Odds seem to get kwiffed way more often than you would think. Really great website, the app has some issues, often clicking on football then prem league it at times shows no fixtures available. This just an example happens with other leagues too. Would highly recommend overall

Site is good football odds are great even comparing with main stream bookmakers the boosts and super boosts are second to none I am amazed sometimes how they can give such high odds also I may add plenty of winning ones deposits and withdrawals straight forward but not the best site for horse racing unable to watch races and study form but all round a good site trust worthy and as I say my main use football betting

Hi, I deposited with kwiff no problems, and didn’t ask for any documents to verify my account, but when I had a withdrawal for £500 they want all sort of documents? I sent them birth certificate and utility bill but said can’t accept this, as i don’t have passport as its expired and no driving license as I cycle to work so couldn’t provide these documents, So I had no choice but to self exculed from their site, I just want to no when my money will be put back into my card that I made the deposits fromPS IF YOUS WANTED THESE DOCUMENTS IN FIRST PLACE YOUS SHOULD HAVE ASK BEFORE DEPOSITS NOT AFTER WITHDRAWALS, JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK

I have attempted to withdraw £10 on 7th February, then I attempted to withdraw £85.70 on 12th February. Both are still “pending”. I was asked for certain documents via email 3 days ago now and after providing them with everything they asked for, nothing has progressed. Having chatted via their website, they advised documents are reviewed and feedback given within 24 hours. Absolute nonsense. This is appalling and they are withholding my money.

I was playing on this site for 9months made 2 withdrawals with no problems. At the weekend I deposited £100 after my last deposit of £20 they asked me to verify my account, spoke to live chat saying I didn’t have photo I’d. Sent copies of both my bank cards as I’d they were declined. Sent a letter from the GOVERMENT to verify my address that was declined. I withdraw £30.10 on the 10th of Feb, was never paid. If this company has a UK GAMBLING licence??? They should know you cannot stop a withdrawal if you didn’t ask for ID before they allow you to deposit. I have now self excluded and ASSUME they are going to keep my money £20 of it I deposited and within 30seconds they had blocked my ability to withdraw didn’t even play the ,£20 but they kept it anyway. I DONT BELIEVE THIS SITE HAS A UK GAMBLING LICENCE because they would know they are not allowed to take money THEN REFUSE WITHDRAWAL IF THEY DIDNT ASK FOR ID BEFORE I DEPOSITED. Joined over a week ago, no problems depositing or withdrawing for the 1st few days and all was good. Since Sunday however its not good. Deposited easy enough but withdrawals now been pending for 4 days as verification documents required which, yes, I understand that through previous experience,so sent straight away. Passport and driving license sent to prove identity but address proof wasn’t accepted as not Pdf although driving license is normally accepted as proof of address and identity in many instances. Straight away (Monday) sent pdf statement and its still waiting to be verified? Each day I get a pop up when logging in telling me they need proof of address or account will be frozen. Yet, after chatting twice via the chat facility, and helpful they have been, both said we can see you’ve sent documents and they look OK I’m still waiting for them to be verified? I’m surprised I can still deposit funds but over 500 pounds of withdrawals still pending. Its now day 4 of this so I’m a little disappointed that it takes this long to verify a document when, previously documents are verified pretty quickly (within 24 hours) in my experience.Update, my withdrawals have now been paid and fully verified so thank you kwiff for sorting it🙂.

Can be a little hard to navigate the app and not as many betting options on the football like bet builder ect and not many inplay betting options but good chance of getting super odds every now and then on a bet although odds are lower than most betting company’s without this. The website itself is good, I can’t fault that, I am currently having issues with my withdrawals which they are being no help with, waiting 4 days, which I know is not long but I have various withdrawals totalling over £400, I used the closed loop system, I haven’t done anything wrong, the withdrawals are showing as failed on the app but the money hasn’t even reverted back to the kwiff account, it’s nowhere 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Deposited £100 won £100. Went to withdraw now need ID i use my partner’s account due to not wanting gambling transactions on my bank statements, they have received all documents and clearly stated i am not sending a selfie with my two forms of ID due to me being very anxious and hating how i look it genuinely depresses me. But sent all the others with picture of passport and license. Now i cannot go into live chat to talk to them at all. Only message. Coincidence ? Yeah i think so.

I put complaint in January 10th on resolver and to complaints to keiff, after 4 weeks I gave them a nudge and now they are saying my email is not registered to there system when I have emails in black and white from then all saved up.. how can u lie on resolver … Any1 stay away from this betting site…u have broken gambling commision and Gamstop law and now u are lying on resolver , be a gambling addict and mentally disabled I have open loads of accounts in last 2 years I have never moaned cause I’m an addict but robbing Mr for 197 quid , my deposits not bothered but robbing a disabled person is Abit wrong and veryfying them while there on Gamstop do the right thing pay me my 197 balance.. if this is how I treat people addict or not addicts this service is the worst I have seen off 30 sites I recon how can u lie on resolver when clearly I have emails and screen shots of emails from kwiff to my email l… 1 star

