I won ~1100 and I was terrified that kwiff would be like some casino sites ( I read so many posts about people struggling to get their winnings out ) that do everything they can to not pay out but I’m over the moon with the experience I had with kwiff. Soon after withdrawal, I was asked to submit ID and proof of address and also provide some employment details. I just opened my bank app to check my upcoming direct debits and what a pleasant surprise! My winnings were waiting for me 🤩This was resolved within 24 hours which is insanely fast 😳

Block my account every time I try to make a withdrawal. But will happily take my money from me. Been more than cooperative, provided all documentation but every other day they put restrictions on my account then make me wait 4 days to get back to me . Live Chat is useless , no one is helpful they just read from a script.

I’m concerned that they took my money now jumping through hoops to verify my identity for withdraw.uploading identity with picture then I have uploaded 4 documents for proof of address and always a reason why it is declined. I feel they are gathering information from me to gain my identity for fraud. They have withheld my money for 48 hours now. I have been naive.

I have been a Kwiff customer for years and seemingly have had to verify myself annually. Have previously had a good experience and the ‘Kwiffed’ bets are good, but you never know when they may happen. However, my account was suspended after winning last week (not depositing which would be the case if it were affordability checks). I immediately completed the questions they asked and the account was quickly reactivated. Nevertheless it has now been over a week and Kwiff have withheld over £3700 from me, made up of several winnings. When withdrawing they state that it will be completed within 24hrs if it was a card transaction (and 3-5 business days for bank transfer). Mine was a card withdrawal so should have been within 24hrs. I have sent many live chats and emails to Kwiff to resolve this only to be told each time that they need to complete extra checks because of the value? Then that the relevant dept will deal asap. This has clearly not been the case. Seeing the number of others having the same issue I wouldn’t be surprised if the company are experiencing financial difficulties and withholding funds!

This company is a scam outfit.I opened an account with them the other evening and they won’t pay out.@Kwiff -Who keep replying to win some sort of PR battle.The reason that I said ‘that particular phrase is that you ask for a PDF of the bank statement of the transaction that took place as in depositing the money to you.Statements come out monthly ( I think that is fair to say for most people) which means we cannot provide that and they also don’t come in PDF format but online.This was one of numerous things you asked for but you decided to close the account and pay the £350 back so the decision was taken out of our hands and any decent company would accept clear receipts of the deposits rather than waiting on a statement.The bank also advised that these receipts are proof and are impossible to make up so you refuse to pay a measly sum of money to you which means in most peoples books,you are a scam.Why so many reviews on here complaining the same? Are we all liars?

Over 8 weeks waiting for any sort of email or response to complaint which they state the longest time it can take is 8 weeks and UKGC RULES are the same!!! Been using this company for 3 years and had no problems depositing and withdrawing. Suddenly they withheld the withdrawal of £500 and asked for loads of unrelated documents. It is so sketchy to ask for documents after a random withdrawal request, by law that should be done when registering and depositing. Now they just keep ignoring all emails. Been waiting for a week. Been a so called customer for over 2 years in which time made deposits and withdrawals, At any time during this period they could of asked for the documents that they are now asking for. Which my I add is not age verification check , its about source of income. No problem , but don’t hold my withdrawal request to ransom , which in itself, asking for a ransom is very illegal. One of the worst betting sites. They blocked my account for 4 days whilst they reviewed my documents. This stopped me from withdrawing my winning. After a long wait they finally unblocked my account and told me that my account had been verified. That same day they blocked my account again and wanted more info from me . I hadn’t deposited any more money into the account I had only played with the winnings I already had in the account. It was the fact that I was withdrawing my winnings they blocked my account again. Its like they don’t want to pay people out, so they try to keep putting blocks in your way to hold your money. You email the support team and they don’t reply. It’s just an awful betting site.

