Think this site is a massive gimmick. The kwiff feature is fun and exciting when it ups the odds of a bet, however, the reason they are able to do this is because the odds on all markets are around 10-20% worse than competitors. To provide some examples, where you would see odds of 2.0 on Bet365, Kwiff would offer you 1.75/1.80. For an over 0.5 goal bet365 offer say 1.36, Kwiff offer 1.27. The clearest way to see how they are so short is on a bet that should be an equal chance of 2 outcomes, they offer odds of 1.80 and 1.75. So you get a good kwiff now and again but overall your odds are worse usually. In addition to this, the range of markets and offerings on each market are so so slim, standard football matches have like 6 lines you can bet on… no half betting on most games, and they offer probably 60% of the games that bet365 do. Such a poor offering

I made an account, verified because everyone was complaining about this and done a small withdraw of 10£ to check if i will get the money and i did took about 24h. Next day i deposit another 10£ and i wanted to cash out 40£ but imposible. Was telling me is minimum withdrawal is 50£. I went on chat and some guy told me the withdrawal limit change that day and sometimes they change the withdrawal conditions. How is posible a change like that from 1 day to another, and how gambling commision or whoever check this companies alowed them to operate in such a doggy way?AVOID WITH ALL COST, IT TAKES YOUR MONEY AND ALWAYS FIND A DIFFERENT PROBLEM TO DON’T LET YOU CASH OUTI responded with my email but i close my accout because i cannot trust a company that change the withdraw limit from 1 day to another

When it comes to withdrawals it’s like they don’t want to pay you, 3 days now i been asked of the same documents again and again even though I send them many times, it’s like that have no mean to pay when you do withdrawals. There are no phone lines for customer support everything is trough mail. Will never use again once they sort out my withdrawals. Very bad customer services also

First time using Kwiff for significant period of time. I remembered I had a kwiff account after seeing an advert. Deposit was no problem. Placing bets no problem. Kwiff boosts were appreciated. However, I am unable to withdraw my winnings. It states transaction not complete – system error. Tried multiple times and same. No-one is available to help or resolve. Reading the reviews below perhaps this is why I stopped using Kwiff …. aarrgghh frustrating

I enjoy playing at this site and have done for around 8 months. The site is easy to navigate and has a good selection of games, however, my issue is that I received 50 free spins which when I tried to play them, they showed as already been played, which were from a different time weeks before. I requested they fix this, ever since then I receive a pop up telling me I have free spins every 10 seconds, again when I try to play them there is nothing there, which is extremely annoying. Literally every 10 seconds my play gets interrupted with this pop up. I refuse to deposit any more money and if its not sorted today I will close the account tonight. Customer service is abysmal. They have not responded to a single email in 3 days.

As long as the player deposits and loses everything is fine. If you win money, they ask you to verify your account, they ask for all possible documents, bad quality, not so covered, a photo with a passport, etc. They invent, prolong just not to withdraw the money won and all this in white gloves I do not recommend.

Typical BULL****All week they have taken deposits off me in total of around £4,000 Last night I deposited £450 and won £7500Bang freeze the account asking for ID stuff to be sent which to be fair they did ask before the money was won.I sent it to them.Then it needed to be pdfs as they could not accept screenshots so I have sent them all exactly what they ask for and now am waiting for the next excuse and what else they need, quick enough to take me money all week long and as soon as there’s money to be withdrawn it’s turns into a big massive loophole now am waiting for replies. IBAS will be getting contacted if not sorted today and filing a complaint. Quick enough to take my money!I can confirm this problem is fixed already!

I then log back in and make a deposit which I place on a winning football bet. I’ve been using Kwiff for a few months for slots and it’s a decent enough site, has some good games, performance is pretty good and I’ve had a few decent wins. Unfortunately, their withdrawal times are very slow and their customer service is no help when you ask for an update as they just keep repeating “the request is with the correct department for additional checks”Other sites pay-out in an hour, or at max 24 hours when additional checks are required, so to make customers wait longer than 2 days whilst they do “additional checks” with no way to find out when they might be completed is quite frustrating.

I liked Kwiff as a site. I appreciate that their odds arent the most competitive but the chance of having your odds boosted makes it worth the risk at times, and the boosts can be big although they can also be small so I see no point in moaning about this as other reviewers seem to.I have had a few issues in the past with them and their terms which can be misleading but yesterday a different issue arose. I had the first leg of an Accumulator postponed and when I asked Customer Service if just that leg would be voided I was told that the whole bet would be voided. I had no opportunity to cash out and the revised odds werent provided but this didnt alarm me as I had been told twice that the whole bet would be voided and a refund issued. But when I checked to see the refund the bet had been settled as a loss and a different agent told me that the bet hadnt been cancelled as had been promised – just the first leg would be missing.Now in chat they admit that the advice wasnt very clear but still wont issue the refund.I will now, not use their site again, until this has been resolved and I advice others to be careful as its not the first time Ive been misled by Kwiff

My last four Weekend acca bets placed at the required odds and number of selections (“Your odds are guaranteed to be Supercharged”) have been boosted by as little as 5%-7%, unacceptable that 4 consecutive bets have had such minor boosts, can not be considered “super-charged” in any case. Dishonest promotion if what they really mean is you’ll receive a tiny boost to your odds! Terrible odds without the boosts and often still below the true market prices even when boosted. A joke, basically.Update in response to the reply : What has volume of bets got to do with incredibly low boosted odds on bets that are promoted and advertised as super-charged, none of it is random, that’s pure drivel you spin to customers who you seem to assume are so dense they will believe that trash. I place a weekly acca bet, is that not allowed? Because of that I shouldn’t expect to receive any kind of decent boost, and you can falsely advertise this as super-charged? I would have bet more often but have no trust in Kwiff these days I’m afraid. Account closed this evening. Terrible odds, terrible customer service, terrible excuses on here. AVOID!

I can only comment from a perspective of betting on horse racing.Don’t do it!They appear to give only their odds and no SP. They are substantially lower that any other market and then pretend to give a “Kwiff Boost” on the odd race that takes you somewhere closer to the real odds.Have closed account.
