I reccomend this site to all those who play sensibly &dont expect miracles and are as everyone should be - a sporting loser when things are not in your favour. I win and lose and of course I prefer to win - but I enjoy playing when I come to it and take it in my stride. Play responsibly and be a good sport! What's with all the ranting anyhow?

I am an experienced player - I have selected to play on a lot of Casino. I last played Hills / Ladbrokes / Coral etc. Now play Karamba. It felt like it was time to lighten up really. Karamba put the fun back into it for me. I reccomend it.

I joined a few weeks ago and when I read some of the bad reviews I did think twice - but now its my turn to say what i think - I disagree with many of the bad reviews. i have had no problems with my account at all. The games are much the same as many other bigger sites and I have no problem accessing them - or getting paid out when I win. Its random - these guys are not banks - they dont give away money - they give out fun! So if you think youre going to win a fortune - who knows maybe you will - but kets be honest its rare! Just have fun and dont scream when you lose. We all lose - and thats the cost of the fun

Do not go on this site do not deposit a penny 1. They charge a fee for depositing 2. Their site crashes regularly 3. Get verified and get no wins They let you withdraw money, takes a while though. As soon as you’re verified the odds of you winning are so low it’s ridiculous how sites like this constantly seem to be getting away with it. It’s outrageous. Please no one use this site, I’m not someone’s that’s annoyed because they haven’t won I just genuinely think this is the worst site I’ve ever used.

These guys are absolute clowns. I've had an account for 2 years and yes I had to jump through hoops to get my money like everyone else. I won a £50 secure bet token with the KaramGuess promotion, happy days I thought. The bet lost but I didn't get my money back - hmm that's a bit odd. Went on to live chat and apparently bonuses have been disabled on my account? The support agent (his name was Pavlo) could literally see the bonus in my account (as could I) so how are they disabled? I got given a bonus, used the bonus, yet bonuses are disabled - how does that work? So that's £50 lost. The support agent kept saying it was my confusion. What the hell? I got given a bonus and used it and apparently I'm the one confused? I'm reporting them as this is against the law. I was never aware bonuses were disabled. EDIT: Cannot write a script better than this. Went on live chat again after 10 mins and the new support agent literally gave my money straight away. Bonuses confirmed disabled (nothing in my account or any emails tell me this though) so I have absolutely no need to use these scammers ever again. Please avoid these scammers.

Don’t tend to write reviews but would advise people to avoid this company if they can - despite the generous offers. Violate a number of guidelines with prompts like Bet Now plastered all over their site. Sent me an offer for bet 50 get 60 with no terms in the text and a generic terms page with no info about the offer. Their CS rep Natalie first told me it was because I used PayPal to deposit, when I told her this wasn’t in the terms she said the offer expired. When I told her the communications didn’t say when the offer expired, she turned off chat and emailed me saying I received bet 20 get 25 and that I should be attentive when taking offers next time. Shocked by how poor the service was.

I have signed up to almost 100 gaming sites, and this is one of 3 that i would not use again! The reason for this is the 2.5% deposit fee, This seems unnecessary, this is the only site i have found that charges deposit fees, although karamba are transparent about this! They make it very clear about the fee before you commit to the deposit which is good! on top of this, you can not withdraw anything (including your cash balance) if you have an active bonus! I am happy loosing money on these sites, as thats the nature of gambling, but i don't agree with loosing money before you start! Apart from that customer service was ok, and quick to respond(live chat)

So I'm doing the rounds. Best way to position my experience and assessment is that these guys are stock standard at best. They are in line with most of the hack gambling sites. There's no endeavour for customer service to look or help at questions (a real example is bonus) i joined chat and said id like to close the account due to a number of inadequacies, one of which the promised bonus never materialised, the rep simply agreed to close rather than saying sorry ill look at why you haven't received your bonus). Among other poor user experiences is the almost non existent 'in play' feature, they shouldnt offer it if the markets are largely shut during play, its almost impossible to get in play bets on. Skip these guys.

