If you read this – don’t use this website, it’s a scam. Was using the sportsbook. Took my money when I lost, then over Christmas I won a few hundred pounds and they refuse to process my withdrawal and are ignoring my emails. Withdrawal was cancelled three times and is now stuck on ‘pending’ indefinitely. Just a scam website.

Terrible experience and probably the worst site I have ever used, don’t mind losing but would have liked to see at least one ball rolling and landing.Instead every ball glitched and froze and only knew if I won if the credit bar changed, borderline hilarious and haven’t had to put up with this poor level of obsolete technology since the early days of online.Well my new membership lasted a record 17 minutes.

I would give 0 if I could. Total rip off scamming site. I won on a game and it came up collect or gamble. Pressed collect and a pop up said wrong pr expired token and wouldn’t let me collect. Escalated it in compliant and then it happened again. The reply I got was I had Pressed gamble and lost. I’m absolutely disgusted with the company.

What a awful casino, made 4 deposits with a sign up bonus code i was supposed to receive upto 4000% in bonus over the 4 deposits however only received 1 bonus, contacted customer support with my grievance, and they were zero help and utterly rude and talking down to me, they as more than 1 agent didn’t resolve my problems. Then even the gameplay was extremely bad put in 1 deposit of nearly 40 dollars and it was done in under 5 minutes playing at a very low stake game, I kept it low just so it would last me a while just for the fun and see what the games like but like I said under 5 minutes and nothing, over 150 dollars spent with a bonus or even a win worth mentioning with all my deposits, it is truly the worst casino I have ever had the literally the misfortune of playing, the agents are awful, the bonus are awful, the gameplay and win/bonus rate is dreadful. Deserves NEGATIVE 100 because it charges you on depositing if its 10 pounds, you get charged 25p!!! and also when you withdraw is the hardest part..they not just charge you but also find difficult to withdraw money you have to do desktop mode and its hard to find it logs you out automatically!! A SCAM indeed.. and also,whenever you win,they will hold the money and charge you more when you withdraw them..

I just had a £61.20 balance , bet £60 and the bet was rejected but the £60 just disappeared – all I got from them is requests to upgrade my software – I have a very good computer and work in finance and I.T. Just a bunch of thieves hiding behind a firewall .Do NOT spend any money with them.

Do not play here! It is corrupt and needs serious investigation by UK gaming commission.I raised a complaint about their games not adhering to the gaming commission laws such as showing net balance etc.I couldn’t contact them via any means apart from live chat as that’s all they allow. Monica in live chat assured me she would pass on my complaint and I’d receive an email within 48 hours and it’s been 6 days now. Tried to login to go back on chat and ask about progress of my complaint and they’ve disabled my account so I can’t contact them at all.

I don’t understand the bad reviews! I joined, I was verified within 24 hours. I deposited and won a lot of money, it was in my account within 12 hours, no hassles at all. I got plenty of bonus rounds on certain games, I didn’t get any on other games, that’s how it goes, it’s called gambling!! The casino is not your babysitter, if you deposit too much and lose it all, that’s on you lol!! I will be playing here again for sure.

Absolute scam site. Avoid. Games keep crashing when bonus symbols land, doesn’t resume game but resets instead. Games often lag. Site keeps telling me I have a game to resume on wish maker, but when I start the game it resets. Fees on deposits and withdrawals are greedy. The whole website has given me nothing but problems and poor quality, I get logged out when I deposit, the withdrawal can’t be accessed unless I switch to desktop mode. Can’t find live chat, can’t do anything.

I deposited, won and wanted to withdraw. Then get logged out of my account and can’t log back in. Customer service doesn’t exist, no answer to emails or complaint forms, no phone number to ring. Theft and nothing more

No responsible gambling protection for players who need assistance staying in control. I was able to sign up, deposit and lose over £4000 before they got in touch to check on affordability. This is despite them being a sister site of a chain of casinos where I have limits in place. I try to stick to the same casinos and assumed the limits were there but they weren’t and I got carried away. I did not withdraw once. I also showed them proof that I had asked Gamstop to be self excluded, I raised this all in a online message and an email and they haven’t responded – just shut my account. Casinos have a duty of care and most of them have very high standards and protection in place for problem gamblers who get carried away – unfortunately I was not protected here and was left to deposit much larger amounts than I could afford. The fact they have not responded to my emails and online forms is just the icing on a bad cake. They had my money and aren’t interested in hearing the damage their lack of protection has helped to cause.
