First time using Kwiff for significant period of time. I remembered I had a kwiff account after seeing an advert. Deposit was no problem. Placing bets no problem. Kwiff boosts were appreciated. However, I am unable to withdraw my winnings. It states transaction not complete – system error. Tried multiple times and same. No-one is available to help or resolve. Reading the reviews below perhaps this is why I stopped using Kwiff …. aarrgghh frustrating

They’ve got a great selection of casino games, customer service was quick enjoying it so far, oh I got a free £15 bet aswell for the weekend which was pretty cool! Deposit and withdrawal processes are excellent. I set myself a cap of 20£ a month so play very casually and in my opinion the best for a casual experience

Well well well. Same old same old. I won £800 on the megaball. And now they are holding on to my winnings until I send in certain documentation. I’ve sent it already. And I will NOT use this site AGAIN. these people do NOT like it when you win. And that’s why they make things complicated when you want what you have just won. It’s pathetic.

I enjoy playing at this site and have done for around 8 months. The site is easy to navigate and has a good selection of games, however, my issue is that I received 50 free spins which when I tried to play them, they showed as already been played, which were from a different time weeks before. I requested they fix this, ever since then I receive a pop up telling me I have free spins every 10 seconds, again when I try to play them there is nothing there, which is extremely annoying. Literally every 10 seconds my play gets interrupted with this pop up. I refuse to deposit any more money and if its not sorted today I will close the account tonight. Customer service is abysmal. They have not responded to a single email in 3 days.

As long as the player deposits and loses everything is fine. If you win money, they ask you to verify your account, they ask for all possible documents, bad quality, not so covered, a photo with a passport, etc. They invent, prolong just not to withdraw the money won and all this in white gloves I do not recommend.

Typical BULL****All week they have taken deposits off me in total of around £4,000 Last night I deposited £450 and won £7500Bang freeze the account asking for ID stuff to be sent which to be fair they did ask before the money was won.I sent it to them.Then it needed to be pdfs as they could not accept screenshots so I have sent them all exactly what they ask for and now am waiting for the next excuse and what else they need, quick enough to take me money all week long and as soon as there’s money to be withdrawn it’s turns into a big massive loophole now am waiting for replies. IBAS will be getting contacted if not sorted today and filing a complaint. Quick enough to take my money!I can confirm this problem is fixed already!

I have been a member of this site for a week while waiting to be verified as I could not enter the site with out being verified they verified me took every bit of documentation needed and sent me a email saying fully verified you can now deposit so I deposited with my own bank card registered to myself on my address they took hundreds off me deposit after deposit then last night I got some of my money back £1600 I was over the moon am a disabled mother of 3 children and finally thought my luck might be changing for the better when I collected there now saying I wasn’t verified and they need documents so obviously they don’t want to pay out why wasn’t I asked for this before yous took hundreds of Pounds in deposits off myself it’s an absolute disgrace how any casino site can get away with that so what there saying really is you can spend spend spend but you can’t ever collect this has take a massive strain on my health due this £1600 is a hell of a lot of money especially with my way of life and with 3 boys I have the emails to prove that my account was verified like I said earlier I could enter the site till I did send verification so how on earth can anyone get away with that is beyond me it’s really is and the money I spent your saying my limit was £1000 a month I used £150 of that no questions asked but soon as I won they want your life I have sent everything in to them now and still not a thing and said what things I have told you time and time again I wouldn’t play if I couldn’t control it there we go again trying to get my withdrawal stopped wow this site is something else

Withdrew 4 days ago was told I need to verify before they can pay me they said 48 hours via live chat 90 hours later they don’t reply to emails live cha sayst its with relevant department the same thing over and over I havnt a clue what his happening money still pending emailed them direct and have been totally blanked time for resolver

DO NOT USE THIS SCAM SITE!!! absolute joke of a company i had to jump through all there hoops to finally get a withdrawal and then I asked to close my account which they refused. I then log back in and make a deposit which I place on a winning football bet. They close my account mid-bet and will not refund the latest deposit or pay out the bet I was placing at the time..also there casino is beyond a joke ….BUNCH OF SCAMMERS

I’ve been using Kwiff for a few months for slots and it’s a decent enough site, has some good games, performance is pretty good and I’ve had a few decent wins. Unfortunately, their withdrawal times are very slow and their customer service is no help when you ask for an update as they just keep repeating “the request is with the correct department for additional checks”Other sites pay-out in an hour, or at max 24 hours when additional checks are required, so to make customers wait longer than 2 days whilst they do “additional checks” with no way to find out when they might be completed is quite frustrating.

