Been a 20 year old and not been able to pay for my bills because Kwiff are rejecting my documentation and not paying me out.Why is it so hard to be able to be paid out? its an absolute disgrace. i have used over 20 gambling companys and not once been treated like this. Plus its only £340.... you are are embarrassing KWiff!! i hope you get closed down. Dirty dirty people They have rejected bank statements & ID as proof of address and now want " you can provide HMRC letters, council tax letters, NHS letter, or any government letter, as long as these have been issued within the past 3 months"everything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.i have sent it my documents for the 5th time and i have contacted the gambling commission and will be contacting the police if this carries on.

I’ve used kwiff for a few years now UK great odds good experience customer service used to great but the live chat always seems to be unreliable at this moment or we are currently unable to detect if a agent is available now … the begging of the year was great customer service but now it’s lacking unfortunately I email but they aren’t as responsive

Absolutely disgusting service. Signed up, won over £200. My account was blocked. I sent over all documents that were asked for and never had a reply. My winnings are stuck and not one person from Kwiff has been in touch with a reason. Disgraceful behaviour and worst gambling site I have ever used

Been waiting over a week to verify ID details and still waiting, takes 72 hours for a response to any question or details uploaded. PDF statements or utility bills are not accepted. Says you need to download direct from bank or utilities supplier, for me to get them that’s what I have done. But they still have rejected them. 7 days letter still no joy. I understand checks need to be made but they won’t do this at the beginning of signing up, and if they did I’m sure it would be a much faster process. I have made and received withdrawals without any problems and haven’t hit any threshold. I fully understand that as a company ID details are required but after a few wins and withdrawals, check are then an important, timing must just be coincidence. Think very carefully before placing a bet and make sure to get your ID details checked before using Kwiff. A shame really because the interface is quite good.

Love the site, and the unique betting boosts but been trying to have my security details( ID, card, proof of address) approved for over a week. So slow to return on the info, terrible response to emails and rejecting documents for little to no good reason.Suspicious that it is because I have won some bets and am trying to withdraw money. Hoping it is not the case but will update

Shocking company!! Been with them for months and now they ask for ID when I’m looking to withdraw an amount I deposited in error. (Phone screen broke). I don’t have a valid ID given I’ve broken my leg and my driving license has expired. Provided my old ID, Sent doctors evidence, bank statement etc and they have now closed the account down and have £470 sitting they refuse to refund. This is going legal soon

My self exclusion (a friend thought it would be funny to do it himself) expired yesterday. I was told to send in a PDF email from gamstop confirming this. I then receive an email from Andrei asking me to contact them via chat to arrange a telephone call to reopen my account. I went on chat and spoke with Jaqueline. She told me she wants me to contact gamstop to confirm my exclusion has expired. I told her I already did this. And sent in what they asked for. She replied yes we have this information. But we want it again. I've now again contacted gamstop, and also the gambling commission. These people at kwiff are far from professional. They just want to make problems. How does asking for the same information make any sense? It's pathetic.

