Kwiff Review

This site could be perfect as the kwiffed bet feature is superb. The main problem with the site that if fixed would be great is that half of the games they offer they don’t cover. So 90% of the accumulators I do don’t offer cash out. This has a serious affect on me as my last 10 bets have lost by one goal, so having a cash out offer would help immensely. Hopefully they cover more games in future and will take them in line with other bookies who’s cash out is a lot better. Thanks

Awful site, offers much worse odds than companies like skybet and bet365, the amount of times on weekends I’ve placed bets for a ‘guaranteed kwiffed bet’ for them not to boost it at all. Biggest con artists in sports betting by a mile.

Kwiff prays of the people hoping to get kwiffed. The site itself offers below par odds and has lengthy waiting time to receive funds. I withdrew £50 from my account yesterday and it made me split the withdrawal between my old account which is not longer used and my new one. I reached out to explain to the chat but I was unable speak to anyone although it saying I was number 1 in the queue. I’ve got a few outstanding bets with kwiff but plan to delete my account after everything is settled. pros – Kwiff bets can be good but seem to only be on riskier betscons – long waiting times for funds- lack of contact- below parr odds- Unable to figure out how to delete an old bank account

Do not use this Welcome offer! Deposited £10 and was given a £30 free bet which they pick for you and it was a football game two days later which lost within eight minutes and had no chance of winning anyway. Totally misleading welcome offer and terrible customer service, much better sites out there don’t settle for this one!

Good betting site especially the kwiffed feature , now waiting to be paid out £400 , after reading all these reviews I hope I don’t have same problem as others as the app is actually really good to use. Sent email off screenshots but now turned them to pdf’s befor I’ve even had a email back . Hopefully will have no problems .Update : received my funds same day as verifying , So can’t complain.

As I have said numerous times look as the reviews I like many others had their PDF files come up as not accepted by their ‘system’..files that have downloaded directly from the banking website….kwiff knew who I was while depositing 100 after 100 now comes to paying out who the F are you…they conned me out of my winnings, over £400. All those giving 5 star rating your time will come….give me my money!!!!

Awful! I got a bet kwiffed, but when I checked the result, they had cancelled the bet and described it as ‘NR’, which I assumed meant non-runner. In fact, the horse ran & came third, but they obviously had second thoughts about their own generosity! When I queried this with them, they came up with some cock-and-bull story about how the ‘price had been mis-advertised’, which was strange as it was a price they had kwiffed. I’m afraid I could never trust them to honour their comittments on future bets. Be warned!

Great idea for the bookies but truly awful for the punter .. Winning is difficult enough as it is without taking less odds that’s on offer, all hoping for the fact you get boosted.. Not worth it at all. Taking 6/4 on a 5/2 hoping it gets boosted is the road to to ruin . Not for me(The person replying on here have a real attitude problem it seems, replying with sarcasm and bitterness. I guess they never dreamed of working for kwiff social media team when they grew up lol. Talk about taking it personally. It’s not your money. God forbid anyone criticises them)

The company says no documents were provided yet they already had all my documents on file from my initial withdrawal including my tax returns…all of a sudden my bank card has expired then it’s sorry your paperwork has been accepted so your account will be closed and your winnings of over £400 will not be paid…took the 6 weeks of holding onto my winnings to tell me that, bunch of theives. Please people stick to more reputable sites like Coral , Sky Bet Ladbrokes etc…..the whole you have been Kwiffed is a joke as their odds are far less than other bookmakers to start with…people do your homework dont be Unkwiffed on your winnings like me

Companies like this should be trashed… that accept deposits with no qualms then expect you to jump through hundreds of hoops when you have the nerve to win then want to withdraw.This lot held a 30.00 withdrawal for nearly a week, meaning I was of course who had to get in touch, then asked for bank statements, ID, selfie with my ID, bills, a bank card copy, and god knows more… steer clear they are ones to avoid and hide behind a bunch of legal guff that everybody knows is nonsense

Was enjoying playing with kwiff but this PayPal withdrawal nonsense is ridiculous. A week later no updates time scales just usual copy and paste apologies from live chat. Have been trying my luck for about a year. I deposited quite a bit of money and never had any issues with withdrawing them.1 month ago, I won! I made the withdrawal Kwiff contacted me to send.1. ID2. Letter. I sent the documents, and they contacted me again, asking me for a 3. selfie holding my documents (weird, but ok) It’s been a month now.I keep sending them emails to find out why they are not giving me my money. No one is replying to me – this is the first time I experience something like this.Is it possible that the company has gone belly up and do not give out deposits? I read other reviews who say the same thing. What’s the best route to get someone to talk to meshould I inform the gambling commission?

Decent site but the whole Kwiff aspect of it isn’t great basically they have much lower odds than most other bookies so if you get “kwiffed” your odds are basically just being brought into line with other bookies odds also it’s rare that you actually get “kwiffed”. I’ve just been kwiffed on an acca which brought my odds up to 44/1 from the original 37/1 they were offering I’ve just put my same acca into bet 365 and it was paying nearly 60/1 so the whole concept of being kwiffed is pretty much pointless. There is times I’ve been kwiffed and my odds have shot right up but it’s very very rare that happens. As I say decent site to use and to navigate around but the whole “supercharge kwiff” thing does basically just bring your odds in line with most other bookies.

