Withholding my withdrawal is a good place to start. They are very good at taking your money but terrible at paying out. Demanding documents and personal info which has all been provided and still they don’t pay out.Update – they paid out my withdrawal so i made a new deposit and played and I had a small win and withdrew. There starts my problems all over again – demanding documents again and a questionnaire on how I can afford to play. I’m retired. I’m sorry but I think I will be avoiding kwiff in the future. I just want my withdrawal processed

Changed my card due to the previous card getting lost. My new card also got lost in the mail on the way to me. Kwiff are asking for proof of payment method now for a card I don’t have which is delaying my withdrawals. I’ve had the exact same issue with other bookie companies and not once did they ask for proof of payment for simply updating a payment method. They say they have to do this due to license rules but other bookie companies also operate under the same rules and they don’t ask for documents for simply updating a payment method. Almost seems like stalling tactics. I’ve emailed them, but still have not receive a response. It’s been like 3/4 days I’ve had this issue and feel like am not getting anywhere.

Only complaint is, it logs you out so easily. Can be frustrating when you need to go approve with bank app. Other then that, trust worthy and reliable. Few appal glitches is only issue. I know there working on it

UPDATE!!!! They have now closed my account after letting me gamble irresponsible and deposit a lot of money, only that I left this review and complained to them that it is not normal the % of payout ect they acted… I am fuming. I want a refund or I am complaining and taking it all the way!!!! would stay away at all cost I’ve deposited over £3599 since joining I’ve never had one withdrawel or a decent win to withdraw I never get any of my promotions just take take take I’m contacting further local authorities to give them a check as the games are not normal they don’t pay at all

It is 13 weeks on one, the data protection commissioner has been notified of the failure to comply with data protection requested on 19th October via email (I forwarded email)..still no refund of my 30 euro, still no reach out, still scammers..open account at your own risk, lots of it.

I have no concerns with the process of proof of ID and proof of address as part of the regulatory requirements, what I don’t understand is I have sent already a copy of my passport and bank statement and they ask for another ID a residence permit here in the UK. The company does not know that here in the UK all the residence permit (BRP) IS NO longer available and to prove your right to work here or identity it was replaced by an e-visa share code. Now money still which they’re not allowed yo hold the funds for a long time is still on hold and waiting to be released. I keep on messaging them but all they say is they’re looking into it. I hope that in this kind of review I will be notice and they could give me an update. Thanks

It has now been 7 months and still haven’t received my money I’ve now instructed a lawyer to sue kwiff for the money they owe me. STAY AWAY FROM THEM provided all documents never known anything like it avoid avoid avoidI have provided all documents I will see you in court

Kwiff is my main site for betting as the kwiffed bets and and the rare kwiff cash out set it apart from other betting sites. Would have been five stars but due to the variety in which you get paid out changes (sometimes instantly other times a full day) and the amount of times cash out is not available is way higher than most other sites. For example they do not cover any scottish football so if you take a scottish match on your bet then you’ll not be offered cash out at any point, which seems bizarre. All in all I would recommend kwiff but could do with some improvements like I’ve mentioned and you don’t get free bets like other sites but this may be due to getting kwiffed bets

The booster of the best is great and very often is double up, very good and big credit. But cash out offers is very slow on update and not available all the time. Also waiting too long for money transfer after withdrawal. Generally is good and no big deal to complain about. I will recommended 👌

Been on the site for a while. Theyve gotten alot nicer with the kiffs. No issue with payouts other then it may take abit of time to be verified and for banks to open. Trustworthy site. Only gets 4 stars as it’s quite frustrating to get free bets and your logged out quite easily. All the same very Trustworthy app

Not happy at the moment. My 3 withdrawals have all failed, previous withdrawals were okay. Live chat can not provide with a reason why and a timeframe. All they say is the payment department will reprocess them. Account is verified. Not happy with this at all. Will update the review according to how long this takes to solve.

Terrible excuse for a top on-line casino sports bookmakers I had bets placed during a game show and 3 times I won but they returned my stake not the first to hear this apparently it happens alot and blame there server. Yes I complained but just what I expected there’s nothing they can do and apologise constantly please don’t use this company even trying to get through to them is a nightmare stay clear ⛔️

Unable to contact anyone at their site!Cant make withdraw until I verify my ID but cant verify because there is no option too! Says there are no outstanding docs required to verify account but still refusing to allow withdrawls.

All good until I had a win and tried to withdraw. Then told I had to send verification documents. Then non of my documents (sent many) told to purchase an ID card? Why when I paid in funds with no questions asked. Very poor service.

I was offered 3 free £10 bets if I joined and bet £10. I did so and didn’t receive my free bets so I asked their customer services.Instead of giving me what they promised, they apparently put a £30 ‘surprise’ bet on for me and pointed out that it was in settled bets. Obviously the surprise bet hadn’t won and they had no interest in rectifying the situation by giving me what they had promised.Clearly this company just wants to deceive to take your money, and don’t care about the consequences. Bunch of cowboys. Stay well away and use a reputable betting site.

For some reason it will not allow me to edit my past 2 reviews so sending an updated review.I had place £150 on a hand in Majority rules speed blackjack that I won and the system never credited my account with the funds. (it came up on screen that “you won £300” ect like usual, bare in mind that I have played Majority Rules Speed Blackjack for a few years now across many sites and never had this issue before. So I contacted live chat, the dealer at the table at the time and I have sent emails, Now I have been chasing this up for days now and still do not have my winnings in my kwiff account, Now I know its Christmas ect.. but this is becoming ridiculous now, not only should this never happen to a player but for it to take 4+ days already and counting its bizarre. I just want my funds in my account that I won fairly.This not only makes me lose trust but it really makes me not feel as comfortable playing live casino games (or any for that matter) in the future as if this happens again who knows when the issue will be resolved.Please fix this and someone from the right department tell me what is going on and when I should receive my winnings in my kwiff account. Again, I will make a brand new review if this manages to be sorted keeping everyone updated on this situation as this is obviously something new to me and probably a lot of other players. hopefully all goes well and I am rightfully given my winnings in my Kwiff account.(Aside from this issue though Kwiff has been very legit so far) and I really enjoy the site. but this issue is really concerning still and I will not use my kwiff account again till this is sorted.

Worst costumer service ever!Cannot get anything sorted properly.Take your money instantly but grudge paying out. Games are so difficult to get a win on. 6 BJ hands and dealer had BJ 3 hands out of 5 and the other 2 were 20s.Avoid and save yourself the stress and hassle.

So I wrote a review earlier about my account getting verified, It finally got verified so all is good, However yesterday I played “Majorty Rules Speed Blackjack” and I have played this for a while, never had any issues, However I placed a £150 bet on a hand and it won (The dealer busted) and it does what it usually does and flashes up on screen saying “YOU WON £300” however the finds were not credited to my account, I then check my hand history replayer within majority rules and it did not show up that hand but my kwiff account shows that I bet £150 on the hand, every other hand is in the replayer except that one. it is very concerning and I have reported it but I have heard nothing back at all. I will update this review if they respond and sort it out but for something like this to happen and for it to take as long at it had already took is ridiculous in my opinion. Especially 2 days before Christmas! I have sent emails/ contacted live chat, even the dealer at the table said they reported the issue. this is beyond frustrating.
