Kwiff have effectively stolen my money. I logged a data access request 9 weeks ago and they have not even acknowledged it. I have the screenshots of the chat team refusing to log one also, which has been escalated to the ICO. I have been forced to log the complaint through resolver, over 8 weeks has passed without a final response or deadlock letter and have heard from eCOGRA this morning who have picked this up. This has also been sent to the gambling commission. Avoid this company at all costs, the have no intention of resolving your issues and will actively block you. Edit. In response to Kwiffs reply, if you replied by email as quickly as you do on trustpilot you might actually have less complaints. Respond to the emails that haven’t been responded to and I’m sure eventually you’ll find me. Must have a lot of similar complaints that you can’t work out which one is mine.

Still scammers…another week on, they still have my 30 euro, they have not replies to emails and blocked my IP from live chat…its also been a month since I requested a subject access request but got no reply that it’s in motion

I registered with Kwiff and deposited a fairly substantial sum of money over the last couple of weeks. Managed to get a few good wins last night and decided to withdraw. It is only now they are asking for documentation for verification etc. I understand it is necessary for Kwiff to verify players and have no issue with this but they should do it prior to letting them deposit numerous times. I have found this a poor experience compared to other sites where my withdrawals have been back in my account within hours. Kwiff also failed to email me to advise me that I needed to verify my account and it was only by checking the status of my withdrawal that I noticed it was now required however they are quick to communicate various promotions via email! Overall this has left a bad taste in my mouth, happy to continue to take deposits but the second a withdrawal is requested they require more information. I would have happily provided everything they required on sign up prior to depositing. I’m hoping this is swiftly dealt with

Unable to use my account because I have to verify my account (for the second time by the way) and have waited over 24hrs for this to happen! Absolute joke if you ask me especially when I’m a returning player. It’s frustrated me that much I’ve had to come on trust pilot. Terrible kwiff I won’t be using you again for this.

So was a little skeptical after reading the reviews and some issues but honestly cannot fault the site. Had a nice couple of wins yesterday totally £500 and withdrew 2 separate transactions and the money in my bank first think this morning. Illegally asking for documents only after I’ve had a big win… won £1004 then withdrew it and decided I didn’t want to bet anymore so self-excluded. Then they decide they want ID and proof of address due to me wanting to withdraw my winnings although I had withdrawn before. They verified my documents but still waiting on my winnings to be paid out! Anytime I contact them they just say it’s still being verified which is a blatant lie… Their T&Cs say 24 hours but into day 3 now – STAY AWAY!

I have been asked too verify my account which is fair enough…5 weeks ago they asked for proof off adresse and passport, since then I’ve requested bank statements so I could show my adresse.It got requested 2 weeks ago as the passport wasn’t signed. Now again today I have resent the documents now they want pdf versions. I am not computer illiterate so I don’t know how too do all this. All I want is my verification too work, and for me too access my funds in my page. From a very loyal customer 👌

Been a member for months now. Have had multiple payouts and have had account verified. Used a new card. I have sent multiple copies of my bank statement in all formats but they are saying it is not accepted. I have downloaded it straight from the banking app. Still not accepted? It’s funny how now I have won a substantial amount they won’t let me withdraw!! I have sent all sorts of documents and been verified. It’s really not fsir. Happy to take deposits off this card but not give me my winnings!!
