AVOID!!!!!! I have used this site for about a fortnight, had good wins, withdrew ok.Played today, a good £1300, playing big bass splash good few hours, pressed spin button, excessed limit, thought was a mistake, logged out- tried again, did the same, baring in mind I had played around 1100 at this point, tried another game, said the same.So got on the customer care chat, a ‘delightful’ man called Morgan, he said I reached my loss limits, I asked what is he talking about I had been playing happily for a few hours, he said it was in their T&Cs when joining up, so I asked him to supply me with them, he kept avoiding the question saying I would of read it when I signed up, so a good 30 minutes later of me asking him to provide me them again and again, he did, did it say anything about losses or loss limits? Not one single thing, about safer gambling, want it to be fun, etc etc, normal malarkey. So not did he just lie to me, but the site clearly likes to bend around rules to suit them.I think personally I was on the way to a big win, maybe, maybe not. But not one bit of what he said was in the terms and conditions about losses limit, or had I set up losses limits if they even have them, I mean if you deposit and you loose, you loose. Absolute ludacris to me, I informed him how he told me a lie, and that I will be making an official complaint and warning any customer who uses this site on ‘losses limits’ not only did I get logged out twice whilst trying to speak to this dimwit, he had then informed me he had passed my complaint to the relevant department. Stay clear! There T&Cs mean nothing.

I joined over a week ago and won £3000 the cash out was fast less then 24 hours with id verification & funds in my bank account within 12 hours of winning - i must admit I was slightly nervous after reading the reviews on here - but my own experience has been great and il be using again in the future.

I’ve had many a gambling site but none like this! It’s impossible to get through to anyone what so ever ! Must of deposited at least £1000 with £27 back, 99% of fames don’t upload or work and when they do and you receive a bonus on said game it shuts down and re starts to the point it’s continuously doing it so you can’t get the game! It seems like every game I would normally win on within sites they seem to be the games which do not work when trying to play! Very suspicious to me !

Joined the site around January 24th after winnings around 200, I got kicked o it or the site and now it says access denied every time I try to log in. I’ve sent countless emails, the first couple got replies from them saying ‘try changing password, clearing cache or a different site’. They also said that they see no issue on their side. Keep emailing them asking them to withdraw my money for me, absolutely ghosted now.

Really poor business, slot games are great, depositing is great.The minute you win and want to withdraw your money you might as well hibernate. It’s taken me 1 week up to now to try to find out if my documents were correct for the withdrawal process, this was asked of me 3 days after I wanted to withdraw my winnings. You can’t speak to someone without them saying “we’re in high demand for withdrawals at the moment please be patient”. Beyond me how most sites will do same day withdrawals and act fairly unlike king casino, I would avoid at all costs

SCAM Website please stay clear. Happy to take your deposits but when it comes to cashing out they do not meet their stated timescales or review periods for documentation. No contact and when you get in touch they state technical issues which seem like delay tactics. If they do not hold the funds to pay their players they shouldn’t be in business.

After having my previous review deleted, I’ll write again. On the 17/12/24 I tried to make a withdrawal. After the site closed my account saying that I needed the help, I have sent 15 emails as to where my withdrawal is. £2250 so it’s not just a small one, terrible site. No one ever responds. Absolutely crazy. Horrible. Avoid like the plague.

DO NOT USE!!Scam company. Was using is fine for a few days never withdrew anything cos it was almost impossible to win. Deposited £60 and it came out my bank but never went into my account on King Casino. They raised a ticket and I was waiting a few days for a response. Went to log back on one day and they had disabled my account so I couldn’t speak to the on chat. Sent several emails. They never responded. Thanks to my bank and me taking screen shots of everything before then disables my account I was able to get my money back. Horrid site! BEWARE!

A strong warning to anyone considering this site, don't. I deposited £1000 with King Casino. The easy part. I then had a good run at Blackjack, and tried to withdraw £2900. Alarm bells ringing at King Casino HQ.After submitting all sorts of documents multiple times, and over a week of waiting, I only received my deposit back (minus their transaction fee). Their excuse was that I was in 'breach' of their bonus rules. Utter nonsense, they just do not want to pay you anything above your outlay. Avoid these sharks, a completely disingenuous company. Anyone who has tried to contact one of their 'Chat' agents would find it hard to disagree.