I liked Kwiff as a site. I appreciate that their odds arent the most competitive but the chance of having your odds boosted makes it worth the risk at times, and the boosts can be big although they can also be small so I see no point in moaning about this as other reviewers seem to.I have had a few issues in the past with them and their terms which can be misleading but yesterday a different issue arose. I had the first leg of an Accumulator postponed and when I asked Customer Service if just that leg would be voided I was told that the whole bet would be voided. I had no opportunity to cash out and the revised odds werent provided but this didnt alarm me as I had been told twice that the whole bet would be voided and a refund issued. But when I checked to see the refund the bet had been settled as a loss and a different agent told me that the bet hadnt been cancelled as had been promised – just the first leg would be missing.Now in chat they admit that the advice wasnt very clear but still wont issue the refund.I will now, not use their site again, until this has been resolved and I advice others to be careful as its not the first time Ive been misled by Kwiff

WELCOME BONUS FEELS LIKE A SCAM!!(my review, not to say everyone feels the same but just being honest in how I felt with this offer)So I signed up to this site thinking they offered me a £20 welcome bonus, put my bet on to satisfy the offer for them to send me a message telling me what my £20 bet was, you have no option to choose your bet, they decide, mine was English prem team Vs English championship team with total of 2 goals in the game when every game they play there’s 4 goals and guess what 4 goals this game, MAYBE MY OWN FAULT FOR NOT READING PROPERLY BUT PUTTING THIS OUT THERE SO PEOPLE CAN READ BEFORE THEY DO THE SAME THING.Reply: well when I joined it wasn’t really out there as all the offer really read was bet 10 get 20 surprise bet, not a bet that is chosen for me, so yeah it’s not out there hence why I wrote the review so people can decide for themselves, this was my opinion and experience. My last four Weekend acca bets placed at the required odds and number of selections (“Your odds are guaranteed to be Supercharged”) have been boosted by as little as 5%-7%, unacceptable that 4 consecutive bets have had such minor boosts, can not be considered “super-charged” in any case. Dishonest promotion if what they really mean is you’ll receive a tiny boost to your odds! Terrible odds without the boosts and often still below the true market prices even when boosted. A joke, basically.Update in response to the reply : What has volume of bets got to do with incredibly low boosted odds on bets that are promoted and advertised as super-charged, none of it is random, that’s pure drivel you spin to customers who you seem to assume are so dense they will believe that trash. I place a weekly acca bet, is that not allowed? Because of that I shouldn’t expect to receive any kind of decent boost, and you can falsely advertise this as super-charged? I would have bet more often but have no trust in Kwiff these days I’m afraid. Account closed this evening. Terrible odds, terrible customer service, terrible excuses on here. AVOID!

I can only comment from a perspective of betting on horse racing.Don’t do it!They appear to give only their odds and no SP. They are substantially lower that any other market and then pretend to give a “Kwiff Boost” on the odd race that takes you somewhere closer to the real odds.Have closed account.

Good customer service. I hadn’t been active on Kwiff for over a year, so they got in touch with me via email informing me that I had an active account balance still available – that I had forgotten about! Impressed!

email promotion to you to get you to bet , place a bet which was a 3 bet acc, with a promotion game to be in the acc , placed my bet , didnt get the offer , has they said the promoional game was less that 1.50 in odds , what a rip off , why put the game in the offer if it dont meet the required odds , Dont use this site , they rip you off with fake offers,So kwiff please explain these 2 rules , because if 1st one was meet with 3 selection all over 1.5 , you would not need the 2nd rule at all (e) min 1.50 odds per selection;(f) with minimum original ticket odds of 3.0. ( before odds are being Supercharged )1.5 x 1.5 x 1.5 = 3.375

Had a complaint regarding deposits and withdrawals and their EDD. They embellished facts, made it difficult to verify, intrusive and when I complained about the rude customer service. When they responded all Marcos wrote was “no response needed”. Very rude obnoxious response

Very very low payout on the casinos. Ok it’s common sense that casinos are businesses and there’s only one winner but I’ve never ever known to wager £80 and not win anything substantial enough to keep me playing. On Saturday morning I had an amazing win on the Spartacus slots in total about 6700 went to withdraw and they asked for documents and Id. Unfortunately I don’t have a valid photo id at the moment but I sent all documents witch clearly proved I am who I say I am. Never have I come across a site that holds withdrawals, other sites it’s in within minute. I’ve cut my gambling down never had a problem with it I just occasionally have a game on slots and this time I got lucky, I’ve looked up this on the gambling commission site and it’s says that they don’t have the rightToo withhold your winnings when they should of asked forId before you gamble, so basically kwiff lets you loose but not winnings it says they are breaching one of their codes 17 or something. I’m worried that their experienced at doing this too people I would give 5 stars but after this I’m stunned at what they are doing too customers.

I have never been so annoyed in my life. I won some money, not a lot, and after 13 days it had still not moved to my account. No communication. Still pending. They have been an absolute nightmare and I feel all of my details are out there for the world to use as I sent them everything to proof my ID when they didn’t need all that. They have been, on purpose, not accepting the documents I sent. If I’d known that for £50 they would be this difficult, on Christmas Day, I would not have bothered. I hope this person is having a good Christmas themselves. I will never recommend and never use them again.

I have made several withdrawals recently, My account shows as verified. Yet I made 3 withdrawals today and then suddenly I have to provide KYC.I’ve seen a few reviews on here saying its a terrible experience so I will update as things progress.I have all normal KYC documents ready to go so “should” be no problem given these were all good enough for every other site I have ever used.Kwiff have a great site as well shame if it would be tarnished by the KYC experience.3 stars for now but I will update after this procedure, otherwise its a 5 star site.
