This is honestly one off the most scam online casino of around 200 euro my biggest bonus win was 2 euro ?? Very poor games contstant errors and kicking you out the games. After £100 deposit I had my biggest win £4.20. Not a single bonus landed. Absolute scam. Self exclusion for 5 years. Boycott avoid close them down.

Will change review if things are amended.Have withdrawn £1500 in profit from the site and all has been great with cashouts being in my bank next day – until needing to speak to someone regarding what additional documentation is required. Chat timed out 3 times with no solution and now my account it disabled. Once this has been resolved I will change my review but until this I have had no issues at all for weeks!

Avoid at all costs. Money never uploaded to my account. They refused to return to my account( i never even made a bet) they didnt know where the moneny went and refused to help. Literally a comolete scam. I have no idea how these places are legal

I went to deposit 450 pound with them to which the transaction was pending for a day and then declined however I have not received any funds back to my bank for 3 days now and they have closed my account, I have talked to there customer service to which they said they will get my money back as soon as possible now heard nothing, am currently filing a claim against them till they return my money

Probably the worst online casino I have ever encountered. Nothing but empty spins or negative returns a fraction of the stake. not just a few but hundreds running into thousands of spins on games I have played regularly elsewhere. I deposited 200 euros and tried to play slots. it kept reloading and constantly spinning. I made a withdrawal of 177euros and Have not gotten it. I had asked for my account to be closed and gave reason. Contacted support they said I would have money in 48 hours. This did not happen. I was told to contact chat. I never write reviews to be honest however I felt this one was needed. After joining with king casino I deposited £100 however I won £300 withdrew £250 and still have £50 in it for when I next play. The withdrawal sat on pending over the weekend so I came to read reviews.After reading reviews I thought ‘ohh no’ I kept checking and still my withdrawal was pending. I’ve jumped through hoops with these guys had a successful withdrawal but it’s always such hard work. Customer care is slow and often hit and miss. Latest request has them digging through my statements asking about transactions etc that they have no right to look at. It’s a shame as some components are good but this conduct feels unnecessary and untrustworthy. Yes they can hide behind what checks they need to do but in this scenario it’s gone beyond what they should be doing and taken too long.

Kaiser,king or many are same company doing marketing manipulation. They are charging extra vat when you deposited. They don’t have righ to do. Games are vibrating and freezing generally or when u start win. 1000 spin with 1£ 50 times free spin awards but not returning more then 8£ if u play 10p it will be more. Normally they should be pay back min %60 of your losses. No one controlling them in the UK. Don’t play here.

EDIT******** AGAIN another win and straight into my bank account with no issues. That’s aCouple of hundred in 48 hours. Well I was a bit worried about this site from the reviews but gave it a chance because most reviews are about how much they have spent with out a win. So first ever withdrawal was a trail of 30’came into account with in 24 hours. Second win 200 into account with in half hour. Not a bad site. Don’t let reviews put you off.