Updated feedback - I've received my withdrawal of £3075.61 on 29th November 2023, that's on 5th day (KYC, and their internal checks took time). I would say, they have to work to improve it, but glad to say that it's genuine Company. Off course, frustrated with the level of service is received, but trust me they will give your withdrawal upon checks (requesting them to make it better to avoid frustration to Customer). I've updated the ratings to 5 now with assumption that they will improve in future. Feedback - Kwiff - Shocked and very bad experience!On 25th November deposited £400, played on sports and Casino, lost that. Then again deposited £300, played on sports and Casino, won £3075.61. The withdrawal of £3075.61 is requested on 25th November 2023 at around 19:00, it has gone in the pending status. Upon multiple follow-ups on their live chats, I was told relevant department will contact me via email. Finally after chatting them for 7 to 8 times on 25th and 26th November managed to get verification email out around 15:00. The requested ID proof and address proofs were provided, address proof is rejected saying document must be 3 months old, it was 3 months and 1 day old on 26th November, understandably sent them another two address proof documents, which were approved after multiple chats to their Customer Service team who always said relevant department will check, and somehow approved on 27th November 2023 around 15:15. I've been following them up for releasing my withdrawal but they keeps says high winning must be verified by their payment team before they can release the payment and it can take longer time depends upon volume. Now it's wait and wait game. There is no direct contact number of their payment team to speak, only option is to talk to their Live Customer Service team who can't do anything and can't even escalate or call their internal department to get it resolved.This company uses their UK gambling license to legally frustrate their Customer like me by holding withdrawal for NO reason.I've multiple times explained their Customer Service that it should be transparent and easy to verify which should NOT take 4 days counting from 25th November to verify and release the payment.I'm planning to take this case to Action Fraud, BBC Watchdog, LBC and gambling commission that way they can stop frustrating Customers legally by holding the withdrawals. It's really unfair and unacceptable for gambler to deposit the hard earned money, and after winning by luck, these tactics to hold the winnings.I've even contacted CEO of Kwiff via his LinkedIn page finding his Kwiff email, and emailed him to explain issues with Kwiff, but NO response from him.This is genuine feedback I've experienced. I'm totally frustrated with kwiff, looking the way they handle Customers for KYC and holding withdrawals without proper reason (high volumes can't be acceptable reason to hold the withdrawal).The standard response from Customer Service team is copy and paste of same message which is as below.*****************************************I can confirm that we have received your withdrawal request and this is now with the relevant team.Please note that further checks would need to be carried out with higher wins, which may lead to a longer waiting time than usual.With that said, rest assured that this is nothing to worry about as these are standard checks carried out with all withdrawals, it's just that with larger ones, these may take a bit longer to complete, that's all.Rest assured that once we have an update for you, we will let you know accordingly.*****************************************After asking to escalate or call the relevant department, the response from Customer Service is as below.*************************************I am sorry that this has taken longer than anticipated. I am afraid our team cannot speed up the process or prioritise your case as all tickets are handled in strict accordance with company procedures. Though I can assure you our team are working hard and will action this as soon as they can for you. 🙂*****************************************They never come out with the status update. It's wrong and really annoying.

The site advertises instant deposits and instant withdrawals. Yet, this is wrong & misleading. in fact, withdrawals can be up to 24hrs minimum. I’ve been a loyal customer of Kwiff for a while. And assumed having seen this advertised on the site, this was a new initiative and improvement to the service. After all most other online bookmakers offer this service nowadays so Kwiff are lagging behind in that respect. Anyhow disappointed to find after attempting a withdrawal that this was not instant. Also disappointed after following this up with an agent, there was a lack of understanding and appreciation for my point of view. Also, failed to confirm whether or not this would be removed from the site. I guess now it’s just a waiting game? I will keep you all posted with timescales and final resolution14hrs later and still no resolution. Getting absolutely nowhere with customer service agents on chat/email. No help at all. Really really poor and unprofessional service.

I won ~1100 and I was terrified that kwiff would be like some casino sites ( I read so many posts about people struggling to get their winnings out ) that do everything they can to not pay out but I'm over the moon with the experience I had with kwiff. Soon after withdrawal, I was asked to submit ID and proof of address and also provide some employment details. I just opened my bank app to check my upcoming direct debits and what a pleasant surprise! My winnings were waiting for me 🤩This was resolved within 24 hours which is insanely fast 😳

Absolute robbery.i played 50p a spin lost £125 and all the bonuses gave was 2x,12x and slightly above I also put £700 through big bass on £2 and I got 3 bonuses and not one over 20x.every single press was a loss....if I was you then look for another online casino...I think your having a laugh with that reply...at some piont playing a game you should get a decent win but going onto 4 different games and getting spin after spin of losses is wrong and it wouldn't surprise me if its along way from the RTP I also think your reply shows your view on customers

Been more than cooperative, provided all documentation but every other day they put restrictions on my account then make me wait 4 days to get back to me . Live Chat is useless , no one is helpful they just read from a script.

