DO NOT USEMy account was verified and when i withdrew they requested documentation. I’ve got everything from phone bill and proof of card and my birth certificate and they’re saying they can’t accept it and are refusing to pay me my withdrawal. Even though else where will happily accept birth certificates along with the other documents. Now my money is stuck in the account and they will close my account within 7 days. Times are tough with bills going up and they’re doing things like this. DO NOT USE!!! They let you deposit without a verified account which is also against the gambling commissions rules

At this point i don’t care about my account being closed, i had withdraw £180 more than 48hrs ago and yet i’ve only received £140 of it. I had even shown them proof i hadn’t received it proving i only got £140 and they still haven’t got back to me. I was told up to 48hrs to get an email back it’s now been 50hrs and i’m still yet to receive one. I’ve only had this account for less than 2 weeks and already NUMEROUS problems.

It’s been almost 2 days since I requested my withdrawal and it’s still showing as pending – they haven’t even processed it to my bank – even though my account is fully verified. I’ve not heard anything from the company to explain the delay. It’s a shame because I really like the concept of having the bets “Kwiffed” I had a bet increased to over 250/1 which subsequently won. This could easily have been 5 Stars.

Disgraceful company and how they get a rating of 3.8 is beyond me as i believe they get people to put positive reviews about them.In short stay as far away as possible from this company and do not deposit one penny with them as they a frauds and thieves.I have used many gambling sites but in all my years i have never seen the requests that this company makes for verification. Letter of Authority??? what is that all about!! At the end of the day it is gambling you deposit money and take the risk but with Kwiff they have no risk as they just keep your funds!!!

I recently played on kwiff and asked to withdraw my funds get asked for the relevant documents of which I have provided to the best of my ability. But I used Astro pay to make two deposits after I had won and tried to withdraw the funds yet they asked me for the card pictures to be sent to them so I explained it’s a virtual card so then they asked me to contact Astro pay and ask them for a statement of transaction which Astro pay responded by saying they do not provide this. So I submitted all the evidence to kwiff but yet 15 days on my withdrawal has not been processed or any contact made with me regarding the matter. Everyone I speak to customer service they say the relevant department will get back to me.

Absolutely disgusting had my bank account cleared out of funds from several other so called sites connectedI wouldn’t touch this site again so becareful check your accounts for fraud

Absolute joke! soon as i win some money and withdraw it suddenly my account gets blocked and refusing to give me my money! This has happened to a few people i know aswell, please reply and help me sort this because it’s a joke. i also have proof that i am owed this money also. I’ve also tried numerous ways to get in contact with someone but i’m either getting ignored or people are saying i don’t know!

Horrendous service, when you win they do as much as they can to not pay out looking into your account and asking for passport photo, bank card photo, PayPal pdf statements which aren’t available in the U.K., handwritten letter of authority etc its absolutely pathetic and the email team handling these responses will go out of their way to not help you, DO NOT USE THIS SITE I GUARANTEE YOU WILL HAVE A SIMILAR ISSUE, use better sites like 365, sky, paddy etc who are fair and understanding with great customer service, I reiterate DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

Not many offers for existing customers but its nice that they supercharge the odds on some bets. Gives you a much nicer return on smaller wages ??Would prefer some more betting outcomes on mma fixtures though.

I am quite new to KWIFF, but so far I Can say if you are mainly going to be placing bets then this is the site to definitely join! Now this account really impressed me at first, so different to other sites. The boosting of odds and general site layout I could not fault. Offers another dimension, good new customer offers and really exciting experience. BUT what good is a casino you cannot withdraw from? Strongly advise against anyone trusting Kwiff Casino. This casino was more than happy to accept deposits made over a period of up to 2 months. When i processed a withdrawal after winning – i contacted them after a number of days as my withdrawal remained in a ‘processing’ status. To my disbelief a day later when trying to login to the kwiff casino I was unable to – with a message ‘this account has been closed’. The account had not been closed by me. So goes without saying the account must have been closed by kwiff. Kwiff casino is great for anyone who deems the opportunity to ever win and be paid out as unimportant. AVOID

App is clean and the Kwiff experience adds fun to the idea of placing a bet. Not being able to add a new card or remove old cards is really strange. Only being able to withdraw certain amounts means the withdrawal process is arduous.UPDATE: Helpful live chat, had to send a lot of documentation just to have an old card removed that allowed full withdrawal.

This site has to be the fairest of all sites I have ever played, seen some criticism of the odds on sports which I think is unfair as when placing a bet your odds are usually Kwiffed to a greater payout, have placed a few football bets whose odds have been greatly increased needles to say as yet none have come up but that’s gambling. The withdrawal system is easy and quick. I have as yet not had to use customer services so cannot comment on that, my only slight criticism is that sometimes their is a few interruptions to the casino site,on the slots which can be frustrating. Best gambling experience site I have ever joined.

I love the kwiffed odds, makes things more interesting. Regards to withdrawing funds, having noted some negative feedback on here. I was asked for the dreaded document upload after I won over 1k on cops and robbers and asked for a withdrawal. I was dreading it but if you follow the instructions correctly it should be no problem. I was verified within an hour even though I uploaded in the wrong format firstly. So have to say all good just be aware you may/will have to do it at sometime.

A fresh approach to betting. The odds may be slightly worse then some of the more mainstream bookies but the app is well thought out and if you’re lucky and get kwiffed then the odds usually are the best around.
