I found this site very unclear as to terms, it failed to mention at the onset that a minimum deposit had to be maintained. It was also formulated to give minimum winnings, I picked first, third and fourth horse in the grand national my return of just £18.75 (for £25 stake) !!! I only wish I placed my bet with ordinary high street bookie. Do not recommend site.

I am writing this review because I see so many negative ones on here and I want to let potential new customers know my experience.

Firstly I sent all my identification off to them before I withdrew my winnings and this was all verified the next day.

When I went to withdraw my winnings it stated I still had some wagering to do which i get because they’ve given me free spins on a game, all other casino sites do exactly the same! So I carried on playing for abit even won an extra £250 along the way so I was pleased.

Withdrew my £700 yesterday and has gone into my bank this morning (less than 24 hours).

I found my experience very good and all these bad reviews shouldn’t put you off.

Already made a comment before here about the charges in depositing and withdrawals that are really very bad.
But the last 3-4 times i withdrew money between 30£ and 500£ they processed it in 5 minutes after my cashout request and money was in my bank account next day!
So i have to recognise this to them!
And this is the most important for me ,fast and secure withdrawals.

Would inevitably be zero stars but hey ho….. With the introduction of VAR I like to place bets on whether there will be a penalty taken in any given match Let's face it, it is a lottery whether the ref will award one…. There was a string of matches in which I was successful, approximately 12 out of 14 matches…. Guess what…. Karamba management decided not to make this type of bet available to me without any explanation as most likely win too much….. PS… My stakes were circa £15-£20!!!!!!!!!

Similarly. They run a free to enter competition open to all who have joined Karamba called Karamguess where you predict 4 scores every Saturday and Sunday for a month and then top 50 people are awarded a free bet from £25-£200.

I did really well from this competition and have had rewards averaging £100 per month in free bets….

Guess what 2????- Management have taken the decision to remove you from playing this free guessing scores game!!!!!!!

Go to another bookmaker whose Customer service is 100% better than Karamba or Bet Regal(sister company)… Likewise their website is worst in history, constantly crashing, literally every 20secs or so culminating in it taking you about an average of 15 mins to get a bet on…..

I’ve only given one star because I have to! I won quite abit of money and it’s been 56 hours since I won it. Was told to wait 48 hours and if I needed to send proof (already have) it’s be the full 2 days and a further 2 days to check it! None of this is in their terms and conditions and they keep fobbing me off with a routine security check. Their advisors have constantly lied to me and I still haven’t received my withdrawal. I opened an account 3 days ago with karamba and deposited and won a sports bet, and got my £20 free sports bet instantly which I lost. But that's life…

Anyways, I did come here to see reviews after I withdrew for first time, and was worried after seeing all these reviews.

But karamba did not cause any fuss whatsoever with me, all I did was upload my documents before they got chance to even ask me for them via their online upload documents part of my account.

It was within 1 day they sent me armail saying account verified and my cash out was sent for processing, and because I deposited using visa debit card, my money was in my bank INSTANTLY with visa direct.

That's my experience. All facts.

Not a scam site. Only negative i would give is the deposit fee and withdrawal fee. But hey ho.

Iv had the worst exspeirence with fthis company. I used my boyfriends card to deposit. They asked for verification with a hand written letter saying it’s ok from my boyfriend, fair enough. So I did this and send all the documentation 3 times everytime I’m declined. Iv sent my id mine and my boyfriends picture of the card Iv screen shotted my deposits took a picture of the letter sighted by both as requested. I even took a picture of my boyfriend holding the card they dident ask me to do that but I did just so they had a bit extra verification that it was just someone else. This company requires investigating. Free offers are not awarded, irrespective of meeting the T&C's, and rejected due to 'management reasons'. Ah but the 'good' news is that they will still allow you to place unrestricted bets on a site that's full of bugs with the obvious intention of maximising your deposits but not honouring any winnings and / or rewards.

