It’s a bookie how dare I win !!!Completely fine with everything, had a run of bets win and all of a sudden restricted bets to the point of a £1 too much!What’s the point if bookies only allow customers who lose, surely the point of betting is to win!!!On the positive side they paid the withdrawals fine (a couple delayed pending for 24hrs, but paid), liked the kwiff boost when it happened. But to restrict the account with zero explanation not acceptable to me (except saying its thier traders).But to only let people bet who lose all the time, don’t win they will restrict you quickly!!!

Withdrawals been sitting at pending for over two weeks now, all documentation requested provided within hours of the request. You never get to speak to anyone who can escalate …Honestly was enjoying using but I’m struggling to recommend until they get there act together

I deposited and withdrew on my account on the 29th. I then asked live chat about 5 hours later how long the withdrawals usually take and it wasn’t until I reached out to them they told me they needed documents to verify my account before I could withdrawal. But I was fine with this as some betting sites do this on occasion. However it’s now been 4 days since I have done this and have no update on the verification just that I need to wait. The wait time for something as simple as verifying you say who you really are should never be this long in 2024. I have used my own bank account and my own driving license so I can’t imagine what could possibly hold them up for this long. Word of advice to anyone who wants to use this site, if you are thinking of signing up, I would make sure your documents and account is fully verified before making a deposit, although it might make our wait times longer at least you won’t have to be in this position.Update: 02/09/24 I have received an email saying my documents have been rejected. Waiting to see how long it will take for them to be reviewed. Hopefully it’s not too long.

As much as I love this app, the new update is annoying. It’s difficult to log in quickly, and often I need to check my bets quickly and this now takes twice as long.

I was asked if I could send documents for verify my account. I replied with everything the same day which was on the 24th August, I still have no response. Live chat just asks me to kindly wait. Feel like I’m being palmed off really. Still no closer to being verified and receiving my withdrawal

Very disorganized bookie with a lot of things that they need to fixThe odds are terrible compared to other bookies websites. They “Kwiff” your odds every 4/5th time to improve the odds, but this in most cases is a slight increase in the odds in my opinion. I’d much rather a proper odds option than their Kwiff option.Their Verification team are absolutely terrible. Expect to do some arts and crafts when confirming your identity with paper and scissors. Very stupid policies or maybe just their interpretation of the Regulations.I will be contacting the regulator shortly as they have withheld £400 after I closed the account. They seem to have no interest in repaying me as their verification team drag their heels. Not sure if this is driven by their corporate policies, just laziness or maybe incompetence.Still waiting for a resolution on the issue, but you risk all of the above by proceeding with them….

I never had any problem with any other site regarding this. They seem to be quick enough to take you money but when it comes to paying out you just get told the same thing over and over again. I’m been a customer of Kwiff for years, fully verified and have had no problems depositing or withdrawing in the past. However my last two withdrawals, to my personal bank account which has been fine to use previously, are pending and suddenly additional documents are required. Even though I’ve sent those, there is no update from them on email and withdrawals are still pending. It’s been about a week now. Chaser emails are being ignored too. It’s a shame because to this point I’ve had a great experience. Will update review if everything gets sorted anyway.

Absolutely horrendous casino. I made a withdrawal over a week ago and was then asked a few days later to send in documents to verify my account, that was 4 days ago and they still haven’t been verified. On what planet does it take this long? Other casinos do it the same day and pay you the same day. Happy to take my money without verifying me but then as soon as I withdraw they need to verify me and then to take this long? Live chat is useless they just copy and paste the same message about the relevant team needing more time. I have spoken to them several times now and have gained zero clarification to why this is taking so long, just the same drivel over and over again. They allow you to deposit and bet without any problems. If you win be prepared to jump through hoops bigger than spaghetti junction! Absolute farce of a company! PLEASE TAKE THIS AS A WARNING. A bookmaker that doesn’t understand fundamentals – saying they don’t pay first past the post in US , but thenIncorrectly applying the first past the post rule to US racing , so they pay first past the post but not the official weighed in winner …so we have a scenario where the horse that got demoted is paid out but the winner isn’t.I fully understand not wanting to pay double result but surely the weighed in winner should be the one that’s paid 🤣Laughable interpretation of the rule that means they pay the first past but not the actual winner – which is essentially different to every other bookmaker On top of this have taken well over a week to validate documents and holding on to withdrawals Reply states refer to betting rules – however intreptation of rules will mean people who’s horse is the actual official winner – betters beware betting

