Site looks good at first. But the odds are very low compared to other sites. Also its impossible to actually withdraw any money. Easy to deposit ( obviously) I’ve sent more ID than needed to get a mortgage! Each time it’s being rejected “for my security ” yet I can still deposit. So I’m not sure how’s its helping my security exactly.

Disgusting and scam casino. No response to my Kwiff complaint despite their promise to reply within 48 hrs and then one hr. Kwiff took £3000 off me despite me being a gamstop member and my whole family too. They failed to verify. Also when I was playing the games the site kept glitching and throwing me out of games and my net spend being reset.

Im unsure what this means I didn’t realise I couldn’t use my partners card ? I’ve sent all relevant documents you’ve asked for and you still won’t give me the £1000 I’ve won? It’s nearly been a few weeks now it seems you have no intention of paying out ? I’ve sent all relevant details and you let me deposit with my partners card and then say I’m not supposed to, why would you even let people do it anyway for a few days then soon as I win my bet suspend my account, seems they have no intention of paying out seems they prey on the vulnerable .

They don’t pay withdrawals also they don’t pay winning bets. Customer service is awful. They have responded but still stolen my roulette win.also saying my ID is not a PDF despite it clearly being a PDF

Withdrawal Pending after 10 DaysNo update has been provided to me since requesting a withdrawal 10 days ago. I have spoken on LiveChat each day to the Customer Experience Team, who all seem helpful and friendly, but ultimately cannot answer why my withdrawal is taking so long. I feel sorry for all the requests they must get everyday but are unable to answer, and provide canned responses only.There is no escalation process, no team to contact. No response or reply from the only available email address in the terms and conditions area. No assistance or advice from Payments Team. All documents verified on my account with payment methods all my own. I am still in limbo with no further update. Sending out an SOS! 🆘

My withdrawal is still pending since the 27th march coming up to 4 weeks. I have not been asked for any documents and my account is fully verified. They keep saying to wait for someone to contact me but none has been in touch and I can’t get through to anyone who is apparently dealing with it. I have tried ADR 3 different times and they have refused to participate. I will get the same reply about seeing the previous replies or they won’t comment don’t think I will get my money there is no restrictions for them to send the money so I really don’t understand why they are not sending it and I’m not the only one who’s had this issue.

I’m still waiting on the return of MY money for over two weeks now. This company is withholding my withdrawal of £440 and I’m not even worried about the money anymore… it’s the principal of it. The stake for the bets makes up almost half of the money – £200 and that’s what really annoys me. They took £200 from my bank account and have failed to return it – it’s just like buying a product online and not receiving the goods! The Gambling Commission have acknowledged my complaint but I will continue to send complaint letters to them every week for the foreseeable future until they take action against this company.

I have recently used Kwiff for a few bets and upon withdrawing £150 from my account to PayPal yesterday noticed it in pending. Having seen other user reviews I sent an email in yesterday with all my documents so that my withdrawal can be processed by Kwiff. The issue is, there is nothing in my account suggesting I need to upload documents. In the documents section it just shows everything as clear. So why is my withdrawal not being processed? During this time, they allowed me to deposit further into my account today, so it’s not like it’s locked or anything and awaiting review. The live chat hasn’t been any help, they just say that they can see the documents but can’t offer any more information.I’m happy to update my review to a more positive one if funds are received and this doesn’t happen again but at the moment it seems they have taken my deposits but are not processing any withdrawals (without any given reason, as my documents page says nothing requested.)

One of the better, fairer sites I’ve used. The random kwiffing of bets is brilliant and alot more than you would expect to get extra. I put on a football bet that was returning 100, after it was “kwiffed” it was 416 and it came in.Quick withdrawals and the casino slot games are more enjoyable than the more mainstream sites. You can get good returns and even if its a bad visit you will at least have a few wins instead of it eating your money in minutes.

Refusing withdrawal after four days Have repeatedly asked me for the same information then when I provide it they ask for something else , when this is provided they go back to original request which was already answered Will close my account once I receive my small pay out , which is peanuts considering what these guys make

Update on my withdrawal that kwiff are still holding from February. Have been in touch with uk gambling commission, they have asked me to try again with kwiff to get my money back, I have emailed kwiff today will post update if they bother replying.

The site was ok at first however the bonuses have gone awful. I sent an email to explain my frustration of not being rewarded bonuses for using the site after a good few deposits within my means obviously and not get anything in reward back compared to most sites nowadays. The surprise bets they give you are terrible , unrealistic outcomes it is a joke and if you deposit a good few quid you don’t getting back on live casino like they used too.The response back to me was that I warrant special attention hahaha of a worker named G***ge I find this insulting as the email was to explain the poor quality of bonuses that was all and they informed me to look at the promotions they offer via there website which are rubbish tbh.Oh well don’t be fooled by them people go on ladbrokes or sky bet at least you know you get looked after for being loyal. This site won’t be my priority no more.

Withdrew money by accident to a lost bank card. Transaction was correctly stopped. Asked by kwiff to vertify a few things including statements. This has all been completed but they have still not sent my money back. Over 48 hours with no response.

Withdrawal pending since 2nd April. I have been using kwiff without issue for the last year and withdrawals have been relatively quick (excluding my first withdrawal – mostly next day payments) until now. Made a withdrawal on the 2nd April which is still pending. Similar experience to other users reviews in that the customer service live chat is not fit for purpose. They only also advise that the “relevant team” have the withdrawal and that they have no access to any other information. I have emailed them and it’s the same response to the live chat. Presumably the same people operating the live chat who have no power to do anything.

All wins are pre determined like the other reviews says but has no reply when you land a bonus you total balance will change letting you no what you win before you have even played the bonus

My account has been under review for over a week and I keep being told to wait for the review to be finished even though they have closed the account. I just want to know if I will receive my money or not the withdrawals have been pending over a week and nobody is replying to any emails or giving me any indication what this review is or if I will get paid.

Company gives poor odds and only quiffs bets up to odds that other bookies offer. Offers only 2 places in certain horse races. No placed only markets. No player to be booked markets. Terrible user interface. glitchy trying to place bets.

Absolutely frustrating. After win of over 15k didn’t let me withdraw more than £4300. Even though being a customer for more than 2 years. So when I did withdraw only the amount which they let me. Not clearing the withdrawal after they got all the documents kept on asking for the cards which was used months ago for deposits and have been replaced with the new ones. Which I provided with the bank statements. Now they are lying oh these statements doesn’t show any transactions to kwiff. It’s like they don’t want to pay my money. So frustrating

My account had been on a block since a week now I have got a email saying my account it closed. They didn’t even write in the email if my withdrawals will be processed I have no way to get in contact as I can’t access live chat and nobody replies to the emails.

Hi , I gave them on my previous review 5 star as they were really good and site is really good but this time I won big money and my account is fully varified and I have sent them all the documents that they have asked and received couple of withdrawals but now I won big they haven’t processed my withdrawal request and its still pending after 24 hours , I can’t see any reason behind that . Please be aware , I will update my review as soon as I get my money back

Pay out what you owe regardless of verification you took money in without any if someone who has mental health problems doesn’t have need of a driver’s license or passport pay what they won then close or suspend the account but keeping money they won is in my opinion nothing but blatant theft