Was originally impressed with this bookmaker, initial deposits/withdrawals were fairly swift – Bets settled pretty quickly and the kwiffed odds are a great feature. Unfortunately it’s all been downhill since.I’ve had some withdrawals that have been pending for 9 days now. I submitted and had verification documents accepted 8 days ago too, plus answered the questions about my job. The customer service isn’t the best, no number to contact, slow replies to e-mails and between those and the live chat I don’t seem to be getting anywhere at the minute. It’s a shame after the initial good experience.I’m not even pestering them constantly though I feel like I should be, emailed for an update on the 16th and Joe asked for my DOB and Postcode which I sent back – Still no reply to that. It’s like I’m being ignored through every avenue whilst they withhold my money and I’ve no idea why. Beware like others have said, you can deposit money no problem without verification and i had 2 withdrawals (slow) without verification. Now i have 2 withdrawals pending of £650 in total where i now have to prove documents. I have no issue with that but after supplying documents i am now on my 3rd day waiting for them to process the documents. I was impressed by the kwiff bonus but not giving my money is terrible after 3 days. Live chat says 24 to 48hrs, i say 3 days and it is ignored, ” please give more time”. I was even asked “why do i want my money” couldnt believe it. Emailed for update, no response on 3rd day. Now been told my account is restricted until i have answered 4 questions about my gambling. Say my gambling has changed. Only done some casino i think. Ive won and dont think they like it. Wouldnt be long until i lose on roulette.

Avoid this app the length it takes to process anything is outrages. You can deposit without any docs but you can’t withdraw to the same account without validating your docs?? The actual gameplay is decent but the customer service is appalling and still waiting for withdrawals to be processed. I asked them to close my account once my withdrawals had been processed. They have closed my account so have no access, still haven’t verified my Driving Licence which is a very clear pic and they have over £9000 of my money. You can only contact them on chat and they tell you that you can’t speak to a Manager you will have to email, which I have twice and still no reply. Their complaints procedure can also take up to 8 weeks. I would avoid this site if you plan to make any type of withdrawal.

I received notification to send Kwiff documents to verify my account. I sent a copy of a utility bill and a copy of my birth certificate along with a copy of my marraige certificate. I have been advised this is not acceptable yet the UKGC advise a birth certificate is acceptable?I have also decided to SE and take break from gambling. I had a very bad experience with this company regarding them illegally withholding my withdrawal despite me complying with all verification checks. In any case it was confirmed to me by the UK Gambling Commission that they had no right to do this in the first place as they are obliged to carry out verification checks when you sign up for an account with them, or by no later than the 1st ‘available’ opportunity. Their customer service reps are highly unscrupulous, rude and lie through the skin of their teeth. I have now had to instruct a solicitor to not only claim for the sum of £87 which was my withdrawal amount but also furter costs and damages which add up to nearly £400. Don’t the the risk with these rogue traders. They operate out of Malta and run their platform in the UK for a reason!

Avoid avoid avoid! This is an unscrupulous, incompetent gambling operator that has no idea about their licensing obligations or legal obligations for that matter. This company will accept significant deposits from brand new customers that they know nothing about and then when they try and make an insignificant withdrawal in comparison, they prevent you from doing so and claim to need to see ‘verification documents’. They then claim that they have to do this as it’s a legal requirement which is a flagrant lie. This company want to con people out of their hard earned money and not pay out a penny. Also, don’t be fooled by the whole ‘Kwiff’ garbage. All a ‘Kwiffed’ bet is, is giving you the odds the bet should have been in the first place and which all the other bookies are already offering.

The kwiff supercharged bets are few and far between. I’ve lost out on so much money with lower odds. I have worked out that my placed bets have been supercharged 1 in every 4. I have also worked out that if i had placed my bets with any other bookmaker then i would be £634 better off. If you have any sense then you should stay away from betting with kwiff. I have definitely fallen for this con and i feel embarrassed.

Have been using Kwiff for over a year now. I put £30-£50 in every now and again. But it adds up. They have had no issue taking my money. I withdrew £50 a week ago and they said I had to prove my address to have this happen. They weren’t bothered when taking my money! I moved 6 months ago to a new address but haven’t changed it on my account. Mainly cause I’ve never needed to. They always took my money fine. Now they are saying I can’t have my £50 withdrawal as the system keeps rejecting it. I have told them via email and live chat that I moved. Makes no difference. Don’t ever bother doing the online chat it’s a complete waste of time. Shambles of a company.

Still has no withdrawals from kwiff it’s been 11 days now since I withdrew from my account and still NOTHING my account is fully verified and all I get is the same response about it takes longer than usual as it s big withdrawal.
