Awful used the site no issue at first all of a sudden they request documents all though I have previously sent stuff on opening the account email states funds are on hold we need more docs eveything sent correctly and nothing heard so they have basically took my funds scam but it’s okay to still take deposits I will remove this review once my funds are returned to my account Not happy stay away

Good customer service. Odds not phenomenal at timew but the Kwiffed feature pretty decent – obviously u have the potential to end up getting some huge prices. Only had account few days been using mainly for Aus greyhounds so can’t comment on other markets they offer. Yet to encounter any issues, probably your best bet bar the exchange or 365 for aus/nz dogs IMO, if thats what you happen to be into I would def reccomend. No issues so far , can’t complain. Was verified quickly. Had slight problem with the welcome offer originally but was quickly sorted by George and Marcos.

I should have listened to the reviews! Basically I finally won 300 pounds and decided to withdraw. Was still pending the next day so I messaged them… only then did they request documents. So basically would have left it forever pending. I sent them everything they asked for. As my passport is a out of date I also sent my birth certificate. They are refusing to pay! It’s completely legal to use expired passport as a form of I’d and have used it on multiple legit casinos. Even used it for a dbs check so I know it’s a valid form of I’d. Don’t use this site they WILL NOT pay you!

Only opened yesterday and have been requested to send I D which I did this morning so hopefully that will be confirmed shortly. At first glance this looks a good site and I’ve had a couple of winners enhanced odds so very happy.I’ve also been lucky on the casino which may well be beginners luck but all in all looking like this may be my permanent betting site.

First of all, thank you very much for all the messages from (former) Kwiff users and I look forward to further e-mails to “oak0815 @ hotmail.com”, because the exchange of information makes a lot of things even clearer and together we are even stronger!UNBELIEVABLE but true – after 2 more weeks and a total of over SEVEN weeks, Kwiff still didn’t manage to send me my money!!!Even though I announced in my last negative review here that from now on I will do a review every day until I get my money, I gave Kwiff one more chance, but it was definitely a mistake!It’s so sad it’s funny again, because in the meantime, after repeated requests from me, Kwiff has confirmed to me with a “proof of the payment” that the money has already been transferred… just stupid that Kwiff transferred it to the wrong IBAN (namely to the account of their own financial service provider!!!).After another complaint from me, again an apology and unbelievably they asked again for the information they already had!Just to indemnify myself, I sent them again and from now on my announcement at that time is irrevocable:”See” you tomorrow… same place – same reason, if nothing happened again!ANNOTATION:Spare yourself a reaction to my review, since the allegations cannot be justified, but support your helpless colleagues (also known as “experts” / your description in the answers to my two previous entries) with the transfer!!!

Avoid like the plague, deposited and withdrew a number of times but when I won quite a substantial amount (£800) they requested more info to process the withdrawal despite my account already being fully verified, they will do anything to not payout , do not use kwiff.

So had a football acca on today all teams were winning at about 75-80mins in. Absolutely no cash out offer at all. Kept checking but nothing. Acca was worth over £400. Wouldn’t recommend Kwiff at all. Would have got some kind of cash out offer with other betting sites

100% scammer ; takes money but when it comes to pay out the put barriers ahead of you . I complained to Resolver and eCOGRA ; straightway they closed my account. Do not waste your time or money My withdrawal of £80 has still not been paid and have now put in an official complaint to ecorga. I have sent documentation but then asked for more think licence and house hold bill plus bank card is adequate! Excellent casino – had some large wins and also losses which are well within my budget (can’t win all the time). I manage to win some money, and I was new to kwiff they asked me to send documents. It was easy (keep in mind they don’t accept screenshots, it has to be pdf file) cos I send screenshot the member contacted me saying it has to be pdf. As soon as I send documents in pdf my account was verified in minutes and cash out was approved, and the money was in my account the next day.

You must AVOID Kwiff!It took over 1 week to receive my withdrawal of £40. Kwiff are very obstructive when it comes to withdrawing any funds from your account.I finally received my withdrawal after I lodged an official complaint upon which they banned me from betting with them.

Be very careful with these….had cash out offer which i tried to take 5 or 6 times but wouldnt do it, every other occasion i have cashed out it worked perfectly but this was for over £600…there online team are puppets…its in the T/C’s is all i got…closing the account…cant play with shady sites like them.

