Poor poor poor I have played on many casino sites mostly playing the slots, my regular slots is the goonies. I have never had such a poor payout off any other site. I have put hundreds in and received nothing but the odd couple of pounds and no bonuses. Played this game on other sites and it has never been that bad. Awful communication and request documents upon documents when withdrawing. They also find faults with your documents to delay paying you out, and again because the communication is bad it takes weeks to resolve your problem. Never had any problems like this with any other gambling site. Avoid at all costs

Been waiting over a month now for my winnings, different excuses every time why they can’t pay out. Nonsense about e-mail addresses not up to date (Funny how their marketing emails find me though) and so many different types of paperwork which has been submitted and approved numerous times. I never leave reviews but they are that useless I felt compelled to, just wish I had seen this page prior to joining them. Hard to guess if they are purposely holding onto my money or if they are completely incompetent!

Only pro is that the promotion are great, used to do random £30 risk free bets but these seems to have stopped. Also there is a chance to win 2 £100 risk free bets every week so that's amazing. Not just one person wins either, answer the 4 questions correctly and everyone who does will win Had issues with withdrawing money like people have mentioned below, got resolved eventually so editing my review to reflect this. Had to contact love chat who escalated the case as submitting documents and emails were getting me nowhere. Website design could do with being improved. Would be a 4 if it was better. The website just looked outdated to me.

I was hoping and still am that my experience with this site would be good but at the moment it looks like it’s the same as others I withdrew my money on 29 October and waited 48 hours to have my money still pending so asked live chat why, they said I was sent email to ask for copy of bank card which I never received so I sent it there and then which they said it would take up to another 48 hours to get it checked so I decided to upload my driving licence and to documents with name and address on to save time incase they came back for more, I checked with live chat today to check I have not been sent anymore emails to which they couldn’t see plus they couldn’t tell me at what process my withdrawal was in as they said come back later because there was a queue due to a lot of people waiting on this information. I’m hoping that this is sorted soon I don’t mind waiting for my money I just want to know it’s been processed if it’s done soon I will change my review but up till now I have not had a good experience. Since I wrote this this morning Karamba has emailed me which I received this time to say that they have excepted my documents and can now process my money, I have checked my cashout and it’s still says pending so I’m hoping this will change soon and if it does and I get my money by end of next week I will be satisfied and change my review to a higher score due to Karamba acting on my complaint and account in a reasonable time scale. I can say that I was really pleased with how my case was dealt with in the end, from withdrawal to producing my documents and having them accepted and having my money in my bank was 5 days in the end which is great. The only thing I would say to people is once you withdraw check back after 24 hours with live chat to see if you have any messages about producing documents because I did not receive any emails to start with then I produced extra documents straight away to speed up process so they didnt keep asking for different things to slow process up.

The most awful awful company you will ever come across! i cannot believe they are getting away with what they are doing. they are just robbing people constantly - and the people on chat take forever to reply! They must get constant abuse from customers chasing their money because this company will do anything not to pay out! I am still waiting my withdrawal and they just ask for more and more paperwork! it causes so much stress and frustration! THEY MUST BE SHUT DOWN! Awful site made up to platinum player with rapid withdrawal process supposedly but then demanding documentation again, even though there site says you only have to send this once as they keep it on file. Refuse to resend again no reply to my messages so closing my account. No withdrawal money received.

Withdrawing your money is like getting blood from a stone. You try to withdraw; the money does not come through, is still listed as 'pending' on your account. So you use their chat function; are told you must upload various bank statements etc. Why weren't you emailed? But fine, whatever. Documents take 48 hours to approve. A week passes. Still no money, still listed as pending. Chat again - can you upload a photograph of your bank card - you should have received an email about this? No email on my end. Absurd. This for a mere £30. What is in it for them? Are they banking on my not thinking it's worth the effort? In addition, you must pay a fee for every deposit. Use any other reputable betting site before this one.

Disgrace of a company. Refuse to pay out, ask for document after document, then dont review them as they say that they have a backlog to go through due to increased customer winnings, but wont give a timescale "due to the nature of the delay". They'll basically take your money all day long, but use stalling tactics when paying out, encouraging people to reverse-withdraw their cashouts, eventually leading to them losing their money in the end. Very unfair,terrible customer service, and this type of practice encourages problem gambling and having to deposit more and more with little chance of receiving a payout. Shocking example of how you can still be conned and coerced by seemingly legit and fair sites in this day in age. Avoid like the plague!

Put £180 into this site, managed to get very lucky and get that up to £2600 over the course of a week. Put through £2200 for withdrawal. It clearly states on the site that all withdrawals will be processed within 7 days. 10 days later and there was still no approval. Submitted id and proof of address online to try and speed up the process but still I got nothing back. I came on here and read all the reviews and realised I would never see this money so I decided to just play about with the money until it was gone and the close the account. This site then had the cheek to offer me a £200 free bet as long as there was a positive balance on my account. A £200 free bet out of the blue absolutely screams out scam site. It even claimed the free bet would be instantly withdrawable just to insult me even further. I suggest avoiding this site and that everyone with bad experience with Karamba report them to the gambling commission/IBAS so that more do not fall victim here. Sites that scam people like this need to be closed down!