Kwiff is a basic betting site. Not may selections and no betbuilders. There are some very limited selections per game, i.e goals under over, btts, but nothing like cards, corners etc. For straight forward win lose or draw or btts or under/over goals, it does the job. But if you’re looking for anything else, personally I’d go elsewhere. The cash out is shocking if you get one. But cash out seems to be very limited so never bank on it. Do your bet and generally you’ll be letting it ride to the end.

As you can see many more people are getting scammed out of their winnings…It doesnt matter if it is over £400 like me or others that are having their winnings go to pot because Kwiff have illegally conned you into saying that their system does not recognise your files…yet these were the same files that were used to co firm your. I.d in the 1st place….look at the reviews people more and more people are having their winnings gazumps!!!

I had a horse bet that won today and kwiff didn’t pay out. Only reason they gave was that they made an error on odds, therefore their fault but didn’t payout as a winner. if I don’t get adequately refunded u would avoid this bookie at all costs!

Dont gamble or join this scam site. Just got done for 1400 pounds they won’t pay me back making excuses about proof of address. Let’s all come together,contact me everyone who got scammed and let’s report them to police, share this website on social media. Next week this will be on news paper ,tomorrow im going metropolitan police report them. thieves . If anyone knows anything about their location or offices I will spend lots of money just to find them,will fly to Mongolia to find them,not about 1400 but principles. I sent them 3 different proof of addresses and these thieves still won’t pay me. Trust me one day will find them. If anyone can give an information contact me at email addresses also whoever wants to be partt about reporting them to police financial crimes email me please about how much everyone got scammed, full name,signed and give me permission to go on everyone’s name to make the report .

Bunch of thieves beware people…they have just closed my account and witheld my funds..just ober £400. They were given all documents requested in the correct format but as with many other people their systems would not accept the documentation. Made every excuse possible to not pay out. So many people with similar reviews cannot be wrong, you have been warned!!!!!!!

Still not had any response regarding my account and funds beings locked and unable to withdraw. It all started when my bank card expired, whereas with reputable gaming sites its a 10 second job to edit details Kwiff does not have the option to do thatI have re sent time and time again all the documentation the requested, but it’s their ‘system’ doesn’t accept statements as they are not in PDF format….I am I.T. literate and know how to format into PDF file….making excuses so as not to payout. Look at all the reviews so many people out there having exactly the same issues, be warned. The only way Kwiff will learn is if there is a mass formal complaint to the relevant gaming comission

Please please keep away from this company. They closed my account and are unwilling to send me back my money. I deposited money using PayPal only to find out I couldn’t withdraw to PayPal unless it was £50 every other method is £10. I had no way to get money out of my account due to losing my bank card. So I raised a case with PayPal explains the situation. This was denied almost instantly. I’ve then had to deposit more money using a bank transfer method so I could get my other money out using this method. I’ve deposited then withdrawn my money only to wake up to find my account has been permanent closed. And they are refusing to pay me my money. I’ve got email evidence. It’s not a lot of money but it’s still my money that there refusing to pay saying that I have used a chargeback on my bank which I certainly have not. There no case in place against kwiff. No chargebacks nothing. There jut refusing to pay me my money which you think would be the easiest solution

Been allowed to deposit on 3 different occasions from opening my account with no problems but as soon as I wanted to withdraw money I needed to provide ID, selfie and bank statement, which wasnt an issue for me as I provided bank statements and selfie and ID as asked but system wouldn’t accept them, so I sent replacement bank statement and picture but still not good enough. Have been locked out of my account for 4 weeks because my bank card expired..william hill and coral took 10 seconds to edit cards details, an option not available on Kwiff. I have sent numerous messages but all I get is the relevant team is investigatng the matter but I have had no update and still unable to access or withdraw my funds. I have the felling that I have been scammed and I will never see my money again. More than one month since I requested a withdraw and I send them the documents to verify my account. No clear answer, no email, absolutely nothing!!! They keep saying me that my account is under review since then. Who needs so much time to verify an account or to review it or what the hell are they doing? They lie and lie and lie again. I think they write their own positive comments in order to keep their rating high on trustpilot and hide the complaints. Impossible to have these rating. More than 1 month in queue, with 5-6 selfies, id, bank statement! Are you kidding me!!! The next step will be a complaint to the gambling regulator. Hopefully, after so many complaints, somebody will suspend their licence like it happened with some other scamming bookies

UPDATE: they have responded to this review saying I don’t need to deposit to view the site, however, the email correspondence I received have said that I do infact need to deposit to view the site.Leaving 2 stars as I have not yet been able to play Kwiff.I created an account and it instantly asked me to place a deposit, I wanted to check the site out before making any deposits so I closed the deposit window, that logged me out.I checked the reviews and figured it to be trusted so I tried to place a deposit, but it won’t allow me. Says there is a limit placed on my account. I have only just created my account and only tried to deposit £10. Have contacted support. I will update my review when I have more information/am able to play.
