I signed up yesterday, deposited £100 and was lucky and won £1,650. I withdrew this just after midnight and was emailed this morning asking for verification documents (as expected). There was an issue with one of my documents, they contacted me straight away and I sent an alternative. The money has just credited my account, so I am really pleased at how quickly the turnaround was especially on a weekend.Also, a shout out to Victor who was really helpful on live chat!Thank you,Jason

the company dont respond to emails after weeks of waiting. try talking on live chat and they say someone will respond but they never do. so what are you meant to do its like going back in circles. Also you stake loads and they send you email promotions once they know you have lost your money?

Worse betting company out there how can I not withdraw my winnings which I only bet because of a promotion on free bets so I deposited and tried to withdraw and it wouldn’t let me, support emailed to say to send them details and id which I did but even that is not good enough, there was a mistake on the creation of my account which auto filled a wrong contact name, my grandads but the thing is how can I use my phone my banking app my security in the banking app to then deposit on kwiff but then can’t withdraw? Absolute joke of a company! Someone said to keep away from kwiff, now I know why, stay away they’re a fraudulent company!!!!!

Previously I reviewed as 5 star and I still think the website and offers are good but Customer Service about missing money is shocking.My balance decreased without me placing a bet and I noticed this and can’t see I placed a bet for the amount that my balance went down by. I raised this to their customer service and Victor was horrifically rude and said “I should be aware of placing bets” which I am thus noting money had gone missing from my account. He refused to help and explain where the money had gone.I would say if you have no issues then the website etc is good but their customer service is shocking and refusal to help appears in below threads also.

Absolutely fine with you making as many deposits as you want, the moment you make any substantial amount on a bet, they all of a sudden want documents etc if you try to withdrawGo to livechat, they come up with all the usual nonsense of how it’s safety checks blah blah blah, it’s obviously because you don’t want people taking money.Thats before you realise they literally have the worst odds in the industry, even if you’re lucky enough to be kwiffed, the odds are still not worth it for the hassle of withdrawing Stick your account up your backsides, absolute cowboys

So they obviously don’t investigate properly. Totally ignored all the correspondence from revolut and the information to why there was e wallet account AND a standard card. The money was spent by a minor and will not acknowledge this. I’ll let UKGC deal with this now and Ecogra. You still have a child’s money in your accountUpdate of course I’m taking this further. Your investigation consisted of taking one look of a bank statement..putting 2+2 together and coming up with 5 I specifically explained throughly about the e wallet account and the regular account and Stated. The funds wasn’t used from the wallet!! If you had read all the screen shots from revolut. If you had actually contacted revolut like you should of done in an investigation you would of seen this was the case. The card in question had to the removed as it was named under my daughter’s but was a regular card. HER money HER savings was on that card not the ewallet. You saw proof of HER card with HER name on that matched HER birth certificate. Please don’t tell me you don’t have evidence that it wasn’t of a child’s. So yes you still have a CHILDs money in your account which as you stated to me will be reported to the authorities

Management still ignoring me. Still no refund to the child’s card which is stated in UK legislation. Get told the same thing over and over yet no response it does not take 3 weeks to put money back into a child’s card. Kwiff you stil have my child’s money in your casino. An under 18s money!!! Lucky betting site but withdrawal get me tired . I deposit 500£ and made 4500£ I was feeling lucky untill I withdraw winning money . Provide all documents but wait is still continues .. My member name was murger12 Review adjusted… however this is still a case where a child’s funds are still being held by kwiffThey was alerted to this two weeks ago and the child’s money STILL hasn’t been refunded. They say they need more information on my account for them to pay me my £250!. But didn’t when i opened my account only when i wanted to withdraw! I signed up to this but sense trouble if you win big. Funny how when you are overall losing or have small wins no questions asked, lol. What can the company do to assure me I won’t then get asked for information if win big? Seems really intrusive? After creating an account and depositing €3000 euro today I was not allowed to bet. After contacting the live chat they said my account was under review and wasn’t given a time on how long it would take. Then I tried to withdraw and bet elsewhere and they wont let me withdraw saying I need to verify my account. Started a live chat to verify my account and they wont let me! My account is under review and I have to wait for the department to contact me.So now after depositing €3000 they wont let me verify my account to withdraw my money or let me bet. Dont make the same mistake I did. Avoid this bookmaker and stick to the well known reliable ones.

I looked at the top reviews and joined the site then got worried re recent reviews. I was lucky ahead on first vist and cashed out my winnings. Provided docs first day and money in bank by day 2. Really enjoying Kwiff. Totally unique and added interest and excitement due to the chance of a bet being “Kwiffed” meaning surprise increases in odds. These are guaranteed at the weekend with an accumulator. I’ve just had a 3 way bet jump from 5.21 to 10.89! Incredible (well will be if it comes in) but that’s the whole point, it’s exciting.

Very good experience. I did read the reviews but decided to go ahead. Have to say I was very pleased. Im a low roller and deposited a couple of times before withdrawing, mainly to test the experience prior to further use. Small withdrawal request (£65) was madr on the Saturday and actually hit my back today (Sunday) 24hours later. If I could give a 0 I would Apps a massive con offer you cash out when you need one team to score but as soon as they score nothing.. then you get through on live chat to some cocky arrogant bell*** who comes up with the excuse with they don’t offer cashouts all the time but offer you them on bets what are doing shocking. Make it make sense… as soon as my last bet has settled I’ll be closing this account and giving my money elsewhere. So far seems one of the better casinos I’ve played at, good selection of games and fast withdrawal, for me anyway it was less than 24 hours. I can see why some of the comments are a bit negative on the verification, it is slightly more awkward than most casinos, proof of address as example has to be a full PDF bill and mine got rejected first time round with being accused of it not being the original as I’d saved it to a folder first, so you couldn’t send a photo of your council tax bill as example. Although coming across a little blunt perhaps, support were extremely quick to respond to the emails and to verify docs, instantly pretty much to be fair. They also let me withdraw prior to all the verification stuff which is better than some sites I’ve played at where they don’t even give you the withdraw option until you’ve submitted all your documents. Navigate the hurdles and don’t try to hide anything which I think some of the reviews left may have done and you’ve got a decent casino in my opinion it seems. Can’t comment on their bonuses etc as I never take any at any casino so I’m not tied in with wagering.

Laughable how garbage these guys are deposit £10 and you get a £20 surprise free bet which they then proceed to put on a crap bet for you, returning pennies back, absolute amateurs in this game and should be approached as such. Nowhere near likes the of 365 etc. Go spend it elsewhere!

They suspended my account when i won a couple of bets and they are right now holding my £700 and they can’t let me withdraw it, they are rejecting my address documents needlessly and causing me a great trouble.Please players play anywhere else but not on this, customer service is so unprofessional that they will try their best to mess with your head.They should be investigated by the Gambling Authority as they are not worthy of the licence and they should not operate in The UK.Edit- After writing them about how they are causing the problem they verified the account and released the money.
