I placed a bet and the bet was accepted. I have a screenshot of the bet and bet ID. The bet won and they returned the stake. I asked how they can do this? They said sorry for the inconvenience sometimes this happens, and won't pay the winnings. Avoid like the plague.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience with JeffBet. I provided all necessary documents, including bank statements showing deposits from my virtual cards, as their support team requested. However, despite my efforts, my account was suspended without clear communication or fair acknowledgment of the documents I provided.The verification process felt excessively difficult and time-consuming, especially considering how easily deposits were accepted without issue. Despite multiple attempts to explain that my cards are virtual and therefore lack physical fronts and backs, I was repeatedly asked to submit documents that simply do not exist.I hope JeffBet considers refining its processes for verifying virtual card transactions and treats customers more fairly in these situations. Cancelled my free bet because I withdrew separate funds AFTER my free bet was applied. They now won't reply to my emails. Save yourself the hassle and go to one of the many other betting sites.

I summit all the relevant documents and my account is fully verified before I play and make any withdrawal, my first 2 withdrawal were smooth and quick, but my last withdrawal were 7 days ago and still not completed, don’t know what is going on, the most frustrating thing about this is the customer service is useless and I send in many emails to the security department but 0 response and juts no communication at all!Nonsense, the service is so bad!

Not sure what all the bad reviews are, I deposited £500 lost that, deposited another £500 and got that to £1200, decided to withdraw and received funds within a couple of hours. Can’t fault them so far.

AWFUL BOOKIES as when you deposit money, 5 minutes later there's constant pop-ups about activating your account but after you've deposited the money. They then send you a code to put in which doesn't work.

Wish I would have read reviews 1st, this site is terrible. They give you a bonus but you can't play on live casinos with it, you have to play slots. Unlike more repertably sites you are allowed to play your bonus 1st and then go on to real money, not on here. Won't be playing on here again

I don't suppose that there is much point in me writing this review and adding my voice to the almost universally bad ratings this casino has received, since they do not seem to engage with the reviewers on TrustPilot to try and resolve whatever issues might have led them to write their complaint in this public forum. However, I am aware that many complaints against casinos can be seen as the rantings of sore losers, unhappy that they have bet and lost more than they can afford, so I thought a more specific explanation of my issues might still be useful.Firstly, I have not had too many issues with this casino website: they have a good range of games, which are well-presented; their promotional offers are reasonable (though the playthrough requirement on any winnings is excessive); the gaming platform is stable without any significant crashes or error. So far so good.The main issue is that when something does go wrong - or even if you have a question that is not answered by their Support FAQ , or by their chatbot - your only recourse is to try to get an resolution/answer from their Live Chat support agents. "Good luck with that", I say, because they are amongst the rudest and most unknowledgeable support agents that I have come across in over 15 years of gambling online.Using the points I had accumulated through their Rewards Programme, I "bought" 2 free sports bets: one for £10 and one for £5. I then placed 2 Multi-bets/Accas, each with 2 legs on upcoming horse races. I selected the first or second favourite in each of the 2 races in each of the 2 multi-bets, and I clicked the button to place the bets "Each Way" (which is my usual practice when trying to monetise Free Bets on any gambling website). However, when I looked at the bets in my Bet Slip history, before any of the races had been run, there was nothing to indicate that the bets had been placed Each Way, although there were some unfamiliar symbols shown next to the bet details. I contacted the Support team via Live Chat to ask how they represent Each Way bets on betslips. Their opening response was: "it is the player's responsibility to thoroughly verify and confirm that the desired bet being placed is accurate" and that they would not be able to change the bet. I pointed out that I had not asked for anything to be changed, only whether the unfamiliar symbols were indicators that the bets were Each Way. Her response was "the bet was placed personally by you. Therefore, you should know what bet you placed." and I responded that, following that logic, no bet history window would be required at all, as users should remember what bet they placed.By now, 30 minutes had passed since the bets had been made and, despite my horses coming 1st and send in their respective races, the best was settled as a loss, and so was clearly not saved as an Each Way bet.I explained that I was certain that I had selected the option to place the bets Each Way and, trying to find an possible explanation, I asked that whether there were restrictions preventing Free Bets from being placed Each Way. She replied to say that she has given me all of the information required and that she would now be closing the chat, which she promptly did.I started a second chat, and was connected to a different agent. I explained the background, ending with the single question as to whether Free Bets can be placed each way. The new agent responded with a verbatim copy of the first agents initial response: "it is the player's responsibility to thoroughly verify and confirm that the desired bet being placed is accurate". I pointed out that my only question was about whether there are restrictions on Free Bets and the agent dis not respond to any further messages, even though the chat window was informing me that she was reading them.Unfortunately, this latest incident is entirely typical of this casino: whatever issue you might try to raise, or question you might try to ask, the initial response is alway a defensive flat denial and an accusation that you must be doing something wrong. The response is ALWAYS "the issue that you are trying to report did not happen". If you report that a slot game is not loading, the literal response is "well, I can load it"!A lot of money passes through casino websites and - as with any technology - it is inevitable that there are times issues/problems will be experienced. It is important for casino users to be able trust that casino operators will take reports of problems seriously and provide genuine support to help their users resolve them or at least understand where things might have gone wrong.Unfortunately, it is quite clear that Jeffbet.com cannot be trusted to do so.

