Made an account years ago but closed it down due to poor betting options.Re-opened the account 2 days ago and deposited through my partners debit card with permission.I have deposited just over £200 over the last 2 days had a £20 withdrawal accepted yesterday buy today won a further £20 and then 110 in my account just about to be withdrawn.Literally 2 minutes after I do a £20 deposit they block my account and ask for identification for me and the card holder.I myself have no id but the card holder does. Its never been a problem with previous sites ie virginI asked for either the balance on my account or just to have me back the deposits they kept accepted which all they refer to is some terms and conditions which was not once mentioned when the account was reopened. I think it’s terrible companies get away with this either pay up or refund my recent deposits

Avoid like the plague. Owed £9120, keep rejecting my proof of address (full statement from llyods) over email. Nobody to talk to as they’re all keyboard warriors. Before you think of registering or depositing, just tear up your money as they’ll just steal it if you win. Heading to court to issue proceedings as the funny thing is their sister company paid me within 24 hours with the same documents so there just trying to bully me into giving up.I’ve deposited £4000 it total, but there saying if I don’t want to do the documents required, I can take back £1520 (the deposit that secured the winnings) So if I was a money launderer, there happy to keep my other £2480 dirty cash and look the other way? Completely dodgy company. I will spend thousands to drag these scumbags through the courts to expose these losers

Opened an account and won a couple of times. I didn’t realise my withdrawals were pending until I checked. Upon asking why they were pending, I was only then asked for CDD (not an unreasonable request) and then without any rhyme or reason, they’ve closed my account. There’s nothing dodgy with my CDD so I’m puzzled.

They withdrawal £8000 off my winnings then a failed £1000 withdrawal. They blocked my account with £323 in the balance. I have been emailing and talking via chat. But I have no response from them. Please can someone sort this out. Or at least respond to me ASAP

Pretty decent so far so good if rate them more and will rate them more with more experience. At the moment they send me emails with free spins and their kwiff odds are good if it activates. I’m currently running through bookies looking for the best one and upto now I’ve closed 4 accounts with other bookies yet this one remains which suggests theyre doing something good. Will use more and update as time goes on.

New customer to Kwiff. Upon my fist withdrawal I was asked for documents for ID and proof of address which is fine. I provided the requested documents however then told by Kwiff they can’t accept scanned documents (they don’t mention this in the first email). I’ve since sent photos of my documents (as requested) but not had any reply from them for 72 hours despite sending them a number of follow up emails. My withdrawal is still marked as pending and there is no correspondence from the business for 72 hours. At this point one would try telephoning a business but Kwiff seem to have no telephone number! The only number visible is via Yellow Pages but the number is actually of a property management company (presumably the company that owns the building). Please can someone reply to me by email today?

This company is last place you should go for sports betting they are a complete joke customer service keep rembling on about thresholds for withdrawals which are stated in our terms and conditions but cannot show any proof of this after reading them all , then they say there is no limit to what I can withdraw each day which completely contradicts the threshold they go on about when this was pointed out they then go it’s regulations set out by ukgc who have no idea what this firm is talking about they took £25 depsoite from me I then placed 4 or 5 bets on the sports book won in excess of £2k and its now taking the earth to get my payments .. PLAIN AND SIMPLE AVOID WITH PLAGUE THEY WILL NOT HOLD A UKGC LICENCE MUCH LONGERUpdate yes given you the information then you can post here for all to see the fresh hold that is supposed to have been broken with a £25 deposite and post these so-called withdrawal limits which on reviews are minimum £10 and no higher limit so everyone can see as they are no where to be found in your terms and conditions or any of the licencing rules you have up on your site

Accept your money, but win anything of note and they do everything and anything to avoid paying out. Take you through endless security checks asking for photos, bank statements utility bills. Not just once! Every time you win over £100 pretty much. The staff are incompetent, and they only do email chat for complaints and even when you do complain the refuse to raise a complaint or help you. So far today – over 20 emails exchanged and still not even a complaint ref provided despite several requests.Scam company who’s odds are lower then 99% of the others. I only used them for the Saturday bet boost but they are not worth the hassle. Not a trustworthy company at all*Now I’ve posted this and read all other comments 100% looks like they just reply by blaming the customers for their inability to verify customers correctly. Done right they would have made these checks the day I changed the card. Not months later. More evidence of how incompetent the company and staff are.

