Kaiser,king or many are same company doing marketing manipulation. They are charging extra vat when you deposited. They don’t have righ to do. Games are vibrating and freezing generally or when u start win. 1000 spin with 1£ 50 times free spin awards but not returning more then 8£ if u play 10p it will be more. Normally they should be pay back min %60 of your losses. No one controlling them in the UK. Don’t play here.

EDIT******** AGAIN another win and straight into my bank account with no issues. That’s aCouple of hundred in 48 hours. Well I was a bit worried about this site from the reviews but gave it a chance because most reviews are about how much they have spent with out a win. So first ever withdrawal was a trail of 30’came into account with in 24 hours. Second win 200 into account with in half hour. Not a bad site. Don’t let reviews put you off.

Jackpot King is a total rip-off I have played as a low roller for hours and spent about 80 pounds at 10p per spin. They show huge prizes but any time i get a feature its less than a pound won. At no point was i ever ahead and it seems to me they are laughing at their customers as they totally rip them off with not a chance at a decent win or even breaking even. Their deal or no deal slots are brutal please avoid if you value your bank balance. You will have 20 spins with no win at all then 10p then another 20 spins with nothing and round and round it goes until your bankroll is 0.

They promote responsible gambling and they have tools in place to stop that so called deposit limits which I set on £10 per day I deposited then it said it didnt go through so I did it again and again till I realised the money I’d gone through its in my balance but when I set limit no more than £10 a day should this of happend it’s bad company customer service terrible stay clear beware this company is a frued and lie and false advertise p.s still never got my refund as promised and they have admitted there wrong doing

The payouts on this site are deplorable! put 200.00 on 1 slot all varying coin amounts. The bonuses are beyond tight. The site itself is not easy to navigate. Okay so I see a lot of bad reviews. Mostly based on withdrawals. Most sites I use payout within an hour. These days that’s a while. Most are instant. But let’s test them out in real time and see how they do. I joined up an hour ago. Tried my best to verify myself before deposit but at no point was I encouraged too and I can only upload picture ID no option to send bank statements. It is Tuesday 24th October and I requested a withdrawal of £50 around 6pm snd £25 around 6:40pm. I have emails confirming a request has been received but no other information. If it takes longer than 24 hours I would consider them to be very slow at processing. If it takes longer than 48 hours I’ll consider it not worth using. If I have funds in my account by 9am tomorrow morning without making me jump through hoops, I will give them a 4. A 5 is not possible as they charge you money to deposit and money to withdraw and I do not agree with that. ———*EDIT*———No extra checks requested. I just sent passport pic. I had the money in my bank within 90 minutes.

Put in 2000 no bonus no little wins or anything on the same game which usually bonuses very easy on every other site I’ve played on. Then put in another 100 to hopefully get the rtp to kick in. Then got a message saying I’ve reached my limit. Talk about money grabbing. Dont spend on here you’ll thank me. Nothing went wrong with king casino. I went on deposited some money. Got my bonuses, won a few quid and withdrew my cash. What I do not agree with is the 2.5% charge for depositing cash. Also the £1.00 fee for withdrawing cash.

Put about 30-40 spins on roulette they never cancelled one I was playing around £10 spins. Put a £170 bet on with £22 on 8 the bet was cancelled and 8 came in. Theft basically. Must happen all the time.

I joined this site and deposited. I was promised 50 spins on big bass I was not given them. I contacted the live chat several times. Every time they said that they had a problem with the system. Got a pending withdrawal request of over £43.5k since 21st April 2023 and tired of contacting them through live chat, they keep on saying i will get an email shortly and unfortunately nothing is coming, my account is all verified but still they delaying it without any reason. They arw holding my funds unnecessarily and it is against the UKGC terms. OK….so I lost a few hundred, then won 2.6k. I had no passport or driving licence and only a citizens card. I was asked for ID. I provided the citizens card (UK). I went onto chat and to be fair there not great, couldn’t understand that I wasn’t asking if my ID had been accepted or verified, just if they accepted that ID method. This was at 11.50pm UK time on a Friday. The withdrawal was requested at 10.00am on the Friday. I ended up in a bit of an argument and was worried after reading some reviews. I was given the 48 business hours for review nonsense….I have just checked my account on the Saturday 11.00am and the 2.6k is there no problems. Apart from bad communication with chat this casino cannot be faulted and thorough deserve 5 stars!!

The variety and number of games is good. However I only tried the live baccarat.Awful casino at handling withdrawal requests.You have to contact them a lot while the live chat say you have to wait for the payment team and they never contact you…Finely after 4 days complaints I send my bank statement and I received the amount via bank transfer.

Scam site. Do not use. They don’t pay winnings to you account always. Since I play games one after another I sometimes miss to check if they credited/payed in the winning for that game. I saw atleast 2 instances where they did not. When asked they say you link got stuck…it is a lie.
