Excellent casino – had some large wins and also losses which are well within my budget (can’t win all the time). Overall the service and withdrawals is excellent- this is how a good online casino should be run. Great work and very much enjoy it! I manage to win some money, and I was new to kwiff they asked me to send documents. It was easy (keep in mind they don’t accept screenshots, it has to be pdf file) cos I send screenshot the member contacted me saying it has to be pdf. As soon as I send documents in pdf my account was verified in minutes and cash out was approved, and the money was in my account the next day.

You must AVOID Kwiff!It took over 1 week to receive my withdrawal of £40. Kwiff are very obstructive when it comes to withdrawing any funds from your account.I finally received my withdrawal after I lodged an official complaint upon which they banned me from betting with them.

Be very careful with these….had cash out offer which i tried to take 5 or 6 times but wouldnt do it, every other occasion i have cashed out it worked perfectly but this was for over £600…there online team are puppets…its in the T/C’s is all i got…closing the account…cant play with shady sites like them.

Can someone explain to me how after god knows how much money and how many spins a feature is only reached a single time, with the alleged “double chance for feature” option used every single time? Oh and that one time, 10 free spins, 0p.I’m sorry, but your customer service team or whoever responds on here can f * * k off. That is never right. They are a very sneaky bookie – I won some money with them and requested the withdrawal… 3 weeks later I realised that it did not reach my account and contacted live chat – it turned out that they wanted to verify my account, which has already been verified prior to that. If I never asked about my withdrawal they would never even contact me, they just expect customers to not query where their money is. Now the verification process is dragging on for weeks with them making up new stuff and requests every time. These folks will do ANYTHING in their power not to pay you out. No problem when you lose, but once you win – it’s a fight to get your money out. I am still waiting for mine, but it’s definitely not worth the hassle. Use a respectful and well established bookmakers instead of these cowboys.

AVOID!!! SCAMMERS!!! I currently have a dispute ongoing with these crooks and ecogra. Asked me for I’d, accepted it then when I won 100 they asked again qnd refused to give me my money so I reported them and ecogra are now the air. The gambling commission were also made aware and I was told they would face compliance action as their website terms are basically non existent. AVOID!!!

I deposit practically everyday at this casino and every Monday I am credited 50 x 50p free spins. This week when my spins didn’t arrive I asked the agent if he could find out why from the relevant department. He told me that I didn’t meet their loyalty threshold and that he wouldn’t even ask the question for me. Very very dissapointed in the service and also being told I’m not loyal enough to merit my usual free spins. The casino itself is good, Payouts were prompt and good selection of games however customer service with regards to loyalty is extremely disappointing. First of all – I can absolutely understand all the negative reviews!Regarding my own current case (not the first massive problem, because my verification took over two weeks for NO REASON –> also documented here in January):On 5.2.2023 I deposited 1000 euros by “eps”, it was correctly debited from my bank account but was not credited to my player account. Kwiff informed me that they never received the amount and it will probably be credited back to my bank account within the next few days.As this didn’t happen I contacted Kwiff a number of times but always the same response!So I contacted my bank, eps and even Giropay (this took me several hours in total!!!) but they all assured/proved me that the payment was made correctly to the merchant.Only after further urgent complaints did Kwiff apologize on 27.2. (THREE WEEKS later) for the inconvenience and the money was credited to my player account.Due to this incredibly annoying occurrence, I demanded the immediate transfer back to my bank account and was informed by Kwiff that the money will arrive on my account on 9.3.!Since this didn’t happen I contacted Kwiff but got no response!No transfer the following day either –> contacted Kwiff again –> again no reaction!!!Because of this cheek, I informed Kwiff that I will write this negative review here and on each additional day that the money does not arrive (after OVER FIVE WEEKS!!!), there will be another review – until I finally get my money…………Note:If anyone doesn’t believe my information or wants to contact me for any other reason, please feel free to contact me by email (“oak0815 @ hotmail.com”), as EVERY SINGLE DETAIL is PROVEN correct!Conclusion:Next review on Monday evening if I still haven’t received my money, because I certainly won’t be fooled!!!

very happy with Kwiff the odds are great and an added bonus is the Kwiffing boost , I will definately be back more often , I bet a lot on horses in shop so will have to look into the odds here and see if they get kwiffed aswell

getting it Kwiffed is quite rare and unfortunately, the odds are generally worst than other bookies hence, makes it not worth most of the time. The UX thought is quite good and have a nice website with some good promotion. The overall idea is good but could use an higher RTP.

Avoid!!!Continually request documentation, unreasonably rejecting some and then offer to give me my deposit back (but not my winnings). Bet with the more reputable sites or look forward to jumping through unnecessary hoopsEDIT – in response to Kwiff’s reply. They have had all my documentation but keep rejecting them for “clearer copies”. They’re just being awkward. My original review stands. It’s also funny how those “red flags” only become apparent when I tried to withdraw, and not when I deposited!

