HiI like to gamble on sports betting and slots, and I liked promotion on this site that odds sometimes gets boosted. I lost first few deposits, but now in lats few days I made some lucky bets and have over 1000$ on account. I wanted to withdraw some funds few days ago and it was rejected. I asked on live chat and they said someone will contact me via email. I even wrote email to their support and they told me they don't have updates at moment and will contact me when they do. They didn't ask for any documents even, they just won't pay me and I don't know why at the moment. All this seems pretty scammy and I am afraid for my funds. Please be careful with this casino, I will update if make any progress .

A bookmaker with hopeless offers, what's the point of giving surprise bets when they are chosen by you, what's the point of giving boosts for coupons that usually don't apply, no bonuses for loyal customers (apart from the hopeless suprise bets ), the first payout in every day is immediate and for the next one you have to wait several hours. I am looking for another bookmaker (there are many bookmakers offering free bets and the customer bets on the match himself, not your pathetic suprise bets

So called “Free bet” is a con. They promise £30 of free bets if you deposit £10. Deposited the tenner, settled the bet, no free bet credited. Contacted customer service, and they told me that they’d placed the free bet on my behalf, as a “surprise bet”. Never heard anything so stupid, why would I want them to pick my free bets for me? punters please look at this before you open an account, everything was ok till I won money then all of a sudden when I had funds to collect I was asked for all personal information that I wasn’t prepared to give , I then emailed to get my funds, good luck with that ! It takes an age to get a response! When you do they ask for more information which takes more days, so I have now closed my account thinking that may give me more chance of getting my funds back , I live in hope , but won’t give up money I’m entitled to

Initial impressions are good, website looks good, and the customer service team seem friendly and helpful. I like the Kwiff odds enhancer feature.Just made my first withdrawal request so this is where we will see whether or not they are any different from other gaming companies. I will return here to amend the review once I go through the withdrawal process.

I’m still waiting for my funds that I’m entitled to to be paid in my bank from this shocking company, I was informed by them that I was under no obligation to send in all my personal documentation and that if I closed my account I would only be entitled to less than half what they owed me , how can this be right !!! SCAM company

Don't use them they are crooks took 200 from my credit card and did not put the money in my account when i asked them to put it in my account they would not put it in my account even with a screen shot showing it has been taken from my bank accountThey wouldn't even look it up on their end so i promptly close my account im so annoyedWould like my $200 back but pretty sure i won't ever see it again 😕Better of using more mainstream bookies who actually deposit your credit card money straight into your account and will actually pay you out when you win.I did see some off the other bad reviews but though id give them a goErrrrrrr that was a mistakeI'll update this review ever week and let you no if they have refunded my $200.

So it only took 2 minutes to deposit and when i want to withdraw money they are telling in the live chat basically you have to wait 24 hours but it can take longer and then i asked how long they just simply said we cant say it can just take longer And they email said same thing im pretty sure they will put hurdles up so you can’t withdraw My first withdrawal went through within minutes but my second and third did notSo how can the team be so busy with withdrawals

I have had a withdraw of £400 and they have asked me for documents to be verified. I have send everything to them. Within 20 hours they decided to self exclude me and my money is still there pending because I can’t access the account to see. This is rediculous as I have not idea what is happening with the money that I have withdrawn

Absolutely disgrace of a service. Signed up, they let me deposit without nothing, and as soon as I withdrawn £200 they ask for documents. I submitted within 10minutes of them asking on 29/11 and sent multiple emails for them to check - still no reply. I went on live chat multiple times and they say the same thing- wait for reply from verification team. Didnt know it takes over a week to look at a document to prove someones identity 🤣My winnings are stuck and not one person from Kwiff has been in touch since. Disgraceful behaviour and worst gambling site I have ever used, seems like a common problem with this company reading everyone else's reviews.. its a joke.

Update I did leave a bad review however kwiff casino did actually pay me my withdrawals in full so I can not fault them on that however I do still think they need to work on their live chat and communication skills and though they are a little longer in withdrawals than some other online casinos they have paid me so I can’t fault them on that p.s I have 2 more pending withdrawals so will see how they do with that.

Incompetent customer service, can’t tell you whether you can deposit AND withdraw. Very happy to let you make a deposit and lose, any further play and they come at you with verification which is unreasonably difficult. Pathetic. Very poor service and zero customer service follow up. I placed a bet Friday evening, 1 of the selections was postponed and all others won. This bet is still outstanding 3 days later despite 2 attempts at live chat and a few emails where it should be paid out as won with a void selection. I have had zero replies too any form of contact with them.The reply below is also a cop out as I have just been back on my kwiff account and my registered email address is exactly the same as here

Been a 20 year old and not been able to pay for my bills because Kwiff are rejecting my documentation and not paying me out.Why is it so hard to be able to be paid out? its an absolute disgrace. i have used over 20 gambling companys and not once been treated like this. Plus its only £340.... you are are embarrassing KWiff!! i hope you get closed down. Dirty dirty people They have rejected bank statements & ID as proof of address and now want " you can provide HMRC letters, council tax letters, NHS letter, or any government letter, as long as these have been issued within the past 3 months"everything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.i have sent it my documents for the 5th time and i have contacted the gambling commission and will be contacting the police if this carries on.

