Beware like others have said, you can deposit money no problem without verification and i had 2 withdrawals (slow) without verification. Now i have 2 withdrawals pending of £650 in total where i now have to prove documents. I have no issue with that but after supplying documents i am now on my 3rd day waiting for them to process the documents. I was impressed by the kwiff bonus but not giving my money is terrible after 3 days. Live chat says 24 to 48hrs, i say 3 days and it is ignored, ” please give more time”. I was even asked “why do i want my money” couldnt believe it. Emailed for update, no response on 3rd day. Now been told my account is restricted until i have answered 4 questions about my gambling. Say my gambling has changed. Only done some casino i think. Ive won and dont think they like it. Wouldnt be long until i lose on roulette.

Avoid this app the length it takes to process anything is outrages. You can deposit without any docs but you can’t withdraw to the same account without validating your docs?? The timescale and the frustration is unacceptable chat is basically a tick box you keep getting the same message ‘sorry it’s managed by another department’ how about you pick up the phone and get it sorted!

Enjoy the site just dubious about receiving my winnings at first I deposited had a play withdrew some winnings and went fine I then deposited some more a few days later enjoyed some time on a few different games wasn’t to be again a few days later I deposited some more and wom a decent amount and as soon as I withdrew this I’ve been asked to send in documents although I was verified upon opening the account I have sent these documents seems to be a little slow on reviewing them hopefully no issues I’m verified the withdrawal goes through and I can continue to enjoy the games on kwiff if so I’ll be sure to come back and change to 5 stars Credit where credit is due verification was completed and money in bank in 36 hours I was quick to judge but hold my hands up I was wrong they are just vigilant certainly not scammers

I have always had a great experience with this casino, fast easy withdrawal……however my account has been blocked for 3 days so far as they required more identification, that’s fair enough, I have sent the relevant id so awaiting them to unblock my account, hopefully soon, will update once I receive notification hence the reason I’m only giving 3 stars at present

The actual gameplay is decent but the customer service is appalling and still waiting for withdrawals to be processed. I asked them to close my account once my withdrawals had been processed. They have closed my account so have no access, still haven’t verified my Driving Licence which is a very clear pic and they have over £9000 of my money. You can only contact them on chat and they tell you that you can’t speak to a Manager you will have to email, which I have twice and still no reply. Their complaints procedure can also take up to 8 weeks. I would avoid this site if you plan to make any type of withdrawal.

I received notification to send Kwiff documents to verify my account. I sent a copy of a utility bill and a copy of my birth certificate along with a copy of my marraige certificate. I have been advised this is not acceptable yet the UKGC advise a birth certificate is acceptable?I have also decided to SE and take break from gambling. I’m still waiting on my balance to be refunded?

Was originally impressed with this bookmaker, initial deposits/withdrawals were fairly swift – Bets are settled pretty quickly and the kwiffed odds are a great feature.However – I’ve now had some withdrawals that have been pending for four days now. I’ve submitted and had verification documents accepted too. The customer service isn’t the best either, no number to contact, slow replies to e-mails and between those and the live chat I don’t seem to be getting anywhere at the minute. It’s a shame after the initial good experience.Edit: Same useless reply on email, going round in circles now.

I have to say that once my id was accepted the money was in my account straight away, customer service from George was excellent. Please make sure that you have the right id in pdf format before you join, they offer a great range of slots I have upgraded to four star.

This is most definitely the worst site I have ever used for slots, I was astounded the £500 last all of 30 minutes. I played 5 games and set at £2 a good rinsed it in minutes. Yes I expect to lose but there is no pleasure at all in playing on this site. You don’t even get the time to enjoy it. I took screen shots of time and money where I will happily post online.

I had a very bad experience with this company regarding them illegally withholding my withdrawal despite me complying with all verification checks. In any case it was confirmed to me by the UK Gambling Commission that they had no right to do this in the first place as they are obliged to carry out verification checks when you sign up for an account with them, or by no later than the 1st ‘available’ opportunity. Their customer service reps are highly unscrupulous, rude and lie through the skin of their teeth. I have now had to instruct a solicitor to not only claim for the sum of £87 which was my withdrawal amount but also furter costs and damages which add up to nearly £400. Don’t the the risk with these rogue traders. They operate out of Malta and run their platform in the UK for a reason!

Odds offer are low compared to other betting site but the Kwiff feature is interesting because you don’t know what you’re going to get.

Avoid avoid avoid! This is an unscrupulous, incompetent gambling operator that has no idea about their licensing obligations or legal obligations for that matter. This company will accept significant deposits from brand new customers that they know nothing about and then when they try and make an insignificant withdrawal in comparison, they prevent you from doing so and claim to need to see ‘verification documents’. They then claim that they have to do this as it’s a legal requirement which is a flagrant lie. This company want to con people out of their hard earned money and not pay out a penny. Also, don’t be fooled by the whole ‘Kwiff’ garbage. All a ‘Kwiffed’ bet is, is giving you the odds the bet should have been in the first place and which all the other bookies are already offering.