Awful! Finally get my documents passed after 3 months then they close my account for no reason at all and only send me £30 out of £67. As they closed my account I can’t enter the app to withdraw the remaining. I emailed them straight away but is now over 24 hours with no reply. Stay away from these they should be closed down. Yes it’s the outstanding balance you locked me out the account. How can I withdraw my money when you close my account? I have sent all the documenta to this site that was asked for so I can make a withdrawal. I have £840 sitting in my account and all I want is my money but trying to get this site to verify seems to take forever and I’m getting absolutely nowhere with them. Terrible experience with income verification. Asked for documents 6 days ago – provided first one but was rejected within 2 hours due to imagine being blurry, resubmitted more info but this hasn’t been reviewed 4 days later. I wonder is the fact there are pending withdrawals the reason?! Live chat just replying with a standard message “we are experiencing high volumes this will be done in due course”. Email sent to gambling commission to seek advice. Prior to this, my experience with kwiff was 5 star

Peed off with this company . Another one that’s above the law. Withdrawals 5 below £50 all pretty quick . The last one I done was £100 . Says when you do it Instant to 24hours. 24 hours later nothing still processing . Bear in mind I have deposited more than £500 recently over a month . So they ask for ID . I send driving licence and explain where my income comes from . Unfortunately they never wanted to know what time I wake up and brush my teeth or what I like for breakfast. I send it in and answer the questions . Hours later says I never done it . I done it again . I email and say this is done I’m uncomfortable you are holding my £100 yet take my deposits still now instantly whilst verifying my account which was opened properly months ago . Email back saying please be assured our team will verify things asap . What does asap mean . Are these people sitting drinking coffee gambling themselves rather than verifying peoples accounts . I hate to moan but when they start holding your money it pees me off . I know a Kwiff rep will read this so as soon as it’s sorted you have my word I will remove my poor review . Not sure about Kwiff. I like to search the games on casino sites before I join to see if my favourite games are available. There was a search bar but it wouldn’t let me search unless I signed up, so I signed up and yet it still wouldn’t let me search through the games until I made a deposit so i deposited £10 and it finally let me search through the games!! Found one of my favourites and played 20p spins on Squealin riches. Won £6 then after that it suddenly changed, dead spin after dead spin. Deposited another £10 and every spin was dead again. Didn’t land any bonus rounds while playing the £20. Its put me off wanting to make another deposit with kwiff. I might use them again at some point in the future but for now I’m not particularly impressed with the site. I’ll update my review over the next few weeks.

So I signed up to kwiff deposited a few times, once it was time to withdraw bang here comes the verification process every other time Ive used other websites I was able to verify myself almost immediately through live chat they send you a attachment link and it’s done so thoroughly you’d think with the amount of customers kwiff has it would be way more efficient probably the worst bookies in Europe I’ve never known to be asked to wait so long. Live chat all they say is it could take some time I’d really make sure people check reviews before using them and this will probably have some backlash on me from them but I think customers should know do your research they are not helpful at all…. Im still waiting sent them my documents got verified and then they asked for further documents have done so again still not even a email 3 days later. Absolutely unhappy with your service as soon as I get my withdrawal will be closing account. I even have a chat where it said it should be done in 24 hours but after that they then told me that it was an errorMade by the person.

After reading the reviews I understood I will never get my money. 48 hours ago I provided the documents, only by chat I found out I had to send the bank statement of one of the cards that is not in use anymore (which I did) but of course I didn’t my money. One of the agent told me in live chat:”take a break from gambling for a while, think about what I told you”. So rude and unprofessional.