After reading reviews I was unsure signing up with a lot of negative comments, but I have had no issues at all and customer support are great and live chat really good and helpful. This is a great site I would highly recommend trying them and see for yourself. Followed a "Bet £10, Get £20 in Free Bets" advert in the google search results. Followed the process and registered through that page. At the end of registration there was a second offer advertised "Bet £10, Get £15 in Free Bets". Didn't know why I saw that? Went to the promotions page and see a "Bet £10, Get £10 in Free Bets" article. Hmm.. Asked in chat and they had absolutely zero interest in helping correct the problem. Chat conversation was abandoned by multiple customer service representatives without a resolution. Have received much better service from every single other sportsbook around. Glad I avoided depositing, they are very shady.

Karamba offered a welcome bonus after my first bet. I made the bet, then asked why I hadn't been given the bonus. Apparently the management had decided to stop bonuses being applied to my account. No reason given. No refund. Don't touch this company with a barge pole.

I deposited £50 Thursday won £600 and withdrew the same day I’ve just checked it was In my bank today (saturday) obviously you need to upload docs but do this before so you’re not waiting around. Can’t fault the site at all. I think as long as you follow terms and conditions everything is fine.

Brilliant experience for me, made my deposit and got my free bets, won a few bets with my own stakes and the with free bet, I then sent the lot for withdrawal,, had to provide documents to verify my identity but this is normal practise for nearly all bookmakers theseday, it took about 4 days for the whole withdraw and verification process to be complete and the money was sat in my bank account. I won't hesitate in using Karamba again if they entice me back with some decent promotions. To say this firm has had a bad reputation for a while it might now be the case that they are cleaning up their act and getting on top of things. well done Karamba !

Like a fool I carried, and then several days later I won £750. I've been trying to withdraw it for 2 weeks now and they still haven't paid me. Never use this app/Website to bet. I opened an account to use the £10 bonus, made the error of depositing using paypal. Apparently if you use certain methods to deposit into your account affects whether you're entitled to the bonus. Customer advice wouldn't even say why thats in the small print. It just is, they then closed my account without me confirming it after they posed the question of closure to me.

Absolutely disgusting company, transactions of 6500 euros made on "my account" which I did not do. Yet they told me my email address and details had been self excluded from one of their sister sites which means that transactions under my details should not have been authorised in the first place. They claimed that the registration details were not the same even though my email, phone and address were stated as being exactly the same. Reporting them to the MGA and have already contacted my lawyer. Will sue them to the ground for breach of their own terms of declining transactions from self excluded accounts. They can say what they want, lets see what the gaming authority has to say.

When done i I tried to cash out $4000.00. Then i was told i made to big of bets with there bonus cash which i did not even ask for when I did the deposit. Tried to sign up. Was accepted. I Then was advised by a very helpful customer service agent my account was fully verified . I can deposit and bet. I logged on. 10 mins before football started. Tried to deposit. Account was blocked. Due to me wrongly being excluded.. unable to place bet on time.. or atall. Lost out on.£138 winnings!! I believe this has been a spiteful action of an agent who works for an affiliate. I will wait until Karamba have dealt with my complaint before finalising my review. But as it was a manager who did this. Illegally I believe. I intend to take my complaint to Aragon international ltd. As I have been refused an account by 3 bookmakers now. Due to the " exclusion" I did not ask for. I did say " you may aswell close.my account down " when talking about an account with an affiliate bookmaker. At no stage should I be excluded. Any information Ka4amba need they are more than welcome to email me for this..I will happily comply.

I have just tried to get the £10 bonus after depositing £10. I was told on the chat help that I had not opted in. They said now I had the account, I couldn't see the registration form again and do so. I told them I had looked for a bonus number, which I couldn't find, to add into a box on the registration form but had been unable to see one. The advisor could easily have accepted what I said and surely have helped me but there was not one ounce of empathy. They would not help me at all. They say they won customer service awards last year. Really? I find that very hard to believe. I withdrew my £10. After reading other reviews I wonder if I will get it back.
