My wife opened an account, deposited money and won ~200£. Wanted to withdraw winnings but the withdrawal is pending for a week now. I have uploaded documents which are also pending review for a week now. I have not received any communication or information from them regarding this process, how long it will take or what they want from me. Upon contacting customer service I am told that my withdrawal is under review and they cannot tell me how long that will take and asked me to wait patiently. I have waited patiently for a week now and when contacting customer service again and demanding an update I am told that "there is nothing more to be offered from their end". Upon replying that I dont find this answer satisfying and demand something to happen I no longer get any response from customer "support" agent. This process is outrageously slow and opaque and the complete lack of communication from this company indicates that once you want to withdraw winnings you are no longer a valued customer but a piece of s**t that can be treated in any conceivable way. Stay away from these people.

Not sure why there is so many negative reviews for this site, never had a single issue, win as much as you would on any other decent site and the withdrawals are always really fast, usually within the hour! There's a good selection of games and sports. Only thing I would like is bingo added. Would recommend.