Been waiting on a pending withdrawl for 2 days. Got an email to say I’m verified and when I requested a withdraw I was asked for my card I deposited with. I send this off as soon as I got the email and my transaction is still pending. Been on chat and sent them an email but no reply from them. They were no checks when they took the funds from me but when I want to withdraw I’ve been left waiting. I’ve sent all ID and proof of card I used and the funds have to go back to but they’re still holding my money. I feel this is bad practice as they charge you to deposit and withdraw and when you want to withdraw that drag their heels to stop everything going through

I joined a couple of days ago but didn’t deposit until tonight, waiting to see if I needed to send Id docs etc. Deposited about half hr ago with £10 and had £30 to play with plus 50 free spins on starburst.. it’s all gone within half hr and I always play the lowest price spin poss ie. starburst I play 10p I needed to wager about £700 I don’t think I even wager £100. To put this in to perspective I put in £10 at mirror bingo and had £20 to play with and managed to wager over £1000/1200, (they had stupid wager requirements) I can’t quite remember and I still walked away with over £100. Not gonna use karamba anymore. Only used for about 2weeks the obvious problems with this site is they take commission from your deposits so you have already lost before you play @ 2.5 % per deposit and if you do win and withdraw you need to pay £1 withdrawal fee.
The odds for sports bets are with the average standards but its possible to find slightly better odds else where too.

Please anyone who reads this do not join this site!!
Customer service is terrible they constantly lie telling you to expect emails which never come .
I tried a withdrawal 2 weeks ago found out I'd withdrawn to wrong card .it took over a week to get customer service to change it.
Then when I did withdraw there was a message on live chat saying payments might be late due to alot of people winning!!
My withdrawal for £800 once changed to correct bank took over the 5 business days! Contacted customer service they said my bank might have declined payment! Phoned my bank they had not received any payment from karamba so I was shocked to find later that day an email from karamba.com saying funds were being returned to my account as they were declined by my bank! ( blatant lie!)
Contacted customer services again and they said I would receive email to explain what's happening ( never came)
Tried to withdraw money again only to find karamba had blocked my card meaning I had no way of withdrawing money! Once again contacted customer service they said I would recieve email!guess what! It didn't come!!
This company should be banned I warn everyone not to use them! It's the worst company iv EVER USED!!

Simply this company are the worst out there and that is saying something.

Let me explain how the scam works.

1. They will apply bonuses to your account without your knowledge even if you have requested to remove all bonuses.

2. They will make you wager unfair amounts. And use bugs as an excuse.

3. They will ask for verification docs if you try to withdraw and always decline them.

4. If you try to argue with them, they will close your account and pretend that you requested it to be closed so if you try to make a charge back it looks like you are in the wrong and access to your information is impossible.

They will rob you and try to make it look legit.

Over the past few months, I've played on a couple of online casinos. Some I've won, some I've lost. Fair game.

Most (Read: all but Karamba) casinos will verify your identity within minutes to 2 days. From there, you can withdraw and expect the money to be in your account within about a week. NOT WITH KARAMBA!

On September 29th, I won 2500$ on the site. GREAT? Guess again.

Upon winning, I proceeded to follow the cashout procedure, enter the informations required for a wire transfer and send along a couple of documents for identity verification. All is well so far.

The required documents are fairly standard, driver's license, bill from the past 90 days, picture of the CC on file.

Now, it's been almost a month and my ID is STILL NOT VERIFIED. They've requested more documents, another copy, told me my card had been cancelled and that I needed to provide proof that I no longuer had the card (I still do and use it everyday) so I sent them pictures of it multiple times. At this point, I'm pretty convinced it's about to be a case of identity theft.

My withrawal request is still pending and even after providing all the documents they could ever ask for and talking to (useless) customer service every couple of days to check on it, they either tell me I'm missing this or that or it's with another department for verification and there's nothing they can do to speed it along.

You may win a large amount on this site but don't expect to actually get the money.

If i could rate this one star I would. Absolute scam of a site. Deposited quite a lot of money on this site. Went on to find account disabled. Messaged chat to be told I requested for it to be closed on the 9th of October. This was on the 11th that I messaged them. The 10th is the day I spent over 1000 with them. So how could I have deposited on the 10th if my account was closed in the 9th. I was still playing on the morning of the 11th for them to close it on the afternoon.