Lower review from last time. Free spins have slowed down and after recent plays on their casino they look like all the other casino sites.Edit. I checked my spin usage and I have in fact span with money more than I have free spins. Put 10 in earlier won 30 and withdrew 20 of it. Some would say that’s a small win but in my eyes it’s not compared to other leading bookmakers where you win nothing. 2 star to 4 star just like that. Made an account years ago but closed it down due to poor betting options.Re-opened the account 2 days ago and deposited through my partners debit card with permission.I have deposited just over £200 over the last 2 days had a £20 withdrawal accepted yesterday buy today won a further £20 and then 110 in my account just about to be withdrawn.Literally 2 minutes after I do a £20 deposit they block my account and ask for identification for me and the card holder.I myself have no id but the card holder does. Its never been a problem with previous sites ie virginI asked for either the balance on my account or just to have me back the deposits they kept accepted which all they refer to is some terms and conditions which was not once mentioned when the account was reopened. I think it’s terrible companies get away with this either pay up or refund my recent deposits

Avoid like the plague. Owed £9120, keep rejecting my proof of address (full statement from llyods) over email. Nobody to talk to as they’re all keyboard warriors. Before you think of registering or depositing, just tear up your money as they’ll just steal it if you win. Heading to court to issue proceedings as the funny thing is their sister company paid me within 24 hours with the same documents so there just trying to bully me into giving up.I’ve deposited £4000 it total, but there saying if I don’t want to do the documents required, I can take back £1520 (the deposit that secured the winnings) So if I was a money launderer, there happy to keep my other £2480 dirty cash and look the other way? Completely dodgy company. I will spend thousands to drag these scumbags through the courts to expose these losers

Opened an account and won a couple of times. I didn’t realise my withdrawals were pending until I checked. Upon asking why they were pending, I was only then asked for CDD (not an unreasonable request) and then without any rhyme or reason, they’ve closed my account. There’s nothing dodgy with my CDD so I’m puzzled.

Pretty decent so far so good if rate them more and will rate them more with more experience. At the moment they send me emails with free spins and their kwiff odds are good if it activates. I’m currently running through bookies looking for the best one and upto now I’ve closed 4 accounts with other bookies yet this one remains which suggests theyre doing something good. New customer to Kwiff. Upon my fist withdrawal I was asked for documents for ID and proof of address which is fine. I provided the requested documents however then told by Kwiff they can’t accept scanned documents (they don’t mention this in the first email). I’ve since sent photos of my documents (as requested) but not had any reply from them for 72 hours despite sending them a number of follow up emails. My withdrawal is still marked as pending and there is no correspondence from the business for 72 hours. At this point one would try telephoning a business but Kwiff seem to have no telephone number! The only number visible is via Yellow Pages but the number is actually of a property management company (presumably the company that owns the building). Please can someone reply to me by email today?

This company is last place you should go for sports betting they are a complete joke customer service keep rembling on about thresholds for withdrawals which are stated in our terms and conditions but cannot show any proof of this after reading them all , then they say there is no limit to what I can withdraw each day which completely contradicts the threshold they go on about when this was pointed out they then go it’s regulations set out by ukgc who have no idea what this firm is talking about they took £25 depsoite from me I then placed 4 or 5 bets on the sports book won in excess of £2k and its now taking the earth to get my payments .. Accept your money, but win anything of note and they do everything and anything to avoid paying out. Take you through endless security checks asking for photos, bank statements utility bills. Not just once! Every time you win over £100 pretty much. The staff are incompetent, and they only do email chat for complaints and even when you do complain the refuse to raise a complaint or help you. So far today – over 20 emails exchanged and still not even a complaint ref provided despite several requests.Scam company who’s odds are lower then 99% of the others. I only used them for the Saturday bet boost but they are not worth the hassle. Not a trustworthy company at all*Now I’ve posted this and read all other comments 100% looks like they just reply by blaming the customers for their inability to verify customers correctly. Done right they would have made these checks the day I changed the card. Not months later. More evidence of how incompetent the company and staff are.

Have used Kwiff for a long time, have had a number of times when they have “kwiffed” my bet to very good odds, hence why I continue using them. Had no problems until this weekend. Had some successful bets and made a number of withdrawals at the same time. For some reason they have paid out half of the withdrawals straight away but I still have 2 remaining which they have not processed a total of £277 – paypal is supposed to be instant withdrawal and previously hadnt taken more than 24hrs. I have sent emails and live chat to no gain – just tell me the relevant department is processing and cant give me a time scale. Really disappointing as I have recommended the website to many betting friends.

Trust me when i say this, never use these bookies. better off giving your money to the man down the street. deposited with absolutely no questions or issues. after winning and requesting a withdrawal they send me an email asking for documents. i happily sent these in however the response time went from a couple hours to just over a day from each email. after almost a week of sending countless documents as the one i sent was “edited” i finally got my money and my account was then blocked.

Scammers. They let open account deposit and play but when you ask for withdrawal they don’t pay out. I withdraw small 150£ withdrawal and after self exluded myself for 6 months. Now they want rocket science of documents in order to process my withdrawal which is against uk gambling comission rules. If my withdrawal will not be paid I will get gambling comission involed and ombudsman. AVOID AVOID AVOID
