I’m gradually making my way round the site. i like the sudden ‘kwiffs’ where your potential winnings get boosted. If it were easier to view selections (there is no logical ‘daily list’ for football- your only option is to view every single game all over the world in chronological order), and if bet builders had more than a token selection available, then it would have been the extra star.

Been waiting since the 8th and now it’s the 13th for a withdrawal to hit the bank they just keep saying the same things over and over on live chat that it will be in your bank within 24 hours honestly pointless even trying to get it,sites actually not bad but obviously is when you can’t get the money you’ve won Yes I received that email but I spoke to an adviser after that email and they stated I did not need to provide that information.If someone could email me on the email address I’ve just provided you that would be great thanks.I have replied to the Sunday email, can you confirm you’ve received it and if you need anymore information??

For maybe a year I enjoyed gambling on low stakes sadly in the last month I’ve had one member of staff that’s took out some sort of vendetta against myself I was first gave a warning for change in my activity by spending too long on site and spending too much at 20p and 40p a stake.. and now I’ve had my account suspended for not playing through all the money I deposited and being told I’m using them has some kind of financial storage and not betting enough by seems if it… what is clear is everytime I log in I’m being monitored and from my transaction history I’ve deposited £5500 and withdrawn £5300 there now withholding £407 of mine for no reason clearly they take 200% of my net losses because I’ve breached a little known rule that you must wager all you deposit.. I’m lucky to be successful in my life and not some sort of Orwellian £9.50 safer gambling come Freud of 20p stake warrior.. I’ve never complained yet now being bullied !!

You get bad reviews because your odds are atrocious with the ridiculously high overrounds under the guise of hopefully being kwiffed. So I usually don’t have no problem withdrawing my small winnings they are done really quick like straight away but now I’ve won big I spoke on live chat asking how my withdrawal process was going to be told oh it takes longer for large amounts due to security checks I asked why as I played and won fairly to be told be patient I then explained I had anxiety and I’d been ripped off before and I asked that I will definitely get money money won’t I and he said he can’t say that I was like why not? You took my money off me no problem so why can’t you pay me my winnings to be told deposits ur responsibility withdrawals are ours???? I just feel like I’m being palmed off .. I asked to speak to the withdrawals department apparently they don’t do live chats I asked for a phone number to be told they don’t have such facilities??? This has caused me great anxiety 10/3/2024Will I still get my winnings before the complaint is settled? I didn’t actually ask to open a complaints procedure I asked to speak to a manager or someone in complaints department so I could be explained too why i was not promised my winnings? Instead of just being sent pre typed messages off live chat

there is a good variety of sports to choice from although it takes time to get from one sport to anothergood and bad some times you do get kwiffed but the odds start low

Fake reviews. There’s nothing good abt this site. All it does is take take take. Your lucky to get the bonus round n if you do, good luck getting anything out of it. Trust me Ive Bern with these over a year n thought I’d have won something by now but nope. £5 is my biggest win. All these reviews claiming they won big or it being a great site are lies. Most probably family n friends employees leaving these fake reviews. Don’t believe me, try it out for yourself.

wont let me have it or play with it. I lost my bank card and didnt get my new one for a few days, so i played using a bank transfer, they are now playing stupid and wont recognise my new card and I’m still blocked. Update still waiting, still blocked, still havent added my new card, keep saying they want more docs or havent received them. I’m cheesed off with them.

Do not bet with this company first of all there odds are terrible don’t believe me just check their price will be lower every time. I won £200 hundred pounds all of a sudden they needed my bank statements bare in mind I have already verified my account three days later I won £250 they ask for my statement again the a photo of myself holding my ID did it. Thanks we can send your money now. Went to do a bet and my account has been blocked

Love it, the odds aren’t as good as some other bookmakers, but the boosts are amazing, and more than make up for it, stopped using all other bookmakers and exclusively gamble with these guys now.

Original idea, and a good concept, however once you win you are subjected to submit further verifications which are time consuming. One of my withdrawals is still pending now – is there any chance we can speed up the process please been waiting since last night thanks.

fantastic site and i prefer the kwiffed bets instead of best odds, withdrawals very good and had to verify my account which i did and soon as it all checked out they instantly released my pending withdrawals which only took 12 hours .if you are avove board and honest then you have nothing to worry about on this site 10/10

The prices on Horse Racing are utterly atrocious. The highest overround in the game; unplayable & unbackable markets. But hey ho – lets offer the numpties a ‘kwiffy bonus’ to make up for the lowest early oddss in Racing… no thanks!