Been waiting over a week to verify ID details and still waiting, takes 72 hours for a response to any question or details uploaded. PDF statements or utility bills are not accepted. Says you need to download direct from bank or utilities supplier, for me to get them that’s what I have done. But they still have rejected them. 7 days letter still no joy. I understand checks need to be made but they won’t do this at the beginning of signing up, and if they did I’m sure it would be a much faster process. I have made and received withdrawals without any problems and haven’t hit any threshold. I fully understand that as a company ID details are required but after a few wins and withdrawals, check are then an important, timing must just be coincidence. Think very carefully before placing a bet and make sure to get your ID details checked before using Kwiff. A shame really because the interface is quite good.

Love the site, and the unique betting boosts but been trying to have my security details( ID, card, proof of address) approved for over a week. So slow to return on the info, terrible response to emails and rejecting documents for little to no good reason.Suspicious that it is because I have won some bets and am trying to withdraw money. Shocking company!! Been with them for months and now they ask for ID when I’m looking to withdraw an amount I deposited in error. (Phone screen broke). I don’t have a valid ID given I’ve broken my leg and my driving license has expired. Provided my old ID, Sent doctors evidence, bank statement etc and they have now closed the account down and have £470 sitting they refuse to refund. This is going legal soon

My self exclusion (a friend thought it would be funny to do it himself) expired yesterday. I was told to send in a PDF email from gamstop confirming this. I then receive an email from Andrei asking me to contact them via chat to arrange a telephone call to reopen my account. I went on chat and spoke with Jaqueline. She told me she wants me to contact gamstop to confirm my exclusion has expired. I told her I already did this. And sent in what they asked for. She replied yes we have this information. But we want it again. I've now again contacted gamstop, and also the gambling commission. These people at kwiff are far from professional. They just want to make problems. How does asking for the same information make any sense? It's pathetic.

Updated feedback - I've received my withdrawal of £3075.61 on 29th November 2023, that's on 5th day (KYC, and their internal checks took time). I would say, they have to work to improve it, but glad to say that it's genuine Company. Off course, frustrated with the level of service is received, but trust me they will give your withdrawal upon checks (requesting them to make it better to avoid frustration to Customer). I've updated the ratings to 5 now with assumption that they will improve in future. Feedback - Kwiff - Shocked and very bad experience!On 25th November deposited £400, played on sports and Casino, lost that. Then again deposited £300, played on sports and Casino, won £3075.61. The withdrawal of £3075.61 is requested on 25th November 2023 at around 19:00, it has gone in the pending status. Upon multiple follow-ups on their live chats, I was told relevant department will contact me via email. Finally after chatting them for 7 to 8 times on 25th and 26th November managed to get verification email out around 15:00. The requested ID proof and address proofs were provided, address proof is rejected saying document must be 3 months old, it was 3 months and 1 day old on 26th November, understandably sent them another two address proof documents, which were approved after multiple chats to their Customer Service team who always said relevant department will check, and somehow approved on 27th November 2023 around 15:15. I've been following them up for releasing my withdrawal but they keeps says high winning must be verified by their payment team before they can release the payment and it can take longer time depends upon volume. Now it's wait and wait game. There is no direct contact number of their payment team to speak, only option is to talk to their Live Customer Service team who can't do anything and can't even escalate or call their internal department to get it resolved.This company uses their UK gambling license to legally frustrate their Customer like me by holding withdrawal for NO reason.I've multiple times explained their Customer Service that it should be transparent and easy to verify which should NOT take 4 days counting from 25th November to verify and release the payment.I'm planning to take this case to Action Fraud, BBC Watchdog, LBC and gambling commission that way they can stop frustrating Customers legally by holding the withdrawals. It's really unfair and unacceptable for gambler to deposit the hard earned money, and after winning by luck, these tactics to hold the winnings.I've even contacted CEO of Kwiff via his LinkedIn page finding his Kwiff email, and emailed him to explain issues with Kwiff, but NO response from him.This is genuine feedback I've experienced. I'm totally frustrated with kwiff, looking the way they handle Customers for KYC and holding withdrawals without proper reason (high volumes can't be acceptable reason to hold the withdrawal).The standard response from Customer Service team is copy and paste of same message which is as below.*****************************************I can confirm that we have received your withdrawal request and this is now with the relevant team.Please note that further checks would need to be carried out with higher wins, which may lead to a longer waiting time than usual.With that said, rest assured that this is nothing to worry about as these are standard checks carried out with all withdrawals, it's just that with larger ones, these may take a bit longer to complete, that's all.Rest assured that once we have an update for you, we will let you know accordingly.*****************************************After asking to escalate or call the relevant department, the response from Customer Service is as below.*************************************I am sorry that this has taken longer than anticipated. The site advertises instant deposits and instant withdrawals. Yet, this is wrong & misleading. in fact, withdrawals can be up to 24hrs minimum. I’ve been a loyal customer of Kwiff for a while. And assumed having seen this advertised on the site, this was a new initiative and improvement to the service. After all most other online bookmakers offer this service nowadays so Kwiff are lagging behind in that respect. Anyhow disappointed to find after attempting a withdrawal that this was not instant. Also disappointed after following this up with an agent, there was a lack of understanding and appreciation for my point of view. Also, failed to confirm whether or not this would be removed from the site. I guess now it’s just a waiting game? I will keep you all posted with timescales and final resolution14hrs later and still no resolution. Getting absolutely nowhere with customer service agents on chat/email. No help at all. Really really poor and unprofessional service.
