Not sure why there is so many negative reviews for this site, never had a single issue, win as much as you would on any other decent site and the withdrawals are always really fast, usually within the hour! There’s a good selection of games and sports. Only thing I would like is bingo added. Would recommend.

My wife opened an account, deposited money and won ~200£. Wanted to withdraw winnings but the withdrawal is pending for a week now. I have uploaded documents which are also pending review for a week now. I have not received any communication or information from them regarding this process, how long it will take or what they want from me. Upon contacting customer service I am told that my withdrawal is under review and they cannot tell me how long that will take and asked me to wait patiently. I have waited patiently for a week now and when contacting customer service again and demanding an update I am told that “there is nothing more to be offered from their end”. Upon replying that I dont find this answer satisfying and demand something to happen I no longer get any response from customer “support” agent. This process is outrageously slow and opaque and the complete lack of communication from this company indicates that once you want to withdraw winnings you are no longer a valued customer but a piece of s**t that can be treated in any conceivable way. Stay away from these people.

Worst casino ever! I’ve made 2 withdrawals since Friday 20th of December 2024 they did not asked for my id. They let me deposit multiples times then when I’ve requested for my withdrawals then they asked me to send my documents to verify. I don’t understand all of the negative reviews. I played over the weekend and on Sunday won a acca of £168. I withdrawed the whole balance and at around 9pm that evening. And it was processed by 10:30 pm the same night. Very quick and efficient Also I received a notification saying that I had 150 in coins to use in the store for exchange for free bets or casino bonus money.In exchange for my coins I received 1 free bet of £40 1 free bet of £30 and a £5 free bet. They are a problematic bet site. They always find a reason to not release winnings. I have won three different times and they failed to process the draw outs. I placed a bet and the bet was accepted. I have a screenshot of the bet and bet ID. The bet won and they returned the stake. I asked how they can do this? They said sorry for the inconvenience sometimes this happens, and won’t pay the winnings. Avoid like the plague.

Wish I would have read reviews 1st, this site is terrible. They give you a bonus but you can’t play on live casinos with it, you have to play slots. Unlike more repertably sites you are allowed to play your bonus 1st and then go on to real money, not on here. Won’t be playing on here again

In there terms and conditions if you have recieved a welcome offer before on any of there sites just ounce then your not entitled to other welcome offers on any different brand (site) because it is part of there network.