I have been using kwiff since last week ended up winning some money still waiting for withdrawal as its been pending since last week provided a bank statement but said come back blurry If they don’t pay out will be contacting the gambling commissioner the experience should be fun and Easy no stress but this website seems to make it hard work to get back what’s yours. Still money pending just waiting to go into bank

To be honest, I was told about kwiff and the difference with a bit off fun and surprise bets and kwiffed etc. so I gave it a try , I enjoy , not so much for horse racing but for football. Live chat agents could be a bit more friendly and other than that it’s an easy website and was a easy set up and got verified fast and deposit and withdrawal is fast 5/5

I deposited fine they took it instantly…I then went to make a withdrawal and it says no payment method available….I had to contact live chat numerous times and no help for a basic request and this company based on reviews and my own experience clearly using delay tactics and making efforts to obviously hold funds from customers …I was told to send an email…I’m still awaiting response….this is unacceptable and unfair ….I’ve logged everything as this is a great example for the gambling commissions and authorities to see

Minimal sports markets to bet on. Didnt mind it as some bets got boosted and a decent amount until i bet a scoreline and it came in only to be shown it had lost. And when talking to customer service they said the same thing and i actually bet the reverse scoreline which I know for a fact i didn’t. So it seems an easy way to not pay someone their winnings when they win a decent amount of money. Went on to close my account not wishing to bet with scam sites

The app is decent and the ‘kwiffed’ odds is a good bonus at times, have been enjoying using them.However like many seem to be, my withdrawals are still pending around 40 hours later and documents not looked at still.I have 3 stars at moment as I await further info.Update: Account fully verified and withdrawals complete, took around 40+ hours but they paid out.

I faced some issues with withdrawal, as I was asked for varification after I submitted to withdraw the money. Just as a precaution, for anyone making a withdrawal, sometime you may be asked to prove who you are and that process is slow and cumbersome. So make sure you don’t make any plans with that money, as a company I still think it’s unethical to put the customers through this after they were allowed to deposit and place bets, and the right way would be to process the transactions and get all the varification process done before customers place any further bets. It definitely made me anxious going through this and created some difficulties as I had already put through some direct debts based on this. Anyway in the end, my issues were resolved, much thanks.

Worst one so far don’t ever try to put money here , they will let you deposit easily but when it’s comes to withdrawal they will ask for plenty documents and still you will not receive any money from them so it’s a scam be careful guys..! My review is based on my experience

I actually really enjoy the app itself, it’s one of my more favourable gambling apps. The problems are when it comes to withdrawal, I have been waiting for almost 2 days now for ID verification and have had no communication other than speaking to a live chat agent who tells you the same thing ‘it is with the appropriate team’. I have no doubt when the ID is verified all will be good. But the wait time is ridiculous as they’re just holding your winnings until verification is complete (which I do understand).

I love them. BUT, I lost my bank card and started betting using bank transfers from my new card, I withdrawed my winnings onto the old card and then realized and spoke toChat, they said it would bounce back to my balance and it did for abit so I tried to withdraw 50 of that and it says I’m blocked and now the moneys disappeared, I spoke with several chat people and sent several emails, but I’m still short 70 quid and blocked.

I’ve enjoyed the sports bets when they ‘kwiff’ which is quite exciting when it does kwiff, (total opposite when it doesn’t too lol.Didn’t really enjoy the slots much, this was due to the game screen allowing down our spinning then sudden stops or slight pauses which tend to show a losing streak on the way. It was fine when winning strangely enough though????However I like the site, thank you.

Attempted to withdraw money and they put me on hold, because I’d DEPOSITED money from my wife’s card, even though its a joint account.Had to provide bank statements, PayPal account details and a photo of me next to my passport.A common theme here, I reckon they either claim interest on the money they’re holding or hope that customers with small amounts in, just close their accounts with kwiff keeping the money

I’ve got eight pending withdrawals with Kwiff all waiting between 3-5 days and they still have t been processed, never mind reached my account! The total is over £3,500 I’ve e-mailed them on several occasions and had excuses and “the relevant department is on it”- their terms and conditions state 24 hours to process- what can I do?Update-When I submitted all my withdrawals it stated on your webpage at the time that these would be processed within 24 hours. As I no longer have a balance I can’t repeat the process at this time to show that- I would attach my pending withdrawals for verification-but this space does not allow copy paste of images, also; you haven’t responded to my latest e-mails- review?; for what? I’ve verified my account over a week ago- What are you timescales for processing returns; as you have happily continued to take my deposits and bets in the interim?Waiting up to 5 days to process returns is pretty poor, in any circumstances; should the team looking at it get sorted quickly and sent back then I’d happily change my review; just stating the facts guys

You can read the reviews and arrive at your own conclusion.Kwiff will make all sorts of excuses when it comes to withdrawals.They make the untruthful assertion that my ID is “expired”. They also offer other players the possibility of using photo IDs alternative to passports, e.g. full UK driving licence, etc. They refuse to accept a driving licence from me. Asked so many times to explain, but no answer.I will use the same ID to get myself verified on TrustPilot. LOL!I will eventually just send in other photo IDs to Kwiff CS. If still not paid out, I will sue.Watch this space.
