Kwiff Review

Initially I thought this was a good company offering good selections and rewards. However once it came to a withdrawal I’ve never seen anything like it. Very very slow- been waiting on verification for over 4 days. Sent 10 pieces of proof for address and they haven’t looked at the bank statement I sent in 2 days. Seems to me like they are just trying to dodge complaints and customer service is shocking. Hoping I’ll get my money, based on my experience I would be advising people to stay away

Further to my review below, Kwiff responded that I “refused to provide documents”.Kwiff rejected my documents. No reason given. I made a formal complaint and asked them to detail what exactly they needed. Kwiff refused to answer and closed said account (I closed it earlier anyway).In their response below, they now say that my account will remain blocked until I submit documents (which I already had but they won’t tell me what else I need to submit, which I have explicitly asked).However, in their email to me, they wrote that the account – I closed it by then – was permanently closed. Funny! LOL!Emails and evidence all available.The truth hurts… but the truth will set you free!P.S. Someone needs to teach Kwiff the meaning of “permanent”.P.P.S Even the +£10 is not true. That is only the case if Kwiff honour withdrawals made.P.P.P.S. I am commencing civil proceedings. So I won’t respond further to whatever they write.

I’ve been using this site for a couple of days and at first when I was winning, the money was refunded within seconds. I played a couple of times that day (27th December 2023) and won but the money wasn’t being refunded straight away so I contacted them on live support and the guy was asking me the same question over and over again that I was repeating myself then on the last conversation he took ages to respond so I put a 👎🏽 when then he decided to tell me it can take up to 24 hours to get a refund. The next day (yesterday 28th December 2023) I got my money refunded and I also played again and won £339, again it didn’t refund straight away so because of the conversation I had with the agent the day before I waited 24 hours. I checked my bank account this morning (29th December 2023) and the money hasn’t been refunded so I went to go to the live chat and it’s not in operation so I’ve sent an email. Don’t trust this site. I just want my money back. Absolutely awful. Once I get my money back I will not be using this site again

The withdrawal method was a bit frustrating. They will accept deposits off my card, but I have to add my bank details to withdraw. And you can’t just add bank details, you need to deposit with it first.They are a bit limited with regards to betting options too compared to other bookies.

I have withdrawal on pending for 5 days now. Everytime i asked the live chat they tell me it is under review and u will hear from us when it is done. Have a feeling they don’t want to pay and hope that i lose the money….but the concept of the supercharger is very cool, so i just hope they pay so i cant trust the site to play on it.

If there would be a zero star I would choose it.Decided to join and head over to casino, bonuses drop rate – zero. Some games took 500 spins to get any bonus. Hit rate – zero. RTP – low. I spend over a grand to get out empty handed, after every deposit never got above it. I know casino wins either way, but cmon, how can it be even fun if you actually not hitting a single thing.

Zero star is what they deserve! Unfortunately, Trust Pilot does not allow you to choose ZERO.I have been using Kwiff for a couple of months. I made a withdrawal. Three withdrawals actually. Now, they are saying that my account is under review. The reason? I am pretty sure it’s because my withdrawals would mean that I am up against Kwiff.I took screenshots and this is going to be escalated accordingly. I have accounts with all the main players: from household names like WH and whatnot, through well-known brands like Grosvenor, to challengers like DAZN. No issues with any of them. Only with Kwiff! The above tells you everthing! There are other players out that – better ones! You’re better off sticking to the main players like Bet365, etc. Trusted brands.Stay away from Kwiff. You have been warned.

Been having a hard time making a withdrawal I’ve sent everything that was asked but I’m being told a rent letter in my name is rejected and also to send screenshots of my PayPal! Anyone with a brain knows PayPal info cannot be screenshotted due to security reasons. Very quick to take your money but the worst casino I’ve ever played at when trying to withdraw. The documents they ask for is uncalled for! I await my withdrawal and will update but tbh play elsewhere save your stress.

One of the few better ones. Verification to date has been straightforward and no nonsense. Withdrawals have been prompt and support has been helpful. They even sent credited my account with a bonus for my birthday.

Had a previous self excluded account. I was allowed to open up a new account and deposit funds without any age verification or identity documents which is why the self excluded account wasn’t flagged up. I’ve tried to explain this to the customer service but they respond with we have taken a business decision to close your account and not mentioned the self excluded account. These people like all bookmakers abuse and they prey upon the young and weak. They aren’t to be trusted and whoever says that they are good are in a small streak but as you can see if you start to get a few wins like all the other crooked bookmakers they will want ID, want to slow it down and want to know why you won as you aren’t allowed to win. SHAMBLES AND TOTAL ABUSE.. So guys again after I sent the review I get a silly reply about Gamstop. Yes everyone know Gamstop doesn’t work because if you merely change your email address then the gambling companies can use that as an excuse to allow you to bet. We aren’t stupid and we know it’s a scam and not worth the money spent on it. That isn’t the question in my case as I have a self excluded account already with yourselves and have been able to open an new account with the same name and date of birth which never change. You are making your company look ridiculous here and should just see your error before it goes to the top and you get a large fine.I just wanted to add guys , I haven’t had an email from these people just a response in here and that goes deeper in to the professionalism of these bunch if predators.

