I deposited 4k and was playing blackjack for circa 15 mins during which time I received no less than three notification popups interrupting my live game play asking me to place loss limits, asking if I am comfortable with my gameplay etc. When I reached 8775 pounds they deactivated me from betting further and I got an email stating I am put on a cool off period after playing for 15 mins. Note I had last gambled on this site several weeks ago and won 10k which I withdrew. In total terrible experience for high rollers, it is made impossible to win any substantial amount here.

Wish I read all these reviews before going with this website. All bad reviews correct. Let you deposit but don’t let you withdraw. Fair enough if there was a reason, yet all live chat say is someone will email you (no timeframe) and that they know nothing. Every other sports betting website I have used they are at least able to explain why your withdrawal has not been processed. Not this scamming company, pending withdrawal and judging by the other reviews unlikely I will ever see an email from them

This is the same company that has created so many different betting sites under different names for years now. I know them as Karamba but they have had other sites such as Betiton and MrPlay. Honestly they will have had dozens more too but I gave up signing up with them 3 years ago due to the poor customer service.They make it near impossible to withdraw money and the website itself is buggy as hell. I couldn’t even place a bet because no bet slip was appearing (Chrome android). I had to use another browser and then request desktop site. I’m praying my bet loses so I don’t have to worry about the hurdles I have to jump through to withdraw money.Avoid at all costs to protect your sanity.

Deposited over £100 in total which was no issue at all but funnily enough i need all sorts of proof of ID, proof of address and also proof of my payment to withdraw the £35 i won. I deposited using mobile credit and theyre basically saying they want to see my phone bill with my mobile number, my address AND my full name along it which is impossible iv tried all sorts to get this done and its not happening. So yeh basically they’ve ate my £100 pounds without an issue but my £35 is still stuck there and processing and will never be transferrd to my bank!

Hey guys so I thought I’d check back in.Not much has been going on, Jeff bet haven’t been helpful at all, the are determined they’re not paying me my legit winnings even though I’m home in the UK.I have casino guru and a solicitor on the case for me. They’re telling casino guru that it’s against there rules to withdraw n a different county.None of this adds up has they allowed me to deposit thousands in the country I tried to withdraw. Jeffbet has still not replied to any of the emails.I’ve researched on multiple resources, if they allow you to play and deposit they should pay your winnings aslong as it’s no fraud in any kind.They know who I am and all my documents were verified.I now have multiple companies looking into this situation.For now, be warned of this company. Update,I’ve got a solicitor involved, these guys are still ignoring messages. They are completely in the wrong to revoke £12,000 because of withdrawing winnings in a prohibited country which is not listen anywhere on their site or t&c’s.I’ve searched everywhere online and no where mention the country either. They are trying to bend so many things and use their unfair, unclear t&c’s as a power trip.Don’t fall for it people; as long as your not doing anything dodgy such as money laundering, they’re probably trying play you like puppets, not to pay your winnings out.As mentioned; they allowed me to access their site WITHOUT a VPN, deposit THOUSANDS of pounds and it was fine. Worst thing I have ever experienced On Monday 7th August I deposited £2000 into Jeffbet of which got accept and I started to play roulette. After sometime I got my £2000 up to £3871.00 and decided to withdraw these funds. My withdrawal was pending but could see I needed to verify my account, of which I did. The verification page accepted all documents sent and my withdrawal carried on pending. On Tuesday 8th August after been told on live chat that my withdrawal looked good and there was nothing else I needed to do, I was then sent an email stating that they have taken my winnings but returned my deposit. I have apparently breached there terms and conditions by using a strategy that was unfair to them. As they will be able to see from my game play, I repeated my bet which is perfectly legal and then added to my bet. At times I even started my bet from fresh of which again was completely legal. I have no committed any crime or play illegally, therefore I believe I am entitled to my winnings.

Deposited £100. Bet on odds greater than evens. Didn’t receive free bet on the condition that I had deposited in the casino section of the website. Was advised to deposit again to get a free bet. £10 this time. Made a withdrawal of £300 and no word from Jeffbet for 4 days. Raised a complaint and they confiscated my winnings on the grounds I had previously had an account with them. A total lie. Have raised with eCOGRA and will take to small claims court even if it costs me more than I am due to receive in winnings.

I provided everything and still have not received my funds nor had any response. It’s been weeks. Managed to find contact information on companies house and am now pursuing it through small claims. A long time gambler here, I have deposited thousands and withdrawn thousands on this casino. And the one time I want to withdraw a big amount I get asked for ID when I am already verified all because I put a small deposit with my phone payment instead. But I am having trouble verifying my one off phone payment method because they will not accept my proof! Didn’t win a penny for a looooong time then recently I won around £100 in bits on different games so decided to withdraw. Uploaded my driving license, bank statement, phone bill and bank card over a period of 3 days and so far everything has rejected for various reasons. On the 3rd day, which is today they’ve accepted my license, phone bill and bank statement but my bank card is still ‘verifying’ and my withdrawals are still ‘pending’. Its either a scam site or the withdrawals are near impossible. I’d say it’s best to avoid unfortunately. Edit- 4th day and I’ve received my winnings so not a scam site just a slow site for withdrawal.

Do not use these guys. You can deposit as much as you like no bother, however should you have the audacity to try and withdraw anything, good luck… Numerous docs require uploaded, even required a photo taken with passport…! All of that wouldn’t even be too bad if their communication was good, however, my withdrawal had been pending 3 days before they asked (I still haven’t got my money…) the live chat is virtually impossible unless you set about 2 hours of your day aside, even when you do finally get someone they are useless… They ignore emails, they ignore the “Contact Us” form. Only given 1 star as 0 stars not an option. Got no welcome free bets as I’d already had another Progress Play account. Fair enough. Luckily only had £15 in my account. Website is awful with terrible layout/colours. Tried to withdraw but asked for overly excessive verification which no other bookie has ever asked for. Like is said below/above JeffBet entice you with a free bet offer and you are instantly allowed to deposit cash and bet. However if you ever want to withdraw the money you are sent a quite hilarious email with about 5 different requirements asking for you to hold your ID, bank statements etc. up in photos with your whole face and arm in it. Predictably this is a scheme to nick your hard earned money out of pure annoyance, a bit like those cowboy builders or phone scammers that con the elderly out of their cash. Don’t deposit. You will lose your money