I am writing this review to say that Kwiff is 100 percent genuine site because few days back I wrote negative review I thought this is fraud and scam site. But this is truly genuine site and withdrawl came to my account after getting verification.Trust me they will verify your Account and definitely they will give your funds back. The kwiff supercharged bets are few and far between. I’ve lost out on so much money with lower odds. I have worked out that my placed bets have been supercharged 1 in every 4. I have also worked out that if i had placed my bets with any other bookmaker then i would be £634 better off. If you have any sense then you should stay away from betting with kwiff. I have definitely fallen for this con and i feel embarrassed.

Have been using Kwiff for over a year now. I put £30-£50 in every now and again. But it adds up. They have had no issue taking my money. I withdrew £50 a week ago and they said I had to prove my address to have this happen. They weren’t bothered when taking my money! I moved 6 months ago to a new address but haven’t changed it on my account. Mainly cause I’ve never needed to. They always took my money fine. Now they are saying I can’t have my £50 withdrawal as the system keeps rejecting it. I have told them via email and live chat that I moved. Makes no difference. Don’t ever bother doing the online chat it’s a complete waste of time. Shambles of a company.

Still has no withdrawals from kwiff it’s been 11 days now since I withdrew from my account and still NOTHING my account is fully verified and all I get is the same response about it takes longer than usual as it s big withdrawal. I’ve emailed the complaints department and they have told me takes upto 8 weeks to get back to me. I’ve never in my LIFE been messed around as much as this I really don’t understand what is going on behind closed doors there but this is a complete SHAMBLES. Stay away from kwiff bet. Fake promisesOn promotion. Cheer incompetence with the staff working on the site. They don’t know they’re a…hole from Their elbow and need more training. Specially when dealing with customers money. Or making them think they have funds when they don’t. Long cash out. I have been on betting sites since l was 18. I joined kwiff and was doing really well, they paid out quickly. After a few more wins they wanted id and proof of my address I went to my bank which is 64 miles away and had a one page statement showing my address and name with transactions to kwiff they refused this as then need a pdf format that i am unable to do, I have asked if they will except a pay slip with address or hospital appointment letter they refused all my household bills are in the name of mr and mrs with my husbands. Initials this company owe me over £600 will i will fight to get stay away as they are not helpful !!!!! Can I add that in this time they still let me deposit!!!

I am a hard working, honest, taxpaying businessman who likes a punt.I was recommended to try out Kwiff’ s online gambling service and opened my account on Thursday 2nd November and duly won a few bob on the horses.I withdrew my 4 figure winnings on Thursday evening and was told on Friday morning that my account needed to be verified before I would be paid – within an hour I forwarded my proof of ID & Address to Kwiff.They duly confirmed receipt and advised that I would be paid my winnings upon my account being verified within the next 24 hours.It is now over 24 hours since this promise and they have not honoured their promise.Very upset and disappointed that they appear to have have done nothing and are sitting on my winnings.Very poor show Kwiff!

I’m hoping I’m wrong but I have a feeling I won’t be receiving my mainly unused last deposit (not winnings) back that I made before asking for my account to be closed due to me deciding to practice responsible gambling, As I withdrew it and then asked for my account to be closed, then received a email back stating they’d decided to self exclude me for two years instead of closing my account like id asked them to and there was also no mention of my pending withdrawal in email either, theyve now self excluded my account but my final withdrawal has not arrived even though I know their withdrawals are usually pretty quick, have emailed them asking when i,ll receive it and will update site and review accordingly if I hear back from them or if I receive it.

Trying to verify my account and they keep asking for a photo ID which I have already provided. The back and forth is driving me mad because I’ve even sent a screenshot of PROOF that I’ve sent the photo ID but yet they can’t accept screenshots? Which I understand. Just if they did their job and actually check my ORIGINAL email they will find said photo ID INCLUDING the one of me holding said ID. I’ve sent everything yet they keep going back and forth with their automated replies of missing items. Oh and they can’t cancel the process unless the account is verified. Which if it’s in their T&C’s, FINE. Just do your job and check my original email. My photo ID is attached and provided in it.

Out of the last 6 bets i placed non have been kwiffed. The so called stand out quality of this bookmaker is getting kwiffed. The bets i placed were odds at much lower than the odds at all other bookmakers. How many bets will i actually have to place to get one kwiffed? Overall extremely disappointed as i have lost out here massively. Basically this bookmaker is giving customers much lower odds than elsewhere and the kwiff gimmick is a joke.

Hi been waiting since last weds/thursday now and my withdrawals are still pending all my docs have been sent over and I am fully verified I have been on the chat countless times and they copy/paste the same phrase to me. Saying because it’s a larger withdraw its takes longer than usual but it’s just going on and on now and I really don’t understand what is going on.
