Sat waiting on live chat for someone to reply, after 20 mins my session was logged out due to inactivity.I am waiting on 2 withdrawals, now they want me to verify my ID which I have done, but there is no confirmation or other information. Did not accept my proof of card ownership as it is a virtual card, I do not have a physical bank card. All I want to know is that my withdrawal requests have been processed and I will receive the money in a couple of days.I’m hoping someone can help asap and I will happily edit my review score, thank you.

Terrible customer service, impossible to speak to a human, as hardly anyone there to respond to you, then when you check back they have closed the chat. I won £300 on Friday was charged £1 to withdraw my winnings to my bank card I paid with?To still be waiting on Monday afternoon for my winnings to be processed I’ve had smaller amounts refunded back in an hour all my documents are upto date so I don’t understand what the hold up is??When you do get to speak to a human they give a generic written response and you ask to see if they can speak to processing team and they close the chat?

I am not a customer of King Casino, never used it or signed up to it yet they send me texts every day and have ignored my requests to remove me from their contact lists and continue to ignore my complaints.

Had a small win of £140 last on 20th was withdrew the funds via apple pay same way as I had deposited kept being told to wait received a message on Saturday to say funds had been approved. Only to then receive another email yesterday to say payout had been declined and I had to send documentation. Sent documentation which was approved and yet still waiting for them to authorise payout! Chat on the website takes them over an hour to reply so you come off it but if you don’t reply to them within 3 minutes they end the chat and you have to start the whole joke again!! Never used a site like it and certainly won’t be using again. How the gambling commission are letting them get away with this sort of carry on is ridiculous.

Never had an issue until now. Normally quick to payout. Had a small win (£500) and they asked for documentation, which I have no problem with. Submitted everything they requested three days ago. Tried to log in to see the status today and was denied access to my account!!! Without any notice! Without asking for any more information or documents or giving any explanation. Extremely annoying! If there were 0 stars I would leave 0.It’s been almost 4 weeks since withdrawal. At first they closed my account and asked my to create a new one for my funds to be transfered over as the currency was incorrect. I made a new account and they instead withdrew the money and sent me an email that it will be with me in 48 hours. Its been over 3 weeks and I’ve not received this and they dint reply to my emails. I have been trying to withdraw my winnings of £30 from this company since 28/10/24. Whenever I ask when my winnings will be paid or the reason for the the witholding of my funds i have an email which says it has been passed onto the team and then nothing. They also text you after 11pm to entice you to gamble. Finally if you win and want to withdraw your winnings you are charged a fee. Disgraceful behaviour.

What a total joke these are!! I put £40 deposit down with the bonus spins they where offering. I won £2100 and put in withdraw request. Would give negative if I could. They have had my money now for over a week, I tried to withdraw it was processing for 2 days then got declined an returned to my account, when I went to withdraw again it said withdrawals not aloud. 7 days waiting and counting, Avoid at all cost, they will make it impossible to withdraw.Deposits are instant and with multiple options, but once you want to withdraw to the same payment method you used to deposit , they will begin asking for documents with a fair amount of information on them, statements and photos of the card from and back. Customers support have very little English and are super slow to answer, I dealt with a couple different ones none had a clue what document the (supposed) finance team needed to allow withdrawal.Honestly just avoid them. I have reported my case to uk financial regulator.
