Iv put £50 a day on here over the past 2 weeks , don’t get me wrong u come to a gambling site to pretty much loose as its entertainment for ur yourself. A win is a bonus but playing a variety of different kind of slots over a different potion of time on separate days and I can not for the life of me atall period get a single bonus. At the onset, this seemed like a great company to bet with — they give new customers surprise free bets and boost odds, really good. First withdrawal was instant, others within 24hrs as stated.Suddenly, my most recent withdrawals from 18 January are stuck in Pending status, to this very moment at time of writing. Their live chat just repeat themselves with answers pasted from previous conversations. They insist I should continue waiting, and I was advised it wouldn’t take longer than a week. There’s never a reply via email unless they want to contact you.This seemed like it’s every 48hrs. But if you’ve provided everything they ask for according to their instructions, they’ll take longer to reply.I sent my passport, selfie ID with driving licence, photo of the bank card used to fund (twice because the first time I forgot to cover the CVV) on Sunday 21 Jan, and yet to hear from anyone.Upon reading other reviews, I had a glimmer of hope to give it some more time because eventually other customers got their withdrawals within a few days. Account showed as verified and 2-3 withdrawals were also processed instantly. Then a £900 withdrawal was not processed without any reason given for over a week. I sent a complaint email explains the consequences of this matter. My account was then self excluded for the next 3 years. Then conveniently i was asked for verification documents which I was unable to upload as I was now restricted from the site. I have written complaint emails and have now got over the 6 week period and taken the matter to eCOGRA. Please save your money and avoid the stress. A few small withdrawals are processed then you get withdrawals pending without reason. Also a clear violators of UKGC guidelines which clearly state the following players must not be asked for information at the point they request a withdrawal from their account if the operator could reasonably have asked for this information at an earlier time. My advice is to steer well clear of this site and use a more reputable provide such as Betvictor or PaddyPower etc. Tried to write a complaint letter to chairman’s office but all contact information provided is pretty incorrect and their email just gives automated responses.

Everything was fine until i had to upload documents for verifacation,i uploaded driving licence both sides passport and uploaded a pdf of bank statement,said images were blurry which was absolute nonsense,requested a withdrawal of £90 on Friday 19th jan,withdrawal will not be processed until i upload documents which i have done on numerous occasions which they won’t accept yet Kwiff still accepted a deposit of £40 on Saturday the 20th from the bank card that i have been using which if i had won anything it would have been impossible to withdraw.Live chat was helpful but was nothing he could do the company are a disgrace AVOID

Hi so I’ve been using kwiff for a while now I was first skeptical as it does seem harder to withdraw than to deposit however they do normally after 24 hours sort your withdrawal once fully verified however at the moment I currently have 3 pending withdrawals one of £2000 one of £2480 and one of £550 had a big win on casino and they have now taken over 24 hours and my withdrawals are yet to be processed so I don’t know what to think it’s the first time ever happened to me on similar amount withdrawals however I did contact the live chat and was told to allow more time so I’ll keep updated but is a bit of a shambles saying it’s 24 hour to process and taking longer so if they hurried up would be a bit better and I could leave a better review

Same as all the reviews below if you win small it will be in your bank when you wake up win big they will do everything not to pay out at Xmas time stay away from this mob. They want sensitive passport information and utility bill even though you are confirmed as soon as you open an account. This information can only be wanted for stealing later down the line

EDIT: Clearly you won’t find any details of me as a fraudulent account not in my name used my card on your site. Yet despite this you ignore all my emails when I proved the card belongs to me and your allowed payments to be taken when they should not have been. You need to refund me right now. A fraudster used my bank card to deposit with Kwiff. Being in hospital at the time meant I couldn’t check my bank and over £6000 was taken. The fraudster also admitted they was underage in an email to Kwiff. I have never given anyone authority or permission to use my card and all the transactions are unauthorised. I have emailed Kwiff many many times about this, and all my emails are ignored. They are clearly happy to profit of fraud.The money taken was for disability equipment for myself and now Kwiff refusing to acknowledge any of my emails or refund the money taken has left me in a very vulnerable position.

After opening an account and depositing I won a decent amount of money and tried to withdraw it. In the verification section of my account it said no documents required which I found strange but hit withdraw and after 2 days of no confirmation I opened a live chat to be told my account needed verification. I sent all relevant documents 2 of which were denied very quickly so I resent both to how they were asked for. I was told I needed to await confirmation and now 3 days later and after email and chat conversations which were not helpful at all, I am still waiting for confirmation. My withdrawals have been pending since new year’s eve and now the money that’s rightfully mine is neither in my bank or my account so effectively it’s not mine and there is nothing I can do about it. Really disappointed in the lack of communication or help I have received

Just like with most casinos, more than happy to take deposit after deposit but when it comes to a withdrawal make you jump through hoops. Can’t accept this, won’t accept that, just makes the enjoyment of a win less so. They do seem to get to the document review quite quickly but overly picky about what documents they like. I have been using kwiff for a couple of weeks now and find that getting “kwiffed” indeed adds a bit of intrigue . So today I won a few bob then put another bet on tonights football and noticed that i was “kwiffed ” from 8.11/1 to 23.39/1 . I find that amazing then i decided to look at trustpilot to ascertain if this was too good to be true . Generally there are very good reviews but some were suggesting slow or no withdrawals . This app is good when you can use it. Started off ok but then after I started winning, they wanted documents, which i provided. My account was back in use and thought it would be fine going forward but now after trying to withdraw some of my winnings, they now want more information about my employment.
