I made a withdrawal 3 days ago and then my account has been restricted from that moment. I went to live chat and they are saying just to wait for a email but I haven’t received anything it’s been 3 days and I’m not even bothered about the account anymore, I just want my withdrawal but nobody will help me or even tell me a timeframe and end the live chat straight away when I ask.

It has been over 24 hrs and my withdrawal has still not been processed!! Tried the online chat but just keep getting the same generic response. Its a shame as it would be a good casino if they paid out!!

Id like to know why on slots if I hit a bonus at the top of my screen gives you the amount I have in my wallet, after I do my first spin the top figure changes to the total amount I’m going to win while the figure at the bottom of page stays at what I currently had, basically I’m asking why I’m doing the bonus spins when it’s clearly pre determined what I’m going to win. I’m gradually making my way round the site. i like the sudden ‘kwiffs’ where your potential winnings get boosted. If it were easier to view selections (there is no logical ‘daily list’ for football- your only option is to view every single game all over the world in chronological order), and if bet builders had more than a token selection available, then it would have been the extra star.

Been waiting since the 8th and now it’s the 13th for a withdrawal to hit the bank they just keep saying the same things over and over on live chat that it will be in your bank within 24 hours honestly pointless even trying to get it,sites actually not bad but obviously is when you can’t get the money you’ve won Yes I received that email but I spoke to an adviser after that email and they stated I did not need to provide that information.If someone could email me on the email address I’ve just provided you that would be great thanks.I have replied to the Sunday email, can you confirm you’ve received it and if you need anymore information??

For maybe a year I enjoyed gambling on low stakes sadly in the last month I’ve had one member of staff that’s took out some sort of vendetta against myself I was first gave a warning for change in my activity by spending too long on site and spending too much at 20p and 40p a stake.. and now I’ve had my account suspended for not playing through all the money I deposited and being told I’m using them has some kind of financial storage and not betting enough by seems if it… what is clear is everytime I log in I’m being monitored and from my transaction history I’ve deposited £5500 and withdrawn £5300 there now withholding £407 of mine for no reason clearly they take 200% of my net losses because I’ve breached a little known rule that you must wager all you deposit.. I’m lucky to be successful in my life and not some sort of Orwellian £9.50 safer gambling come Freud of 20p stake warrior.. I’ve never complained yet now being bullied !!

So I usually don’t have no problem withdrawing my small winnings they are done really quick like straight away but now I’ve won big I spoke on live chat asking how my withdrawal process was going to be told oh it takes longer for large amounts due to security checks I asked why as I played and won fairly to be told be patient I then explained I had anxiety and I’d been ripped off before and I asked that I will definitely get money money won’t I and he said he can’t say that I was like why not? You took my money off me no problem so why can’t you pay me my winnings to be told deposits ur responsibility withdrawals are ours???? I just feel like I’m being palmed off .. I asked to speak to the withdrawals department apparently they don’t do live chats I asked for a phone number to be told they don’t have such facilities??? This has caused me great anxiety 10/3/2024Will I still get my winnings before the complaint is settled? I didn’t actually ask to open a complaints procedure I asked to speak to a manager or someone in complaints department so I could be explained too why i was not promised my winnings? there is a good variety of sports to choice from although it takes time to get from one sport to anothergood and bad some times you do get kwiffed but the odds start low

Fake reviews. There’s nothing good abt this site. All it does is take take take. Your lucky to get the bonus round n if you do, good luck getting anything out of it. Trust me Ive Bern with these over a year n thought I’d have won something by now but nope. £5 is my biggest win. All these reviews claiming they won big or it being a great site are lies. wont let me have it or play with it. I lost my bank card and didnt get my new one for a few days, so i played using a bank transfer, they are now playing stupid and wont recognise my new card and I’m still blocked. Update still waiting, still blocked, still havent added my new card, keep saying they want more docs or havent received them. I’m cheesed off with them.

Do not bet with this company first of all there odds are terrible don’t believe me just check their price will be lower every time. I won £200 hundred pounds all of a sudden they needed my bank statements bare in mind I have already verified my account three days later I won £250 they ask for my statement again the a photo of myself holding my ID did it. Thanks we can send your money now. Went to do a bet and my account has been blocked

Original idea, and a good concept, however once you win you are subjected to submit further verifications which are time consuming. One of my withdrawals is still pending now – is there any chance we can speed up the process please been waiting since last night thanks.

I have been using kwiff since last week ended up winning some money still waiting for withdrawal as its been pending since last week provided a bank statement but said come back blurry If they don’t pay out will be contacting the gambling commissioner the experience should be fun and Easy no stress but this website seems to make it hard work to get back what’s yours. Still money pending just waiting to go into bank
