You will face all sort of “technical” issues when it comes to withdrawals and when you ask what’s going on with your withdrawal the rude coustomer service agent will ask you offensive personal questions and weast your valuable time.I would give it a zero star.

I really like kwiff it has all game providers including no limit and hacksaw and near enough every live game possible not to mention kwiffed it’s crazy how a small winning bet could turn into a massive potential win due to being kwiffed , great idea . My only issue is I’ve made my first big withdrawal on the site never had the issue with smaller ones and they now want documents , I’ve sent all in but still heard nothing back , this review will change to five stars as soon as this is sorted UPDATE – ( documents have been accepted yet withdrawals still processing )

Hi I’ve verified My account once already . I’ve uploaded more.documents and my.money isn’t processed . Now I’ve been blocked from my account I’m.a single.mother and was depending on the money I won a week before Xmas . I’ve been on live chat I’ve uploaded documents done everything that was asked all I want is the money I’ve won . New to gambling but signed up to Kwiff and a few others and Kwiff is by far the superior company. I would say that out of maybe 10 bets, 5 or 6 have been “Kwiffed” haha. When you get Kwiffed the odds shoot up massively so if you win the bet, you get way more winnings. Just bet £5 on a brighton draw at odds of 4.4 and they “kwiffed” the bet to 7.9 which is WAY more that Unibet who are offering 4. It’s very clever marketing actually as now I feel loyal to them and will make them 1st on my list and if the odds are slightly lower than Ladbrokes or whoever then will still probably use Kwiff in case the odds get “Kwiffed”. Great fun so thanks Kwiff

Criminals they have robbed a dear friend of mine named Phil of £3000. He deposited his money in good faith and they have refused his withdrawal requests multiple times, it’s disgusting!! DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!! The poor man now can’t even afford Xmas dinner for the family and his marriage is now on the ropes. Kwiff do the right thing…

I’m reading the negative reviews about Kwiff slightly surprised and disappointed. But moreso shocked. Having used numerous Sports Betting companies for 20+ years, Kwiff are the best I’ve found. Their product is excellent, with unique aspects to it like no other and whilst there are some improvements to be made, the site experience is getting better and better. With some recent additions/promotions a clear indication that they listen to feedback and are dedicated to keep improving and not resting on their laurels. Recently, I joined the loyalty scheme and it’s been approx 3 months to date. Communications are excellent, as is the customer service experience. With a real personal touch. A special mention to Georgina who has been a breath of fresh air. Clearly someone who is happy and committed to doing a good job. Her enthusiasm and professionalism is infectious. It’s a pleasure being part of Kwiff and long may it continue. Keep up the excellent work

Brilliant site and company, promos are decent, the odds are slightly lower than elsewhere but they ‘Kwiff’ some bets and can triple the odds or so, it’s fun and unique, I had a bet that would normally paid £120 but was kwiffed to £370, withdrawals are pretty quick and website is easy to use

I definitely would not recommend this website at all. So I have been betting for over a decade and never experienced these sort of thing before . First I opened the account, and kept on depositing and they never asked me any documents or anything. So I eventually won and withdrew €1500 and within 24hr I received it. But obviously I lost the next bet and continued to deposit until I deposited the last €100 of the €1500 I initially won. However luckily for me, I turned that €100 into over €2000 and when I went to withdraw they are asking for documentation. Okay I sent it all and they said documents have been accepted but I am still waiting to be able to use my account for more bets or get my deposit back. It’s a shame in this day and age, verification takes days. I have other view website and the verification is almost instant within 4hrs. I only came here as I heard of the kwiff. I would advise anyone who wants to use the website to firstly do your documentation verification first and if it all goes well then you can start betting.As for me if I don’t receive my money in the next 24 hours , I will be contacting my solicitor. It’s as simple as that.

Still utter thieves. They have still not complied to my data protection law request for a sar made on the 19th of October, they still have not refunded the 30 euro they have stolen from me and they are still widely recognised as con artists…based in Malta for tax purposes they have indian scammers working for them, so not join.

I don’t recommend this site to anyone if you want to withdraw your money. I would not recommend this site to anyone since they keep your money and not provide information about your account. I provided all documents requested and 3 days later my account is still frozen and zero information of what’s going on. The funny thing is that they let me deposit funds but I can’t withdraw the money I deposited.I can consider this as a Scam

Had no problem with kwiff until they wanted verification documents which i sent and it showed on my account it had been done and there were no more documents needed but it has taken 4 days and still waiting for the verification to be complete. I have £875 waiting to be sent to my bank and money in my kwiff account but my account is also blocked until fully verified. I have been onto the live chat numerous time and they are unable to do anything its a joke it is taking this long. Ive seen a lot of people have had this issue and you would think that would cause them to try make it quicker.

Chat saying that my account is restricted and under review and they’re not telling me the reason why. So basically I can’t get the money till they review? my account. Waiting on verification and withdrawal I uploaded Bank statements Driving license Passport I won over £300 and went to withdraw the money and then they asked for me to upload documents which I have done and I waited over 24 hours and nothing happened so I went into a live chat and they explained that I needed to send a picture and that wasn’t a screenshot of my provisional license so I did so and now still waiting and after reviewing the reviews on here, it seems to be that it is happening to everyone so I’m not too confident about getting my money backIf my money enters my account however great website but until that money comes in I’m confident they are not paying it Money has been paid into my account I think I submitted the wrong documents so I can take fully responsibility for that part great app nearly all my bets won were from them being boosted massively which is a great add

This organisation has been very good in the past. Unfortunately they are behaving in a despicable manner hid in behind the safe gambling umbrella. My initial deposit resulted in a loss so I made a further deposit of around £200 then my account was immediately frozen with to request for further information.I refuse to supply them with details of my finances, I reluctantly supplied then with my passport and driving licence scans whereby they say now they haven’t received them. All I want is the refund of my deposit.Talk about cart before the horse, they seem to be making hay at my expense. I am registered as severely disabled and this situation drains me of all my positive energy.Please Kwiff treat me with respect and common decency rather than forever placing me on a never ending merry go round.

I see Kwiff arrogantly ignore the 5 star reviews and only reply to the people leaving them negative feedback. They even go through the other reviews that people have written and comment on them. What an embarrassing bunch of jobsworths they are.
