Joined kwiff last month. Deposited and played around £1500. I was never asked for any documents to verify my account. I made a withdrawal a month later but I haven’t received my withdrawal as it still says pending. I got an email asking for documents now as they don’t want to pay out. Absolutely disgraceful. They are happy for you to deposit without verification but as soon as you try and withdraw they put road blocks in place. I would definitely avoid this bookmaker.

Initially all was OK, registered in July, bonuses on accumulators with a few flaws here and there which were manageable. I received winnings fine up until 17th October. I’d 3 wins totalling £320 in the last few weeks, suddenly I’ve to verify myself. Photos of front and back of driving license uploaded, had to be a pdf of a utility bill direct from my electric and gas supplier website, questionnaire filled out of my work and how I fund Kwiff gambling site. All done despite the Verification notification still appearing and having to do the work questions 4 times. All 3 payments still pending. Live chat, spoke to D, N and J. All advise they’ll pass to relevant dept. Still no money, keep getting the same response, D now ends the chat and runs away it seems.They now have bank, work, home, driving details of mine and £320 which I know I’ll never see. Looking to take this further. I’ve screenshots of the winnings sitting on pending and everything in the chats too as evidence.To the response below from the Kwiff representative, if you are seeking word specific answers you should provide a Drop down menu perhaps so that customers aren’t having to repeatedly populate this pointless questionnaire and vague errors on knockback.

Still not received the welcome offer bet of £30. I have contacted live chat 5 times and each time it is “this has been escalated and you will be credited” over a week later, still nothing. Absolutely terrible business practice advertising something they don’t actually provide.

Dreadful Customer Service and Live chat, they request proof of address as a bank statement in PDF format, I specifically went to the banking lloyds bank app yo download the original document in the requested format and then state the document is not accepted. Dreadful 6 times iv emailed support and they said send over the document iv already provided.

Hello Really do not want to write this review but feel like I dont have much choice. On 29th of September made winning bet on roulette (£50 on a column) but I did not get my winnings so I started query with a live chat but I was told that I need to complain with help”a”kwiff.com which I did. After a week from 1st email I have checked with live chat is there any update and I was told that my bet was not a winner (despite the fact that I have got all screenshots as a prove). I was shocked. Used to enjoy using Kwiff, the site is a little broken, but the boost feature was enjoyable. Unfortunately they seem to be a site, that doesn’t want to pay out the money in people’s accounts. The past week my withdrawal has been pending and ive sent more than enough documents to prove my identity, even filling in a weird questionnaire that is no doubt sold to 3rd party companies. I would have came back to the site and continued to play, but this situation has not been handled well, honestly the worst customer service ive come across on gambling sites, so lazy and just copy and paste from a script. If the information i provide is good enough for the government or a literal bank, it should be enough for Kwiff, but they abuse safe gambling laws, like William Hill. Now ive had to go to the gambling commission, when it could’ve been avoided so easily. Customer service also refuse to pass people onto their management, bizarre!

Awful service, I deposited £1070 – I lost pretty much everything. I withdraw £550 +£145(is still in my account I`m still down £375 including as withdraw the £145 tho) , they start mooning about my money. They request documents for verification, I supply them with more then they ask, and they start teasing me, they will pay me back only £50 my last deposit in….what a shame. PART1 PS: they will replay back to me so if they I will have my answer on PART 2 and so on.

