Nice app in use, easy to use and quick payout. Have gone into accumulator bets on many occasions to find ‘betting paused’. Really frustrating and going to change as didn’t get this with other sites.

If I can give zero I will rate the casino without any star . It’s the worst casino I came across.. Some robots sending me all the time one and the same emails.The casino likes stealing money and doesn’t pay the withdrawal.. Happily accepts deposits for months on my new debit card after my previous one expired.Now after many deposits accepted I’m trying to withdraw and it’s forcing me to withdraw to the card that expired months ago randomly, now they want a photo of me holding my ID with both my full face visible and ID clear enough to read which seems impossible without a pro camera. I have previously sent ID that was needed to withdraw after a decent win and this was accepted. Avoid this company unless you only plan on depositing and losing, they will be as obstructive as possible if you withdraw.

Smooth app and site, the website can sometimes crash on certain pages but seems to be cleaned up. Would really like to see more multiples adding instead of only being able to do accas.

The casino refuses for hundred times to verify my address.. I am waiting for my withdrawal..The documents were sent for verification. When the withdrawal will be deposited into my account ,I can increase the number of the stars They deposited few of them before,but now they are asking me for verification .I usually verify my accounts before to start playing .. let’s see ,they promised me answer in 48 hours .. when I am depositing money immediately the money appeared.. something dodgy is going on .. When you finally get a small win after depositing so much on the slots they don’t pay you your withdrawal??..its under £100 for crying out loud, you then leave a message on my account asking for further information and still with holding my win, I sent you the details you requested and hours later still waiting??? I’ve tried to talk to an agent on live chat so many times today and I’m sat waiting for 10 minutes at a time and apparently I’m number 1 in the queue?? I have been using kwiff for some time now and in general I am pleased with the support given, wins and losses alike! However this morning their safer gambling tools failed me. I was able to continue playing above my loss limit and as a result lost a substantial amount of money. I accept gambling comes with losses, however I thought the tools in place are to help players like me restrict gameplay. I have sent a few chat requests and emails in the past to clarify how the loss limit works and have never been given a clear answer. I sent an email this morning and a few chat requests to try and get some answers and unfortunately I have been given a stock response of “we are looking into it”. My time with kwiff has usually been positive but today I am feeling somewhat confused and disappointed with the lack of answers.

Absolute joke of a betting company, I deposited 2 x £20 Sunday they took a third which shows on my banking app and I noticed straight away. I sent an email same day but know reply. K have just waited on chat for 45 min and Victor cuts the chat short after I asked yhe question about my account. I will call the police as they have taken this with out my consent. Stay away from this site.

The worst betting site. Its a scam ,it has a month now since I won my bet they still won’t pay me or replying. I’ve reported and shared on social media for people to avoid this scam. Just keep sharing them on Instagram and Facebook and whoever wants to contact me let’s get together and report them to police,financial crimes. Kwiff have stolen £8000 from me father. They have not responded for over 3 weeks. They permanently blocked the depositing account which he was using to them continue to allow this after a series of emails confirming that his account would be permanently closed if he used this deposit method. This method was used on 10 occasions to the total of £8000 and was not stopped. Unbelievable, this is going to the national news papers as my dad is 67 years old. Disgrace

Definitely the worst betting site.I recently was asked to verify my details after being with this site for nearly a year, they wanted me to send my passport number and driving licence number, along with other information.I placed a 3 fold accumulator which won but because I was not prepared to send such sensitive information they have now refused to pay my winnings and have subsequently closed my account!The advisor I was dealing with was called shaun , he was not prepared at all to reason with me or help in any type of way!Their coverage I found on several occasions was inadequate, if a game isn’t covered it makes in nearly impossible to access the cash out feature!This is something that very rarely happens with bet 365 ( which i’’be never had an issue with)Please think twice before signing up to this company

Here we are just like a number of other players who have been chasing their monies.I have now sent a no: of documents through to their website, with the usual rejection replies that you have all experienced no doubt. Strangely no requests are made for proof of existence when you are transferring money into your account. But the moment you have a sizeable win then the requests begin.So I will know be contacting the relevant authorities to try to resolve this issue.Anyone thinking of joining this site beware.
