This organisation continues to spam me 4 or 5 times everyday despite me asking them to remove me from the mailing list. I strongly advise against using JeffBet (operated by Progress Play) due to their irresponsible gambling practices and terrible customer service.I am a self-excluded player, meaning I should have been completely blocked from making any deposits. However, JeffBet still allowed my card to be used on another account, which should never have happened.There are two major issues with this:My payment method was accepted on an account that was not mine – Most reputable gambling operators have safeguards to prevent deposits from cards that don’t match the account holder.The card was linked to a self-excluded account – If a player is self-excluded, their card should be blocked across all accounts to prevent further gambling. JeffBet completely failed in this regard.When I contacted their support team to request a refund, I was met with delays, vague responses, and eventually silence. Despite escalating my complaint through Resolver and eCOGRA, JeffBet continues to ignore my case.Any responsible gambling site would have prevented this deposit from happening in the first place. Had 10£ on number red number 25 and it paid out 220£ I even had side bets Now please don’t call me stupid but 10£ x odds or 35/1 is £350 ! I have proof ( screenshot) and will now have this investigated and go to IBAS I also had a previous win with number 7 and they said it was all ok but now this happened twice I will go to IBAS and take them to court AVOID please – red letter roulette Also when you win this the only service where you wait so long for withdrawal and and they charge you to withdraw your funds ! To be fair I can see why there is negativity. There is a surcharge on every phone deposit (15%) and also when you win your hard earned free sports bets,you have to play through them 10x. However if you read the small print is in there,just would not recommend as it’s so hard to win! Good choice of games and sports markets though

Not sure why there is so many negative reviews for this site, never had a single issue, win as much as you would on any other decent site and the withdrawals are always really fast, usually within the hour! There’s a good selection of games and sports. Only thing I would like is bingo added. Would recommend.

My wife opened an account, deposited money and won ~200£. Wanted to withdraw winnings but the withdrawal is pending for a week now. I have uploaded documents which are also pending review for a week now. I have not received any communication or information from them regarding this process, how long it will take or what they want from me. Upon contacting customer service I am told that my withdrawal is under review and they cannot tell me how long that will take and asked me to wait patiently. I have waited patiently for a week now and when contacting customer service again and demanding an update I am told that “there is nothing more to be offered from their end”. Upon replying that I dont find this answer satisfying and demand something to happen I no longer get any response from customer “support” agent. This process is outrageously slow and opaque and the complete lack of communication from this company indicates that once you want to withdraw winnings you are no longer a valued customer but a piece of s**t that can be treated in any conceivable way. Stay away from these people.

Worst casino ever! I’ve made 2 withdrawals since Friday 20th of December 2024 they did not asked for my id. I don’t understand all of the negative reviews. I played over the weekend and on Sunday won a acca of £168. I withdrawed the whole balance and at around 9pm that evening. And it was processed by 10:30 pm the same night. Wish I would have read reviews 1st, this site is terrible. They give you a bonus but you can’t play on live casinos with it, you have to play slots. Unlike more repertably sites you are allowed to play your bonus 1st and then go on to real money, not on here. Won’t be playing on here again
