From their Q &A page : “How long will my withdrawal take to be processed? Our Payments Team aims to check and process all withdrawals within 24 hours. Your funds will reach your personal account based on the payment method used: Paypal – Instant” In reality they hardly ever process my withdrawals within 24 hours, so they should be honest and update that. Currently waiting for a withdrawal to be processed, was told on a live chat that large wins need to be checked. If they consider a low three figure sum to be a large pay-out we have a problem from the start! After making a complaint and questioning again the reason for the delay on their live chat, the pending withdrawal was paid to me but long after the 24 hours they indicate had passed. Also concerning that the live chat assistant advised me it takes longer as withdrawals to Paypal are processed manually. I have heard the same excuses before from operators who are in financial trouble and are using delaying tactics as they can’t pay-out. Hopefully not the case here but why delay a withdrawal that could have been processed yesterday or earlier today?Also have asked 5 or 6 times on live chat about my casino play history and have been told each time the relevant department are dealing with my request as a priority, yet SIX weeks after my initial query there has still been no response? Shameful really. Total lack of support, unwilling to assist and now any trust in them has gone. Certainly will need investigating by their regulators which is the route I will be taking now. Untrustworthy.

They say withdrawals take up to 24 hours with small print.After 12 hours you email them, they say shortly with small print again.23 hours in you chase and they say security verification needed etc. ONLY AFTER YOUVE CHASED THEM.24 hours in, no money in your account, no proper answers.

Possible the rudest live chat staff in history. Every single time I have gone onto live chat the operator takes 15 minutes to answer a question. Each additional question you ask takes a further 15 minutes for them to reply. They clearly are chatting to multiple people at the same time, which shows very poor customer service. I went onto chat today as when I deposited a pop up message came up saying “wager £50 more to win free spins” and then before I could read the whole message it disappeared. I went onto live chat to ask what promotion this was. I was asked my DOB and postcode. Once submitted it took 15 minutes for them to come back to me saying the usual “please wait a moment” another 10 mins go by.. I write “hello anyone there” I finally get a response asking if I could send a screenshot of the pop-up or tell them the name of the promotion. Are you joking! If I had that info I wouldn’t be asking about it on live chat would I!I’m sorry but they are useless. Trained monkeys would do a better job. Rude, unhelpful, unknowledgeable, and couldn’t care less about their customers I’ve decided to play elsewhere, I suggest you all do the same

This site is laughable. Their odds are by far the worst I’ve ever seen. Their ‘Kwiff’ feature is a joke.I accidentally made an incorrect selection today and they charge 20% for a cash out! Even when done immediately, never seen anything like it, absolutely scandalous.In addition, they sometimes give ‘surprise’ free bets, which are laughable at best. For example, they’ll give a £10 free bet on odds of 1.1, initial bet not returned, so the £10 free bet will return either £0 or £1, what kind of £10 free bet is that?It’s like they know nothing about betting.

Great casino, deposit £50 and was lucky on lil devil, ended up with over a grand, withdraw £600 too my PayPal. Just over 14 hrs i had my £600.My only negative is, need a slot provider search and favourite slots section.

Kwiff is simply brilliant, the app is spot on, really don’t understand the bad reviews, follow the rules and you won’t have a problem simple as, last night I deposited £320 in the space of a hour on slots, won £526 so withdrew as you should always know when your up and be sensible, woke up this morning and it’s in my account. I’d give them a 6 out of 5 if I could.

Below 1 star, been using this company for while, paid out first win for £50. Put a bet on the football tonight and won, they will not pay out over £50, been battling with them, they just make excuses customer service are incompetent and just don’t want know.Absolute frauds, don’t use them

Kwiff.com don’t relize what 48 hours mean, the CEO Charles Lee, does not either, If you win they will block you and then say you need ID again. You gave ID at the start of opening an account with them. But if you win over £100 they will block you. The Gambling Commission will hear about this. Kwiff.com customer service have no idea worse service I have received. You get no apology or compensation for them blocking you when ever they like.

Kwiff is a bookmaker that is genuinely different but in a good way. Random free bets (placed for you!) and lovely jeopardy as to whether your bet will be ‘Kwiffed’.Not the best odds straight up but lots of fun

Was OK for a start but should of took note of some reviews as just randomly out of nowhere couldn’t place a bet so contacted customer services and apparently when they want they just put a block on your account great gone back to trusted company now the kwiffs a lot of the time are basically normal odds for other bookies but admittedly the odd one was good boost. Shame I’d avoid.

I’m being generous with the 2 star review Where do I start It says you get supercharged bets not true because you do when you sign up and on selected days The promotions they promise you never get customer service are quite quick to respond but offer no help for the customer The slots are absolutely shocking do not waste your money on them They hardly ever offer cash out and when they do you can’t see what the offer is You can’t build a bet or add 2 multiples to 1 bet as in kane to score and 3-1 England it’s all just singles allowed or accas I would highly recommend to not use this company I get that this is a fairly new betting company but for someone wanting to bet on football or slots this company is far far behind the others

Please save yourself a lot of stress and frustration. All started well with Kwiff (initial 3 months) but be very aware you will receive little warning for extensive requests for ID and financial information. I appreciate some bookies ask for similar but most less. But be warned if you try to withdraw any funds in the 7 days ‘grace’ I was ‘offered’ to provide this information before they would close my account… you will be blocked. However, very tellingly you can make as many deposits as your account settings allow???? Incidentally in their request for information email no mention of withdrawal blocks are mentioned, or still being allowed to deposit for that matter within the 7 day notice. I know it’s hard to find a good bookie but Kwiff isn’t it in my opinion. Stick with bookies who are clear what documents you need to provide from the onset and don’t withhold winnings but still allow deposits as Kwiff do.