Very good site, I enjoy getting kwiffed and adds excitement to the betting, a lot of people gave this site 5 stars, although I highly recommend Kwiff I think its unfair to award it a full 5 star as I will explain:The pros of course are the supercharge and on occasions now and again you will get a very good kwiff, an example is your 7/1 treble could end up kwiffing to 25/1 which of course adds excitement each bet you place.The only thing is you can almost guarantee that you are taking a hit on the bet you are placing as the standard odds will be higher at pretty much every other major bookie, for example if evens on bet365 you can expect around 9/10 on kwiff, or if 10/11 on bet365 except around 83/100, it means if you are betting around £30 on an acca and you dont get kwiffed your taking a loss in comparison with using another bookmaker, if your £30 acca is returning 300 on kwiff you could find the same bet on bet365 or skybet returns 350 and also has offers such as the 2 goals up early payout. On the other hand you could get a wonder kwiff!The one thing I disagree with and its strongly is Horse racing, this is because for some reason kwiff will apply the Rule 4 horse racing rule yet it doesn’t give you an option to bet on a SP which I honestly don’t know how thats even legal, let me explain this better.You bet £5 on a horse on kwiff thats 6/1 yet at the same time its 12/1 everywhere else, the fav pulls out and there is a 40p rule 4 in place, the same horse drifts out to 18/1 and wins, had you of placed this almost anywhere else you get paid out at 18s, on kwiff despite this winning 18/1 your original odds of 6/1 will be hit with the rule 4 and 40p will be decucted for every £1 you stake. Kwiffs horse racing odds are normaly 30/40% less than the market odds so I find it strange how they can force the rule4 whenever they are making up there own odds to begin with, if they ever improve horse racing and offer proper odds I would consider them a 5 star bookie.5/5 Football 1/5 for horse racing.Over all I still highly recommend this site and its one of my favourites for football betting, I try to avoid horses on here however.

Pro’sSign up was easy, depositing was easy.Had a decent amount of wins. Withdrew and received in less that 24hrs. Was later asked for ID verification, which was again approved in less than 24hrs.Had an issue with a technical error not crediting winning funds to balance. This is now resolved and credited.Thank you

The app looks great and has aspects that draws you in however if you win it is almost impossible to withdraw. Firstly i sent off documentation they asked for updated which I completed. They authorised the withdrawal of £15 to my account but have failed the withdrawal of my larger amount which is ridiculous! Not only has it failed but the money now no longer shows up in my account! The customer experience chat say it is another department’s responsibility and then you don’t receive emails with updates. Numerous times have I said I wanted this to be dealt with so that I didn’t have to leave negative reviews but not once did they give me hope it would be sorted .

I love how you’re fine with all 5 star reviews flooding in but as soon as you get a 1 star you get really defensive and annoyed. Your odds are truly dreadful. You bet to 117% margin on 3 outcomes in football (evens 2/1, 2/1)and in the btts market you bet to 112%. (1.40 v 2.50). Of course you can’t defend this and you’ll ignore it, you’ll simply say you can’t find my email address. That’s because when I did a password reset I didn’t get one

There is a massive problem if you are allowing me to deposit into your account twice and then an hour later you refuse to let me withdraw to the same account used to deposit.You are not a trustworthy site I have read same sort of reviews from other people.You have now blocked my account, surely you don’t think that I want to give you another penny do you?Pay the money I won and requested to withdraw to the same bank account which you promptly accepted before I won. Quite like the app but the verification element is a nightmare. Holding on to my withdrawal until verified so very frustrating. Needless to say, they didn’t care about the verification when I was depositing. I have uploaded all the paperwork but they keep finding new excuses to reject. You then go to the back of the queue and have to start all over again. Tried online help but it’s stock answers and no one is escalating this to get it resolved. Very frustrating.

I made bets for 150f and when I won over 700 my account was suspended. After several months of attempts and contacts about what happened and why I couldn’t withdraw the money, no one was able to help me. Finally, when I filed a complaint and the following months passed, someone replied to my e-mail saying that the bets had been voided, and when I asked why, no one was able to answer.

This company took my money and my bets and still haven’t paid me out because they want me to provide documents (they were happy to take my deposit without documents). I now have provided the documents they require (driving licence, bank card etc) they still haven’t paid out my withdrawal request. WHY NOT ASK FOR MY DOCUMENTS BEFORE I DEPOSIT NOT WHEN I WIN AND WANT TO WITHDRAW !!. A new start up company that is obviously happy to get new customers and take their money hoping they will disappear if they don’t payout when you win. I still have a bet outstanding with them (one leg has won and the other still to run) but I’m not too bothered if it wins because I don’t think they will let me withdraw the money anyway. They also appear to have a very odd rule that a husband and wife are not both allowed an account. BEWARE PEOPLE.

At first this company seemed very good and refreshing. However, they are willing to take thousands from your debit card but when you actually win and try and withdraw , they suspend your account and make you jump through hoops to get your money. I was a fully verified member for 6 months until they suspended me. Same went for the people I recommended Kwiff too.