Can someone explain to me how after god knows how much money and how many spins a feature is only reached a single time, with the alleged “double chance for feature” option used every single time? They are a very sneaky bookie – I won some money with them and requested the withdrawal… 3 weeks later I realised that it did not reach my account and contacted live chat – it turned out that they wanted to verify my account, which has already been verified prior to that. If I never asked about my withdrawal they would never even contact me, they just expect customers to not query where their money is. Now the verification process is dragging on for weeks with them making up new stuff and requests every time. These folks will do ANYTHING in their power not to pay you out. No problem when you lose, but once you win – it’s a fight to get your money out. I am still waiting for mine, but it’s definitely not worth the hassle. Use a respectful and well established bookmakers instead of these cowboys.

AVOID!!! SCAMMERS!!! I currently have a dispute ongoing with these crooks and ecogra. Asked me for I’d, accepted it then when I won 100 they asked again qnd refused to give me my money so I reported them and ecogra are now the air. The gambling commission were also made aware and I was told they would face compliance action as their website terms are basically non existent. AVOID!!!

I deposit practically everyday at this casino and every Monday I am credited 50 x 50p free spins. This week when my spins didn’t arrive I asked the agent if he could find out why from the relevant department. He told me that I didn’t meet their loyalty threshold and that he wouldn’t even ask the question for me. Very very dissapointed in the service and also being told I’m not loyal enough to merit my usual free spins. The casino itself is good, Payouts were prompt and good selection of games however customer service with regards to loyalty is extremely disappointing. First of all – I can absolutely understand all the negative reviews!Regarding my own current case (not the first massive problem, because my verification took over two weeks for NO REASON –> also documented here in January):On 5.2.2023 I deposited 1000 euros by “eps”, it was correctly debited from my bank account but was not credited to my player account. Kwiff informed me that they never received the amount and it will probably be credited back to my bank account within the next few days.As this didn’t happen I contacted Kwiff a number of times but always the same response!So I contacted my bank, eps and even Giropay (this took me several hours in total!!!) but they all assured/proved me that the payment was made correctly to the merchant.Only after further urgent complaints did Kwiff apologize on 27.2. (THREE WEEKS later) for the inconvenience and the money was credited to my player account.Due to this incredibly annoying occurrence, I demanded the immediate transfer back to my bank account and was informed by Kwiff that the money will arrive on my account on 9.3.!Since this didn’t happen I contacted Kwiff but got no response!No transfer the following day either –> contacted Kwiff again –> again no reaction!!!Because of this cheek, I informed Kwiff that I will write this negative review here and on each additional day that the money does not arrive (after OVER FIVE WEEKS!!!), there will be another review – until I finally get my money…………Note:If anyone doesn’t believe my information or wants to contact me for any other reason, please feel free to contact me by email (“oak0815 @ hotmail.com”), as EVERY SINGLE DETAIL is PROVEN correct!Conclusion:Next review on Monday evening if I still haven’t received my money, because I certainly won’t be fooled!!!

very happy with Kwiff the odds are great and an added bonus is the Kwiffing boost , I will definately be back more often , I bet a lot on horses in shop so will have to look into the odds here and see if they get kwiffed aswell

getting it Kwiffed is quite rare and unfortunately, the odds are generally worst than other bookies hence, makes it not worth most of the time. The UX thought is quite good and have a nice website with some good promotion. The overall idea is good but could use an higher RTP.

Avoid!!!Continually request documentation, unreasonably rejecting some and then offer to give me my deposit back (but not my winnings). Bet with the more reputable sites or look forward to jumping through unnecessary hoopsEDIT – in response to Kwiff’s reply. They have had all my documentation but keep rejecting them for “clearer copies”. They’re just being awkward. My original review stands. It’s also funny how those “red flags” only become apparent when I tried to withdraw, and not when I deposited!

Lower review from last time. Free spins have slowed down and after recent plays on their casino they look like all the other casino sites.Edit. I checked my spin usage and I have in fact span with money more than I have free spins. Put 10 in earlier won 30 and withdrew 20 of it. Some would say that’s a small win but in my eyes it’s not compared to other leading bookmakers where you win nothing. 2 star to 4 star just like that. Enjoying the site but my app isn’t working anymore for some reason.
