I signed up to this but sense trouble if you win big. Funny how when you are overall losing or have small wins no questions asked, lol. What can the company do to assure me I won’t then get asked for information if win big? Seems really intrusive? To be fair I have given you 3 stars as not guilty until I fully understand how you operate thanks. What is this about threshold? Is that your rules or gambling regulations? Please explain for transparency. Thank you

After creating an account and depositing €3000 euro today I was not allowed to bet. After contacting the live chat they said my account was under review and wasn’t given a time on how long it would take. Then I tried to withdraw and bet elsewhere and they wont let me withdraw saying I need to verify my account. Started a live chat to verify my account and they wont let me! My account is under review and I have to wait for the department to contact me.So now after depositing €3000 they wont let me verify my account to withdraw my money or let me bet. Dont make the same mistake I did. Avoid this bookmaker and stick to the well known reliable ones.

I looked at the top reviews and joined the site then got worried re recent reviews. I was lucky ahead on first vist and cashed out my winnings. Provided docs first day and money in bank by day 2. I’ve done other reviews and been caught out on non regulated sites. This one which does have a licence is fine.

Really enjoying Kwiff. Totally unique and added interest and excitement due to the chance of a bet being “Kwiffed” meaning surprise increases in odds. These are guaranteed at the weekend with an accumulator. I’ve just had a 3 way bet jump from 5.21 to 10.89! Incredible (well will be if it comes in) but that’s the whole point, it’s exciting.

Very good experience. I did read the reviews but decided to go ahead. Have to say I was very pleased. Im a low roller and deposited a couple of times before withdrawing, mainly to test the experience prior to further use. Small withdrawal request (£65) was madr on the Saturday and actually hit my back today (Sunday) 24hours later. No issues what do ever!Great selection of games including all my favourite PlaynGo games which I pretty much only play!So for all good!

I was very worried after winning and seeing the reviews but I can honestly say I got my winnings within 24hrs.I then won again the next day which I was asked to provide my passport and proof of address within one hour of sending them I received my winnings.I’ve since won again tonight over 1k I’m waiting on ot being paid bit I have no worries Decent online site to be honest

Great website & customer service – no issues here.Only downside is their poor odds. Yes they boost them but usually to the same value at the other leading bookies. Boost doesn’t happen all the time.

If I could give a 0 I would Apps a massive con offer you cash out when you need one team to score but as soon as they score nothing.. then you get through on live chat to some cocky arrogant bell*** who comes up with the excuse with they don’t offer cashouts all the time but offer you them on bets what are doing shocking. Make it make sense… as soon as my last bet has settled I’ll be closing this account and giving my money elsewhere. Advisors seem to blame the customers all the time even on other complaints on here.. never there fault

An exciting place to wager and use the slots in the past. But the website has a cookie warning that will never go away – doesn’t matter if accept or close it will obscure the bottom so you can’t see what you are wagering.

Website sucks so much a$$. Get kwiffed maybe every 6 or 7 bets barely any extra the majority of the time and if you don’t get kwiffed you have much lower odds than every other bookie. Casino is appalling also avoid

So far seems one of the better casinos I’ve played at, good selection of games and fast withdrawal, for me anyway it was less than 24 hours. I can see why some of the comments are a bit negative on the verification, it is slightly more awkward than most casinos, proof of address as example has to be a full PDF bill and mine got rejected first time round with being accused of it not being the original as I’d saved it to a folder first, so you couldn’t send a photo of your council tax bill as example. Although coming across a little blunt perhaps, support were extremely quick to respond to the emails and to verify docs, instantly pretty much to be fair. They also let me withdraw prior to all the verification stuff which is better than some sites I’ve played at where they don’t even give you the withdraw option until you’ve submitted all your documents. Navigate the hurdles and don’t try to hide anything which I think some of the reviews left may have done and you’ve got a decent casino in my opinion it seems. Can’t comment on their bonuses etc as I never take any at any casino so I’m not tied in with wagering.