Shocking site ! I had just came off gamstop after a 5 year ban due to losing 70k I signed up to this site and without sending any documents I was allowed to deposit £2620 in under an hour ! after that amount was played I then got a message asking to contact them about depositing any more I only earn £1700 a month so I am not sure how I could be allowed to just do this no questions asked ! the slots themselves were poor they paid out for 40p to £1 stakes but when I raised to £5 – £10 a spin they were shocking paying £10 – £200 bonus rounds after a long wait to get a 3 scatter, online chat and support seems sketchy answers are in broken english with them ingnoring the points raised, I can understand allowing a couple of deposits for a few hundred before checks but this is a blatant disregard for responsible gambling and once they have a few thousand from you they stop deposits so you cannot win it back ! stay clear I am getting this looked into for sure ! user name is xbigguyxxx

I experienced an error when trying to place a bet on a greyhound race. As i pressed place bet on trap 7 the odds were suspended so asumed that my bet wasn’t placed. 5 minutes later i checked my account and money had been taken from my account. I checked my bets and it was showing that i placed a bet on a different greyhound in the race i attempted to bet on earlier. I knew this was incorrect so tried to contact live chat unfortunately live chat wasn’t available. A few hours later i logged back on to my account and the bet was still pending with no result of the race so again i tried contacting live chat. This time i got through and the agent said my bet had lost. I explained what had with the error and asked why it was still pending. The agent had no answer and just said raise a complaint. I raised a complaint and was promised a response within 48 hours. That was 13 days ago. I’ve received nothing from Kwiff. This company needs to change the way they operate and improve their professionalism.

Started a new account, bet £10 and received a £30 “surprise bet” which turned out to be some random football game with under x corners. Needless to say it lost so my free bet was a waste of time. I went to withdraw only £10 from the account and noticed it was pending for several days. Got in touch with the chat and lo and behold, the withdrawal hasn’t gone through. Turns out after asking customer service why withdrawal hasn’t gone through was that I had to provide multiple documents to prove who I was. From photo ID, to showing me holding said ID, a copy of the bank statement which I deposited funds, a picture of my bank card used to deposit. All this just for an tenner…All far more intrusive than when I took my mortgage out a couple of months ago…and I was “randomly” selected by the Kwiff systems for this level of checks. I’ll go elsewhere…you can keep the tenner

Kwiff are a decent bookie with a twist. Whilst the odds can be poor initiallly, if you’re betting for fun then the boosts from the the kwiffs can feel like a big win before your bet even comes in! And if it the stars align you can get a bumper payout. What’s not to love?

Placed a bet on a horse race. Unfortunately the market was false. There was betting available on the favourite which had actually been withdrawn over an hour before. This meant that the odds of every horse in the race was incorrect . Kwiff made out as though this favourite actually ran. I’ve emailed several times to ask for why this has happened and to get my money back but I’m just getting ignored. Bad service from this bookmaker! The odds on that race were still much lower than prices with other bookmakers so there was no advantage. It looks as though kwiff forgot to remove the non runner from their market. If the horse would have ran then it would have had a major impact on how that race was run. Kwiff gets very defensive if you try to raise an issue.

Been waiting 5 days for verification of my documents and process of a £24 withdraw absolute jokers. Customer support just fobs you off and has no answers hopefully someone on here will reply and be able to actually help me.Edit: my withdraw and account verification has been completed now but it shouldn’t take leaving negative reviews on a separate website to get things moving. I suggest that your customer support gets more integrated so that these teams can communicate easier with each other this is where the problems are arising from.

Have played on Kwiff for quite some time (although with some long breaks), had no issues and actually the web-site is very good. But decided to use another card / account. Deposits were not a problem. But when I tried to withdraw, I was told that I am using a third party’s account and the name of the account holder is “Global Money” (which actually is just a type of account I used). Was asked to provide additional information, including a selfie of the account holder (somebody named “Global Money”) holding his passport. Explained that this is my account. Provided the account statement received from the bank’s app. The account statement was “rejected by the system”. Have no idea why. I was told my account will be closed and i can get my latest deposit back (which is about 6 times less than my winnings). I have referred the case to the authorised third party for dispute resolution. To be honest, I think it is unlikely that Kwiff is just trying to steal my money. But the fact that their system does not recognise the statement received directly from a large British bank should not be my problem. I have not done anything wrong and provided all the docs.

Worst experience so far! Deposited 600 for the first time and tried to play, in a Minute it said that there is a limit restriction and I have to send the documents which I did the next second and still no reply.