I am fairly certain this is not a legitimate site.Deposits are of course instant and require no verification at all.Once I had won and attempted to cash out, my perfectly acceptable address verification documents were rejected. My cash out requests were also declined.Customer service claimed it was my bank who had declined the funds which was a clear lie because I had requested it through Apple Pay.Next they suggested I try a different method except, their terms state that cash out must be via the same method as the deposit. So delay tactics for them to then decline the cash out again later.Still no explanation as to why my bank statement was rejected as a form of address verification despite that being the document they suggested.I am certain now that this site is a scam. Avoid!

I honestly don’t even know where to start!I won a sum of money on the 19th of December and was told that I would need to submit my documents over… bank statement, PP info. Absolutely fine. They accepted bank statement but not PP as they advised all info had to be on the one screenshot, logo etc… fair enough.. sent a PDF and also a screenshot of it all and whenever I chased it up they said it has been declined due to information not being on the documents… I’m not sure how many times I spoke with an agent to ask them to get their team to check again as it was all there, PP logo, name, address, email and DOB. I then spoke to another agent and I advised that this was unacceptable and that I had used money in my account and now needed it (I thought there would have been no issues as I’ve been paid out before by them with none of this) the agent then took this as that I have been using ‘bill money’ to gamble and disabled my account!! So, I’m unable to get into my account to check what is happening with my wins and the chat which you can use without logging in, is now no longer letting me access it. I’ve sent 2 emails and no response. I’m not feeling very optimistic after reading some of the reviews on here. I’ve never ever had to go through anything like this to receive wins.I have had conflicting information from agents. One says one thing and another will tell you something completely different. King Casino can we please look into this and have this resolved please??

I have been waiting since the 17/12/24 for a withdrawal. Previously any withdrawals had been done within an hour or so. Because this one is a substantial amount, I feel like it’s being delayed and delayed for no reason and all the customer service say is an automated reply. Not good enough at all.

Deposited money lost it so deposited another £100 went up abit then went back down to the £100 and went off it for the night when i tried logging into my account the next morning it kept saying declined i messaged them 3 times over the space of 48 hours with no reply to send my £100 to my bank as it was my deposit money not winnings and they have ignored it! Robbing people of their own money and not winnings is disgraceful! I will be pushing it further if i dont recieve my deposit before christmas!!!

Sat waiting on live chat for someone to reply, after 20 mins my session was logged out due to inactivity.I am waiting on 2 withdrawals, now they want me to verify my ID which I have done, but there is no confirmation or other information. Did not accept my proof of card ownership as it is a virtual card, I do not have a physical bank card. I won £300 on Friday was charged £1 to withdraw my winnings to my bank card I paid with?To still be waiting on Monday afternoon for my winnings to be processed I’ve had smaller amounts refunded back in an hour all my documents are upto date so I don’t understand what the hold up is??When you do get to speak to a human they give a generic written response and you ask to see if they can speak to processing team and they close the chat?

Had a small win of £140 last on 20th was withdrew the funds via apple pay same way as I had deposited kept being told to wait received a message on Saturday to say funds had been approved. Only to then receive another email yesterday to say payout had been declined and I had to send documentation. Sent documentation which was approved and yet still waiting for them to authorise payout! Chat on the website takes them over an hour to reply so you come off it but if you don’t reply to them within 3 minutes they end the chat and you have to start the whole joke again!! Never used a site like it and certainly won’t be using again. How the gambling commission are letting them get away with this sort of carry on is ridiculous.

Never had an issue until now. Normally quick to payout. Had a small win (£500) and they asked for documentation, which I have no problem with. Submitted everything they requested three days ago. Tried to log in to see the status today and was denied access to my account!!! Without any notice! Without asking for any more information or documents or giving any explanation. Extremely annoying! Tried to email but no luck so far.

If there were 0 stars I would leave 0.It's been almost 4 weeks since withdrawal. At first they closed my account and asked my to create a new one for my funds to be transfered over as the currency was incorrect. I made a new account and they instead withdrew the money and sent me an email that it will be with me in 48 hours. Its been over 3 weeks and I've not received this and they dint reply to my emails. The chat customer support team tell me to come back after an hourfor an update and when I ask the new support team to transfer me to the person I was speak with (Starov) they say he's finished his shift. Very cheeky. They don't give you any info. I put in over 50 complaints and not a single one has been acknowledged. If anyone has issues you're from UK. CONTACT UKGC AND IBAS. IF YOURE FROM EUROPE I THINK ITS MGA MALTA BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE APPROX 4 STAFF WORKING AROUND SHIFT TIMES YOU WILL ALWAUS SPEAK TO THE SAME.4 STAFF ROUND THE CLOCK.