I can't get paid out. They asked for ID, I provided a passport. They said my passport was suspicious. I provided a drivers license. They asked me for further confirmation of my identify, I provided it. They apparently sent me e-mails, i receive none. They are aware i'm not (and others are not) receiving e-mails, yet they still send them "for their records". Hi Team I'm having a very difficult time withdrawing money from your Karamba Sports branch. It has been frustrating and arduous to say the least. Online chat wasn't getting anywhere so I contacted Yoel Zuckerberg on linkedin who kindly gave me this e-mail address. He said to provide the brand and account details, so please see below: Brand: Karamba (sports) My Name: XXXXXXXXX Username: XXXXXXXX E-mail: XXXXXXXX The problem: Tried to cash out £XXXXX on 30/08/2019. But document after document it still stays pending. I understand you have security policies however. The issue is my card ending 3022 was cancelled and replaced by a new card ending 3030. I have provided a letter from the bank stating that card 3022 has been replaced by the card ending 3030, also the fact that Barlcays themselves said on the letter that they cannot provide a coloured copy. I also added a statement of my account showing my name, address and barclays account. A screenshot from my account showing card 3022 is linked to my bank account,. A photo of my new card. A statement of my account showing all transactions made from me to you AG COMMS... A photo of the first mentioned letter. A transaction from my old card ending 3022 I called the bank, they say there's no reason to ask for further detail, as the cards are linked to the same account. They also mentioned to contact any governing body or the police, as they see this a lot of the time. However that seems overkill, and I understand you're trying to follow procedures. But the purpose of following procedures is to make sure you're giving back money to the right person. Surely common sense and all these documents are enough of proof? Separately i've sent: My passport Drivers license Employment contract ACCA qualification details On top of this, one of the most unusual and frankly quite poor part of the service centre was that they are sending out e-mails knowing they do not reach me. I've been on the chat everyday for approximately 1 week. Only yesterday did someone tell me they are having issues with sending e-mails, particularly to hotmail accounts. Yet each time I go on chat, they let me know about e-mails they have sent. Isn't there some sort of system where they can follow up from previous chats rather than starting from scratch? If the latest letter (attached) from the bank gets rejected for not being in colour even though the bank has stated on the letter they do not provide coloured copies, this is a dead end situation. So i'm kindly asking for your assistance. I hope you understand my frustration, as I understand the Karamba team needs to follow procedures. Look forward to your assistance. This company has got to be the worst I have ever been with. If you are losing - no problem they will not hassle you. God forbid if you win, you will need to provide document after document. win #1 - was required to provide a copy of my bank card and drivers license (withdrawal process took over a 2 weeks) win #2 - was required to provide a copy of my passport and paypal account (withdrawal process too over 2 weeks) win #3 - I've just won for a 3rd time and I am now required to provide 3 months worth of banks statements & 3 months of my payslips - this process is already over a week in. I would avoid using this site like the plague, the customer service stinks, the software and website design that needs a drastic update and they will do all they can not to pay out or delay the cashout procedure. Once this has been resolved I will be cancelling my account immediately and using another site who welcomes my custom. ** UPDATE ** 3 months of payslips and bank statements were sent to Karamba on Wednesday afternoon. Spoke to customer services on Friday afternoon. Once I had gone through around 10 "responsible gambling" questions I was assured me that the documents would be verified within the 48 hours quoted and the withdrawal would be processed once this had happened and that I would be emailed with notification - again this took around 90 minutes of my time. 48 hour withdrawal process had expired few hours later - contacted customer services again only to have to verify my account by answering a number of questions e.g. personal details, last deposit, last deposit method. The service agent then explained that due to a high volume of paperwork that my documents had not yet been processed. Asked multiple times for a time frame but was not given an answer. This took around 60 minutes. Money still being with-held. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and I would recommend anybody who is thinking of joining to run a mile. The nightmare continues..

Opened an account for a tenner free bet, when the bet was finalised they refused to credit my account with the free bet as they said the offer had expired - despite it still being live on their website. They eventually credited the £10 when I threatened to report them to the Gambling Commission. Fraudsters.

They will accept deposits without question indefinitely of course. Terrible e mail communication, an awful platform for betting and also charges for deposits. Untustworthy cowboys that should not be licensed IMO.

Ok so I won a few small amounts shortly after joining up and received my funds within 2 days of requesting withdrawal. Then I won a decent amount and the problems started, I asked to withdraw my money and they refused until I could prove who I was and that my payment method could be authenticated (bearing in mind I had already made deposits and received payment into the same account). Tried the live chat which they claim is the easiest and quickest way to contact them and suffered a lot of abuse and awkwardness in again getting them to accept my own proof of identity. Anyway to cut a long story short and after 5 separate attempts to get my requests sorted on live chat I finally gave up and sent them a formal email complaint and finally received my money 8 days after I first asked for it. DO NOT GIVE THIS SITE ANY MONEY. There are better more well known sites to use who treat you with respect any pay out within hours of a withdrawal request. DO NOT USE KARAMBA SLOTS OR ANY OF THEIR ASSOCIATES.

Dreadful! The service and attitude of staff (Cecille especially) is horrendous. No responsible gambling checks in place and even after being forwarded GamStop info this was ignored. Escalated to IBAS, companies like this are the reason that problem gambling is leading to suicides and severe depression.

This site should be banned and taken out of service, I'm one of many people who fell for the 'Bet £10 get a £10 free bet' scam operated by this company. When no free bet was forthcoming I contacted the company and was informed 'The management have declined any bonuses for you. No reasons why were ever given. So avoid like the plague, and inform any sites that promote them, that will help get them taken down.

Deposited and had a bet, I won £120 from £10, put a withdrawal request in then there asking me for my bank card to be sent by email which I didn’t want to do as it’s unsafe, so in the end I sent it but blanked out my long card number but left the last 4 digits and blanked out the rest of the card for my own security but this is still not good enough it’s been 4 weeks and they are fighting not to pay me out, please people DONT join this website u won’t get ur money

Registered last week and won a few bets so withdrew, my withdrawl had been sitting around a week, and after reading the reviews I thought I was never getting paid out, but after speaking to an agent on live chat and sending over the correct documents, my previous ones were out dated I logged back in today to see my withdrawl processed, so should be on its way to me now. So no complaints from me will certainly keep using and would also recommend.