Placed a bet on corners which ‘won’ according to BBC, Livescore.com, Flashscore.com and watching the full 90 mins myself. Kwiff Settled as lost and advised that it hadn’t won from their official data feed. Immediately closed my account. Chat help tried to justify by sending me a link to Sofascore.com for an entirely different game.

The kwiffed supercharged bets are really good amd some of the best boosts you’ll get anywhere. Only downsides are the surprise bets are relatively pointless as either pay out almost nothing or are ridiculously hard. The wait for your winnings to go into your bank varies sometimes instantly and other times a full day wait. Which is frustrating

I decided to join last month just to try a few games and from that time nothing but great experience on the site. nice layout, fast payouts, plenty of sports bets and games as well. Already withdrew back to my bank account without any issues or delays quite a few times. Really enjoyable experience overall and highly recommended. Also the sports bets have very competitive odds!!

Has to be one of the worse casino I’ve joined. Just joined a week ago. So far deposited about a grand, £1 to £3 stakes on slots. Barely any bonuses just sitting there pressing the button waiting for something to happen but nothing happens no decent winnings just deposit after deposit. No fun no nothing. The few bonuses that I did get were in £3 stakes, lowest I won was £3.60 and the highest was £30. What’s the point. That’s the end of me here. I’m sure most reviews here are fake. Just wondering what excuse they’ll come up with a reply, you know what don’t bother already know what you’ll say. P off

I think it’s abit slow and it’s not simple like other betting sites to find certain teams to bet on. Also I didn’t get my acca sheild money back, was told someone would be intouch with me on the Monday and they was nothing.The supercharge is good though if you get to win your bet.

They won’t pay out. Gambling commission website says birth certificates can be accepted as a form of id as do every other betting site in the uk. They also say I shouldn’t be able to deposit if my account is verified which is another rule they have broken. I gave them an id that is recognised nationally as a photo id and was made in parternship with citizen card and they still won’t accept. They’re doing everything possible to not pay out whilst breaking the regulations given to them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I don’t no why all the bad reviews for this site ..I only had the site for 3 days now .I played Big bass and multiple bonus and the game play is mint compared to some of the other sites out there can’t talk for everyone’s experience but mine as been really good .and the comments about the pay outs ..I made my first withdrawal and had no problems what so ever took about 5 hours and was in my account I’m waiting for 2 more withdrawals now so will update them .but I am more than happy up to yet with the service. Please do not go anywhere near this site if you have any sense. There are plenty of others out there to use. In all my days of online gambling I have never come across a site who make it so difficult to make a withdrawal. They were fine taking deposits from a third party account but when it came to making a withdrawal guess what!!! Yes they use there Terms and conditions clause to not pay out even though they have received a letter of authorisation from the card holder saying it is acceptable. Please stay away as far as possible from this site.

DO NOT USEMy account was verified and when i withdrew they requested documentation. I’ve got everything from phone bill and proof of card and my birth certificate and they’re saying they can’t accept it and are refusing to pay me my withdrawal. Even though else where will happily accept birth certificates along with the other documents. Now my money is stuck in the account and they will close my account within 7 days. Times are tough with bills going up and they’re doing things like this. DO NOT USE!!! They let you deposit without a verified account which is also against the gambling commissions rules

At this point i don’t care about my account being closed, i had withdraw £180 more than 48hrs ago and yet i’ve only received £140 of it. I had even shown them proof i hadn’t received it proving i only got £140 and they still haven’t got back to me. I was told up to 48hrs to get an email back it’s now been 50hrs and i’m still yet to receive one. I’ve only had this account for less than 2 weeks and already NUMEROUS problems.

It’s been almost 2 days since I requested my withdrawal and it’s still showing as pending – they haven’t even processed it to my bank – even though my account is fully verified. I’ve not heard anything from the company to explain the delay. It’s a shame because I really like the concept of having the bets “Kwiffed” I had a bet increased to over 250/1 which subsequently won. This could easily have been 5 Stars.

Disgraceful company and how they get a rating of 3.8 is beyond me as i believe they get people to put positive reviews about them.In short stay as far away as possible from this company and do not deposit one penny with them as they a frauds and thieves.I have used many gambling sites but in all my years i have never seen the requests that this company makes for verification. Letter of Authority??? what is that all about!! At the end of the day it is gambling you deposit money and take the risk but with Kwiff they have no risk as they just keep your funds!!!

I recently played on kwiff and asked to withdraw my funds get asked for the relevant documents of which I have provided to the best of my ability. But I used Astro pay to make two deposits after I had won and tried to withdraw the funds yet they asked me for the card pictures to be sent to them so I explained it’s a virtual card so then they asked me to contact Astro pay and ask them for a statement of transaction which Astro pay responded by saying they do not provide this. So I submitted all the evidence to kwiff but yet 15 days on my withdrawal has not been processed or any contact made with me regarding the matter. Everyone I speak to customer service they say the relevant department will get back to me.

Horrendous service, when you win they do as much as they can to not pay out looking into your account and asking for passport photo, bank card photo, PayPal pdf statements which aren’t available in the U.K., handwritten letter of authority etc its absolutely pathetic and the email team handling these responses will go out of their way to not help you, DO NOT USE THIS SITE I GUARANTEE YOU WILL HAVE A SIMILAR ISSUE, use better sites like 365, sky, paddy etc who are fair and understanding with great customer service, I reiterate DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

Not many offers for existing customers but its nice that they supercharge the odds on some bets. Gives you a much nicer return on smaller wages ??Would prefer some more betting outcomes on mma fixtures though.