If there was under 0 star I would have gave it to this scammers, the free bet of new customer doesn't work, and when you asked them to fix , they quite the chat, and never let you again to chat with them. thieves. signed up to welcome offer and won £16. Tried to withdraw and they keep coming up with new ones to prevent my account from being verified. I was asked to handwrite a paragraph and send a picture of this to show proof of payment. Once I did this, they kept asking me ludicrous ideas to further verify myself. Livechat function are a bunch of liars and stop responding when you explain how fraudulent they are. This company must be reported and sued.

In there terms and conditions if you have recieved a welcome offer before on any of there sites just ounce then your not entitled to other welcome offers on any different brand (site) because it is part of there network. Now this is actually illegal what they our doing writing it in the small print In there terms and conditions so you cannot do anything. There is no time limit just states if you have recieved 1 welcome offer your excluded from all other promotions on all brands within there progress play network. Jackpotjoy, virgin etc...sister accounts run by the same network I got all promotions when registering because each brand is different and has its own site but run by same people it would be discriminating not to recieve such promotion under different brand same network. This is stealing (theft) at the highest degree and on the most vulnerable. There needs to be something done because registered with at least 5 of there sites and never recieved any promotions I want to spread awareness about progress play sites ITS THEFT AND FALSE ADVERTISING UNDER DIFFERENT NAMES OF SITES!!!!LEGAL ACTION NEEDS TO BE TAKEN

I joined Jeff bet a few days ago and after reading the reviews on here I was sceptical I’d receive my winnings when I was lucky enough to win £500 , but within less than 24 hours my account was verified and the funds in my bank account , no issues what so ever , I don’t understand the negative comments regarding this site. The only thing I’ll say is some games have a few issues but apart from that my experience playing here was a positive one.

I have recently joined Jeffbet and in total I have deposited £300. I didn’t take up any bonuses and I only play on the slot machines. My first withdrawal was for £1000 and I received it within 30mins. My second withdrawal two days ago is still pending. I decided to upload documents as this withdrawal is a lot higher than my previous one because I hit the jackpot on a game. Also My documents have been pending for 2 days. I’ve been on live chat a few times and sent a couple emails just for an update but the only answer I get is that it is still under review!!!! I will update once I receive my winnings…

Around a month ago I deposited some money in my already verified account, which I had previously withdrew money from with no issue. I ended up catching 10 free spins on a slot game with £5 stake and won around £1800.I withdrew my money and the next day they asked me for verification documents to confirm my payment method, which I sent them no issue.I spoke to a representative on live chat and they confirmed they received my documents and that everything was fine. Fast forward two weeks they still hadn’t released my winnings so I contacted them via live chat again, they proceeded to tell me that they didn’t receive any documents from me. I uploaded my documents again and once again was informed my documents were received. This process of reuploading my documents went on for another 2 times. Each time they said my documents was fine.The next week I was informed that everything was ok re docs. When I asked for my deposit they said that they have no information or time frame and that the relevant department would contact me via email.this was last month and I contact them nearly everyday and still the same response.

I placed an in running bet with JB for a total runs scored cricket market. The 1st team batting were in the 16th of 20 possible overs. The bet was placed and won. However, after initially crediting my account and me withdrawing this, the withdrawal was cancelled and my account balances showed a minus figure then reset to zero. But no sign of my money or any communication. I enquired. But the help I got was almost non existent. In fact diabolical. In effect what they are saying is that the bet I placed was on the total runs to be scored by the team not yet batting. And despite the first innings not being completed with 20% of the first innings still to be completed. This is absolute nonsense and anyone using in running betting for cricket markets will no, there is no such market available for the 2nd team to bat ever! Whether this is a technical fault or inaccuracy on the website I don’t know. But surely by timestamps of the bet, when the market started/ended etc. they would be able to figure this out? But nothing! 18hrs later and multiple emails and live chat sessions, I’m getting nowhere! I see this as a serious concern, as it questions their ability to properly form markets and the accuracy of their sites. But no-one seems to care. Is this theft? I will post an update as this is unravelled and have copies of all transcripts to date which I will happily share. Who do I complain to outside of the company? The GC?