So to start with really enjoyed betting with them, made quite a few deposits and had a few withdrawals into my account virtually as soon as the withdrawal was approved( in a matter of hours). Then I made a withdrawal yesterday morning and all of a sudden they want documents, I send my driving licence and bank statements but still no approval for my withdrawal. I’ve spoke to customer services a number of times asking for a timescale to be just told it takes however long it takes. Quite funny really because they don’t seem to ever ask for these documents when you are depositing or when you are withdrawing small amounts. Now I wouldn’t say I’m withdrawing a huge amount but I think they hope to stress people into just giving up.

Joined a few days ago and won a little more than I deposited, tried to withdraw and after about 12 hours my withdrawal failed I contacted live chat who said it as to be withdrawn to my original payment method which was my debit card and I accidentally clicked on bank. I tried to withdraw again and it as now been 24 hours still pending , I have contacted live chat who just keep saying wait 24 hours then say I have to just wait . This is not good compared to other sites which some payout straight away. The live chat seems useless I even asked if he could escalate the case as it had been over 24 hours and still not been processed he told me no just wait. Don’t think I will be using this site again . Will update if and when I get receive it.

HiI like to gamble on sports betting and slots, and I liked promotion on this site that odds sometimes gets boosted. I lost first few deposits, but now in lats few days I made some lucky bets and have over 1000$ on account. I wanted to withdraw some funds few days ago and it was rejected. I asked on live chat and they said someone will contact me via email. I even wrote email to their support and they told me they don’t have updates at moment and will contact me when they do. They didn’t ask for any documents even, they just won’t pay me and I don’t know why at the moment. All this seems pretty scammy and I am afraid for my funds. Please be careful with this casino, I will update if make any progress .

A bookmaker with hopeless offers, what’s the point of giving surprise bets when they are chosen by you, what’s the point of giving boosts for coupons that usually don’t apply, no bonuses for loyal customers (apart from the hopeless suprise bets ), the first payout in every day is immediate and for the next one you have to wait several hours. So called “Free bet” is a con. They promise £30 of free bets if you deposit £10. Deposited the tenner, settled the bet, no free bet credited. Contacted customer service, and they told me that they’d placed the free bet on my behalf, as a “surprise bet”. Never heard anything so stupid, why would I want them to pick my free bets for me? punters please look at this before you open an account, everything was ok till I won money then all of a sudden when I had funds to collect I was asked for all personal information that I wasn’t prepared to give , I then emailed to get my funds, good luck with that ! It takes an age to get a response! When you do they ask for more information which takes more days, so I have now closed my account thinking that may give me more chance of getting my funds back , I live in hope , but won’t give up money I’m entitled to

Initial impressions are good, website looks good, and the customer service team seem friendly and helpful. I like the Kwiff odds enhancer feature.Just made my first withdrawal request so this is where we will see whether or not they are any different from other gaming companies. I’m still waiting for my funds that I’m entitled to to be paid in my bank from this shocking company, I was informed by them that I was under no obligation to send in all my personal documentation and that if I closed my account I would only be entitled to less than half what they owed me , how can this be right !!! Don’t use them they are crooks took 200 from my credit card and did not put the money in my account when i asked them to put it in my account they would not put it in my account even with a screen shot showing it has been taken from my bank accountThey wouldn’t even look it up on their end so i promptly close my account im so annoyedWould like my $200 back but pretty sure i won’t ever see it again 😕Better of using more mainstream bookies who actually deposit your credit card money straight into your account and will actually pay you out when you win.I did see some off the other bad reviews but though id give them a goErrrrrrr that was a mistakeI’ll update this review ever week and let you no if they have refunded my $200.

So it only took 2 minutes to deposit and when i want to withdraw money they are telling in the live chat basically you have to wait 24 hours but it can take longer and then i asked how long they just simply said we cant say it can just take longer And they email said same thing im pretty sure they will put hurdles up so you can’t withdraw My first withdrawal went through within minutes but my second and third did notSo how can the team be so busy with withdrawals

I have had a withdraw of £400 and they have asked me for documents to be verified. I have send everything to them. Within 20 hours they decided to self exclude me and my money is still there pending because I can’t access the account to see. This is rediculous as I have not idea what is happening with the money that I have withdrawn

Absolutely disgrace of a service. Signed up, they let me deposit without nothing, and as soon as I withdrawn £200 they ask for documents. I submitted within 10minutes of them asking on 29/11 and sent multiple emails for them to check – still no reply. I went on live chat multiple times and they say the same thing- wait for reply from verification team. Didnt know it takes over a week to look at a document to prove someones identity 🤣My winnings are stuck and not one person from Kwiff has been in touch since. Disgraceful behaviour and worst gambling site I have ever used, seems like a common problem with this company reading everyone else’s reviews.. its a joke.

Update I did leave a bad review however kwiff casino did actually pay me my withdrawals in full so I can not fault them on that however I do still think they need to work on their live chat and communication skills and though they are a little longer in withdrawals than some other online casinos they have paid me so I can’t fault them on that p.s I have 2 more pending withdrawals so will see how they do with that.

Incompetent customer service, can’t tell you whether you can deposit AND withdraw. Very happy to let you make a deposit and lose, any further play and they come at you with verification which is unreasonably difficult. Pathetic. Read reviews on this company before joining. They have no problem taking your money, but have a big one returning your winnings.Absolute laugh of a reply from Kwiff. £90 sat there that I can’t withdraw. Jokers.