I have been a Kwiff customer for years and seemingly have had to verify myself annually. Have previously had a good experience and the ‘Kwiffed’ bets are good, but you never know when they may happen. However, my account was suspended after winning last week (not depositing which would be the case if it were affordability checks). I immediately completed the questions they asked and the account was quickly reactivated. Nevertheless it has now been over a week and Kwiff have withheld over £3700 from me, made up of several winnings. When withdrawing they state that it will be completed within 24hrs if it was a card transaction (and 3-5 business days for bank transfer). Mine was a card withdrawal so should have been within 24hrs. I have sent many live chats and emails to Kwiff to resolve this only to be told each time that they need to complete extra checks because of the value? Then that the relevant dept will deal asap. This has clearly not been the case. Seeing the number of others having the same issue I wouldn’t be surprised if the company are experiencing financial difficulties and withholding funds!

This company is a scam outfit.I opened an account with them the other evening and they won’t pay out.@Kwiff -Who keep replying to win some sort of PR battle.The reason that I said ‘that particular phrase is that you ask for a PDF of the bank statement of the transaction that took place as in depositing the money to you.Statements come out monthly ( I think that is fair to say for most people) which means we cannot provide that and they also don’t come in PDF format but online.This was one of numerous things you asked for but you decided to close the account and pay the £350 back so the decision was taken out of our hands and any decent company would accept clear receipts of the deposits rather than waiting on a statement.The bank also advised that these receipts are proof and are impossible to make up so you refuse to pay a measly sum of money to you which means in most peoples books,you are a scam.Why so many reviews on here complaining the same? Are we all liars?

It is so sketchy to ask for documents after a random withdrawal request, by law that should be done when registering and depositing. Now they just keep ignoring all emails. Been waiting for a week. Which my I add is not age verification check , its about source of income. No problem , but don't hold my withdrawal request to ransom , which in itself, asking for a ransom is very illegal. One of the worst betting sites. They blocked my account for 4 days whilst they reviewed my documents. This stopped me from withdrawing my winning. After a long wait they finally unblocked my account and told me that my account had been verified. That same day they blocked my account again and wanted more info from me . I hadn't deposited any more money into the account I had only played with the winnings I already had in the account. It was the fact that I was withdrawing my winnings they blocked my account again. Its like they don't want to pay people out, so they try to keep putting blocks in your way to hold your money. You email the support team and they don't reply. It's just an awful betting site.

These criminals totally took advantage of my cousin who has an extreme gambling addiction and is dying due to a brain haemorrhage.He lost £1000 odds but they refused to pay £600 quid due to documents and palava which is all a way to prevent paying out.The whole industry is a disgrace and we will expose these people!

Was originally impressed with this bookmaker, initial deposits/withdrawals were fairly swift - Bets settled pretty quickly and the kwiffed odds are a great feature. Unfortunately it’s all been downhill since.I've had some withdrawals that have been pending for 9 days now. I submitted and had verification documents accepted 8 days ago too, plus answered the questions about my job. The customer service isn't the best, no number to contact, slow replies to e-mails and between those and the live chat I don't seem to be getting anywhere at the minute. It's a shame after the initial good experience.I’m not even pestering them constantly though I feel like I should be, emailed for an update on the 16th and Joe asked for my DOB and Postcode which I sent back - Still no reply to that. It’s like I’m being ignored through every avenue whilst they withhold my money and I’ve no idea why. And despite this, if I wanted too, I can still deposit funds and use the site - So there is obviously no issue with my account, they just aren’t processing the withdrawals.At the minute I would avoid this bookmaker.

This bet is still outstanding 3 days later despite 2 attempts at live chat and a few emails where it should be paid out as won with a void selection. I have had zero replies too any form of contact with them.The reply below is also a cop out as I have just been back on my kwiff account and my registered email address is exactly the same as here