Fantastic when you get a Kwiff, easy access to the site, easy to use, love that I can do goals easily in play. Would be even better if had the option also on in play games for under/over 0.5 or 1.5 etc etc

Have used Kwiff for a long time, have had a number of times when they have “kwiffed” my bet to very good odds, hence why I continue using them. Had no problems until this weekend. Had some successful bets and made a number of withdrawals at the same time. For some reason they have paid out half of the withdrawals straight away but I still have 2 remaining which they have not processed a total of £277 – paypal is supposed to be instant withdrawal and previously hadnt taken more than 24hrs. I have sent emails and live chat to no gain – just tell me the relevant department is processing and cant give me a time scale. Really disappointing as I have recommended the website to many betting friends.

Normally love this site, but was severely down by it yesterday, tried multiple times to enter to cash out and couldn’t access the site until the matches finished. Tried to contact customer service, waited 15 minutes to then be given a blunt message. Dissapointed

Trust me when i say this, never use these bookies. better off giving your money to the man down the street. deposited with absolutely no questions or issues. after winning and requesting a withdrawal they send me an email asking for documents. i happily sent these in however the response time went from a couple hours to just over a day from each email. after almost a week of sending countless documents as the one i sent was “edited” i finally got my money and my account was then blocked.

Scammers. They let open account deposit and play but when you ask for withdrawal they don’t pay out. I withdraw small 150£ withdrawal and after self exluded myself for 6 months. Now they want rocket science of documents in order to process my withdrawal which is against uk gambling comission rules. If my withdrawal will not be paid I will get gambling comission involed and ombudsman. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Very good site. Kwiff is great for extra bonus money. Would like to see maybe free bets for customer that deposit a certain amount regularly. Other issue I’ve found is it does not have all the in play football games on that some sites have.

So they asked for I.D after the fact of withdrawal thief’s do not sign up with them claim to operate under the gambling comission rules and regs clearly don’t when gambling comission state you can’t ask for documentation after a withdrawal request is made received a email stating they holding my withdrawal for ransom against GC licensing rules.

Well I got kwiffedOpened an account and deposited and lost- repeat for a while. Finally won £250 on slots so withdrew £200. The week before pay day that will do nicelyThat’s where I got proper kwiffed. They asked for ID, fair enough, thej for ID of the cardholder. I dint have a debit card so used my brothers with permission. Then they asked for a written letter signed by both of us saying it was ok to use my brothers card.I did all of this. Took me about 12 hours to satisfy them that I was human and my brother had allowed the use of his cardSo they closed my account and won’t process the withdrawal Worst experience I’ve ever had and I recommend nobody uses them. They had absolutely zero intention of paying out the money despite me doing everything they asked

Bunch of scammers. Don’t waste your time and money with them. They let you open the account and don’t stop you from depositing any money. Once you hit anything and try to withdraw the money then they Ask for different documents and suddenly close your account with nonsense excuse of general business rules. Avoid them at all cost.

My experience is the same as many, it’s fair enough they are trying to give a different experience and it’s not for everyone but I’m still waiting for them to process my withdrawal 6 days later. After days of supplying the necessary documents which they have confirmed to have had now (ID, proof of address and me holding the payment card), after rejecting all these for various reasons before excepting them they now want a picture of me holding my ID, I sent this for them only to say it’s too blurry. Try getting a picture of yourself holding your drivers license that you can clearly read the license. Surely they can zoom! I’ve now sent 4 more pictures which I’m waiting for a response 12 hours later! I just want my money it’s not even winnings it’s about what I put in. I feel really uneasy and worried I will have to seek further action to get what is rightfully mine. I would advise nobody to use this company and I’m concerned I won’t get paid.

Started asking me for verification and all sorts of ID on my first withdrawal. On the first day I emailed all the documents (they asked me for the same documents over and over again).. now it’s been 72 hours and it’s still not been processed and it’s ‘pending’. Just been on live chat and they have confirmed the documents have been received but still in ‘processing’. Trying everything not to pay out. Shambles of a company. Will never use it again.

Without doubt the worst odds of any bookmaker currently operating. At least 20% lesser odds on most selections compared to their competitors. Can’t believe how many markets I’ve looked at where they offer 4.80 and you can get 7.0 elsewhere, or a BTTS market where both selections are 1.75. Licence for them to print money. Avoid.

I love the surprise bets, you never know quite what you’re going to get, It’s great to see a bookmaker doing something genuinely different from some of the established names. The kwiffed accas are also good, who does not like the chance of extra winnings!

It’s hard enough to win but taking less the market odds. 6/4 on 9/4 or 4/6 on a horse that’s evens just in the hope it gets kwiffed is absurd. Not a chance. Great new site Not sure why all the negative reviews. Really enjoying the betting experience here, getting kwiffed is a fun concept on betting. Casino is great, big variety of slots. Would definitely recommend this site. Withdrawal process is 24 hours and I know other sites can be instant but I don’t have a problem with that, it’s very reasonable.
