play this casino! I placed a bet on horseracing with Bettarget. My horse was the 5/1 favourite. When they settled the bet. They changed the odds to 10/11 !!!!! There were a couple of long shot non runners so I expected a small rule 4 deduction. It took me three months and the involvement of IBAS to get Bettarget to settle my bet correctly. What was very interesting is that they sent IBAS an email which basically states that their rule 4 calculation process is wrong. Probably anyone who has had a horse racing bet with them (or any other Aspire Global brand) is likely to have had money falsely deducted from winning betsSince they admitted that their rule 4 processing is not working, I checked my Hopa account (also run by Aspire Global). I found 68 bets where Hopa had changed the odds of my bet AFTER I bet. Some of them may be genuine rule 4 deductions but, as they have admitted that their rule 4 processing doesn’t work, I have asked them to explain why they have deducted money.That was over a week ago. My previous experience with Bettarget would suggest that I will probably not get a response from Hopa within the maximum 8 weeks specified in their gambling licence so I have already registered a claim with IBAS.

I like a bet on sport and opened an account. I won a very small amount to add to my original deposit. About 250 pounds in total. I decided to withdraw or cashout as they call it. Terrible betting site, it is incredible they have a license to operate in the UK:Will not allow you to withdraw to a UK issued Debit card. (They quote antiquated mastercard policy that does not apply to UK debit cards – every other bookie/sportsbook allows withdrawal to UK Bank issued debit cards both visa &mastercard)Then when you give them bank details to for bank transfer they say they cannot send to Virgin Bank.So I have no way of getting paid – of course they took my deposit in seconds not advising of any issues when withdrawing to UK Bank Mastercards.DO NOT GO NEAR THESE SCAMMERS AND MAKE COMPLAINTS TO THE UKGC. I Joined hopa 2 weeks ago and deposited £100 I play on Big Bass and won £878 and I withdrawn the money , take 24h to receive money in my account . Couple days after deposited 200 but not luck, day after (Friday) deposited £120 and stake again on Big Bass splash stake 6£ spin and won 30k. I make withdrawal 3 x 10k because limit on one transaction is 10k.On fallowing Monday no money in account so talk to customer services, they tell me what I need to wait up to 4 working days. Withdrawal:7days still in pending (yes pending means it hasn’t been processed yet to release funds). -website says 48hrs for this.Received no email even after several attempts to talk to customer services regarding this issue (genetic responses saying I will receive an email shortly).All documents sent well over a week ago now and still no verification (several documentation accepted by any other site originally after sign up it stated I’d been verified).Owed in the hundreds. -Visa deposits says max 6days for withdrawal and it’s been over a week in pending.Will take to gambling comission or similar if no response in the next 24hrs after one last attempt at talking with customer services so to be continued. -Will update this review if needed.

Mobile app just keeps freezing and jumping. Limited customer service hours. Take up to 48hrs to just process a withdrawal with further 3-5days for it to hit your account. Where do I begin? This site is a skin (a n absolute mirror image) of about 8 sites from what I’ve experienced SO far. Everything about it is horrible. I’ve never left my email address on this site.
