My winnings was 12000£ They made difficult and i prove all the documentation i pass the verified proof and after they decline my withdrawal for a stupid reason because i play high amounts and i don’t respect them rulesI don’t recommend THEY TAKE stop the winnings AND AFTER THEY CLOSED YOUR ACCOUNT FOR 5 years for nature contacting 😂 non sense reasons

If I could give these 0 stars I Would DO NOT USE this company I deposited around £160 won £250 tried to withdraw kept fobbing me off with processing then when I complained disabled my account cancelled the withdraw and are “processing” my refund of deposits it’s been over 3 weeks still no refund! They steal your money n keep saying processing I’ve contacted ombudsman but there saying I need a deadlock letter which of course Karamba are refusing to give.
If I could give these 0 stars I Would DO NOT USE this company I deposited around £160 won £250 tried to withdraw kept fobbing me off with processing then when I complained disabled my account cancelled the withdraw and are “processing” my refund of deposits it’s been over 3 weeks still no refund! Very poor odds with no provision to pick SP. Bizarrely you can choose to accept lower odds or higher odds. I'm not sure this actually works anyway. System bets are not always available and they are slow to settle bets.

So karamba dealing with mmwall, on Freecash app I made task for karamba, make deposit and you will recive your reward. And guess money was spent and I didn't recived any rewards 3weeks already waiting, maybe more. I contact mmwall of course they ignoring me. I contact karamba and they told me I have to contact mmwall. Mmwall told me karamba must to pay then I will recive my money. So be careful big scammers, don't dealing with them.

I had to send my banking information and documents twice with a swift code to receive my withdrawals a few diffrent times . At first I did get my money sent to my bank account ,but I'm having problems lately to receive my withdrawals. I tried to make a withdrawal 3 times so far . The first few times the money got sent back my karamba account , so I tried a 3rd time to withdraw $2000.00 and it didn't show up in my bank account and didn't go back into my karamba account. The money disappeared. I was told to ask my bank why it wasn't receiving my casino withdrawal, but my bank said there was no deposit request at all. I asked the casino if I had to resend my banking information so I could receive my cash but they said they had no more information for me. My $2000. Isn't going into my bank account and it didn't go back to my account at karamba. I don't know where my money disappeared to ? I’m not even sure where to start on the level of badness from this site. It’s actually worrying how they are allowed to operate! So thought I’d have a little flutter deposited £30 it leaves my bank but doesn’t appear on my account. Contact support told it’s stuck in system it’ll take up to 24hrs … not happy but OK 24 hours later contact support as money is not in account to be told that the deposit times out and money will be back in mu account soon. Again not happy but OK36 hours later no money still, contact them again. There is no refund on its website at back and in fact I now have to proof the transaction. Now very cross I did this I’m told it’s been escalated So now I’m getting pretty annoyed you can’t keep taking people money So 48hrs later I contact them again and I’m told there is no time limit on them looking into it and wait … so I raise a complaint and when I ask for the complaint reference I’m told it’s internal and cannot be shared !!! More like a complaint isn’t raised and nothing can do! Why are these companies allowed to act in this way !!

Then they just shut my account and said I could play again in 6 months they couldn’t explain why even after many emails asking for a reason. I still had money in my balance which was eventually processed. Beware you can be playing one more it’s and banned the next. I won’t return even after this ban is up they are definitely not to be trusted

Karamba casino has been extremely frustrating. Cashouts bouncing back into account several times. Beginning to think I’ll never get my winnings. Received a congratulations that I Won 7500 dollars on their drops and wins tournament but they haven’t paid. 18,000 dollars pending for nearly a week.

Quite simply the worst site/app I have ever used. Constantly slow and crashing. For some reason it changed the language to Spanish today. It’s a glitchy buggy mess. This company should not be able to operate.