Laughable how garbage these guys are deposit £10 and you get a £20 surprise free bet which they then proceed to put on a crap bet for you, returning pennies back, absolute amateurs in this game and should be approached as such. Nowhere near likes the of 365 etc. Go spend it elsewhere!

I won 800 pound last night I e sentebale required documents in what they have asked for and I keep getting emails stating how I intend to fund account which I have told them numerous times by employment now my account is temporarily down and my money is pending still and won’t release it

They suspended my account when i won a couple of bets and they are right now holding my £700 and they can’t let me withdraw it, they are rejecting my address documents needlessly and causing me a great trouble.Please players play anywhere else but not on this, customer service is so unprofessional that they will try their best to mess with your head.They should be investigated by the Gambling Authority as they are not worthy of the licence and they should not operate in The UK.Edit- After writing them about how they are causing the problem they verified the account and released the money.

We only normally bet once a year, on the Grand National. This year we decided to try Kwiff for a change.We opened an account in my name from from our joint bank account (my wife and I) and deposited £40 to cover 4 £5 each way bets using my wife’s debit card.Our bets were accepted and we chose the winner and third and our balance was now showing as £73.25.We then had an email from Kwiff saying that because we had used my wife’s debit card and the account was in my name they would not pay out unless we provided the following A photo of my wife.A photo of my wife holding her debit card.A HAND WRITTEN letter from my wife to prove that she was the card holder.A receipt of a household bill to prove where we livedALSOThe same information for me.When we suggested that this might be a bit over the top as the money came from a joint account they said we had failed to meet there terms and conditions so would not give us our winnings unless we provided all the information required.After a few exchanges of emails to there very brusque replies they eventually agreed to refund our original stake of £40 and closed our account.I wonder what would have happened had we not won?Would they have been so quick to say our bet was invalid and returned our stake?

Ever since I have been with kwiff I have not had any promotions. For example free football bet or casino bonus. I emailed regarding this yesterday. And the reply I received was I have been sent constant promotions. This is NOT true. I have NEVER received any contact about anything. I have now asked for a subject access request. I don’t like to be lied to.

The only betting site I’ve ever used (and I’ve tried most) that withheld my winnings and blocked my account until I sent various personal documents. I’d told them I didn’t have access to the documents until a certain date but they were just generally very dismissive and rude. It was for £120, not even much money. They then sent the T&C’s and it wasn’t even mandatory for me to do it! Jokers. Also, you very very rarely get ‘kwiffed’ and they take 24hrs to pay out even to Paypal. MUCH MUCH MUCH better sites out there.

Its good. The “kwiffed” odds potentially awee surprise/bonus, hopefully thats maintained in future as its s good Selling point. Its a very competitive market so need gimmicks to be noticed. Negative side is the lack of options to mix in doubles trebles, yankees, lucky 15s, multiple options on selections etc – bit restrictive in that sense tbh and I’d look to develop that element espevislly if the “kwiffed” element reduces or disappears in future. Cash out feature is s big draw for some punters but appears a bit inconsistent?? I’d maybe look at a separate window for current bet slips/in play stats as it tends to dominate the whole screen

I made a withdrawal on Sunday evening for €714.08 it has since failed, the reason I was given is that there was a restriction on the amount with my bank.I have since contacted the bank and they have confirmed no restriction exists.I made a separate withdrawal on Monday for €610 with a different card, different bank. It again failed. I contacted your help team and was told that I cancelled this transaction, which was not the case. Then I was told there was also a restriction on this different card with my bank. I contacted this bank and they advised there was no such restrictions.I have sent a screen shot from my bank confirming this to KWIFF, all they say is retry the withdrawal. I have asked for a screen shot of the failed withdrawal to send to my bank but the will not supply

Was an okay site initially, gave out several wins. No casino access on the app which is a major drawback having to use a browser to play.After a while of winning they randomly withhold your winnings which is against the uk gambling commission licensing laws when they could have asked you earlier. After verifying my identity, I noticed the win rate had severely dropped and a bonus was rarely activated.Basically, use Kwiff until they ask for ID verification as after this it seems, your money is no good to them and they never pay out.
