I have been a member here for a few months and deposited thousands and withdrawn thousands with my account all verified. Every time I withdrawn it’s taken maximum 24 hours to receive my funds. However, now that I’ve withdrawn what they claim to be a high amount I have not received my withdrawal and it’s been over two days now. I have gone on live chat and keep getting the same response of I need to wait. What I don’t understand is you have processed all my withdrawals with no issues but now that I’ve actually got extremely lucky to get a decent win you want to not pay me out! I have sent multiple emails with no response, this is a shocking experience I have never seen anything like it. It just goes to show this casino is here to just take your money and nothing else. Very very disappointing as I thought highly of this casino before this.Please can someone respond to me with a clear time frame of how long this is going to take. REPLY: Thank you for the response. I have sent multiple emails to help@kwiff and not got a response on this subject and your live chat just says ‘wait it will be processed’ almost feels like I’m speaking to a robot if not. I just don’t understand why when I processed smaller amounts these were processed within 24 hours which is what you state on your website. It’s now been over 2 days with no solid response other than ‘wait’.

Still being totally ignored and now 7 days and funds sent back to me , now I have had to report this company to gambling commission as well , they are clearly breaking rules here by with holding funds. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY

I’ve had to delete my last review to leave another, I’ve still received no money and still had no response! I’ve contacted live chat again to get the same response as every other time you speak to them! (Just wait) I’m now intouch with the gambling commission to try and get my money that way! It’s absolutely disgusting having to do all this when you win money! Never known a site as poor as this one when it comes to receiving what’s rightfully yours!! Been waiting days for my withdrawal, sent all the requested documents and still nothing, no reply to any emails and you get the same message on live chat! To be patient and wait, it’s disgusting that you can’t even get a timeframe as to when you’ll be paid what’s rightfully yours! Would advice never to use this company, still no,funds sent and have had to open case with resolver and report to trading standards.The time it takes amd the with holding of our money is wrong The withdrawal have nothing to do with documents, it’s only the deposit that should be affected , you are the only company that do this .This is totally wrong on many counts I will continue to leave these reviews until I get my funds

Real shame as site games and play overall were a great experience. Really disappointing withdrawal time and verification. Its now been over 1 week since I requested my withdrawal and provided ID documents all as requested from kwiff. No updates via email and each time I speak to live chat I am told be patient. Not had this experience before on any other site reall disappointment. Still no money received.

Terrible company , holding onto my funds which I need now to buy stuff , I have supplied all documents and have no more I can send and still they won’t send my funds back .They do not care about customers and health of customers as they have put my health at risk by not sending my funds. So it started off i won £2000 and had to provide all documents that’s fine i give them and account gets verified and withdraw proceed , i then deposit £500 and won 1800 within 280 of my deposit , account frozen funds held because i withdrew without spending all my money !!! so they are basically encouraging people to keep playing and loose their winnings ? and now requesting everything but dna from me !! avoid this company at all costs !!! this is also on twitter and facebook pages if anyone wants to read up on the emails and have a look at their Gambling Commission Breaches

I regret using this betting platform, I won £320 and I requested to withdrawal £120, after requesting for my withdrawal they froze my account and ask for documents I sent them all the documents they ask for they ignore me and don’t reply. It been 5days now I have not get my withdrawal and they’re not replying to me and the customers service are not helpful all they say is “ just wait we will get back to you” it been 5 days now have not get my money back. I have tried to withdraw my winnings 9 days ago, as soon as I tried to withdraw my account was locked and I was asked for countless documents, bank statements etc. I have sent all the requested documents but they were rejected as “they needed a more up to date” one even though the documents were from last month.I wish I read this reviews earlier as it seems everyone is having trouble trying to get back their money. I have been very patient, but enough is enough. I sent two emails without any reply, and live chat is no help.Will you be processing my withdrawal or not? I sent everything you asked for!!

So far, it looks like a good clean site with interesting boosted odds. Although the initial odds are a little lower than other sites. It looks worthy of a punt though to add a little fun to betting.

Quite a decent site, variety of games, customer services always on hand to assist. Some withdrawals have been instant but others have slightly taken longer than usual otherwise 4 stars from me would be 5 if withdrawals had the same amount of time to be processed than others.

Don’t use this site they will not allow you to cash out, even when providing proof beyond doubt of your identification, ID that I have used on multiple other casino sites with zero problems, from sky, virgin, heart bingo, the list goes on. This is a typical method used by these type of thieves running casino sites in hopes they can keep your winnings while using the cover of law meant to protect the consumers, which they flip on its head for their own nefarious greed. You’ve been warned.Edit: In regards to kwiffs reply. Yes I’m well aware I’ve not used the site in 2 years as I had recently been clearing out old emails and found the back and forth with your support staff getting me to jump through hoops in an effort to refuse my cash out, upon seeing it I felt it right to warn others to use a more reputable site who don’t use this well know scamming method of refusing a cash out. Of course you can do the right thing and pay me out but I certainly don’t see that happening. If memory serves it was the best part of £200, I guess you think that’s worth the price of your reputation, that alone should be an enough of a warning to others tempted to use your site. The worst betting company I have ever used. Took my money without a problem but over 2 weeks and still no sign of my withdrawal. Endless documents provided and nothing is good enough. Asking me to cover numbers on my card and using every trick in the book to delay the withdrawal. Been using Kwiff for 2 years and thought they were brilliant. Quick withdrawls and good range of sports etc. Made a large withdrawal on Saturday which was processed quickly as normal. Went to withdraw on Sunday and logged back in and it had failed. Withdrawl has now been pending for 36+ hours even know they resssured me via chat they had received my withdrawl and it would be processed within 24 hours.

Very poor experience, I have been trying to verify my account for 3 days, I provided multiple valid documents but I am now not even receiving a reply after numerous follow up emails. I reached out via live chat and they cannot help, they just advise to wait. I was also told on live chat that if you send a follow up email it actually delays your query and verification further! I am of the opinion that if you have a positive balance from winnings that you are intentionally delayed in the hope you go through the winnings.

This company does not live upto its promotional offers.I was sent an email and text message with a 10% cash back on net losses.They have now turned round and said I was not eligible. Then tried to say as I won on one game I didn’t loss.I have been through the t&c’s. Very bad experience with them . I have two withdrawals 100 and 150 they do not wish to transfer my money to my account because of proof of documents. I accept that like fraudship before they accept my registration without any issues. Now I can not share passport details because it is out of date waiting for new one, but I have legal bank account. I would need to report it is not correct to keep my money such a stealing.

I used to like Kwiff very much, especially their surprise bets which were a bit like getting a lucky bag. However, my recent experience has completely tarnished any positive impression I had of them. I placed a bet on a horse which ultimately won. However, I received approximately half the winnings I expected based on the odds when I placed the bet. When I queried this, I was told that this was due to there being non-runners in the event, so the odds were reduced to reflect this. I understand this is known as Rule 4 in betting and, if you bet frequently, it is something you become accustomed to. However, I was not informed about this reduction on the betslip after the bet was placed, nor was there any indication after the horse had won, leaving me to wonder what had gone on. In addition, the huge adjustment based on a few non-runners was disproportionate. Other bookies may reduce the odds slightly (say, 5-10%) and will usually reflect this on the betting slip in your account. I have never encountered such a huge reduction, nor a complete and utter lack of communication regarding Rule 4. I no longer use Kwiff. Their odds are generally lower than the rest and their lack of customer care is, in my opinion, completely shocking.

Opened an account before reading reviews deposited 2000, withdrew my own money with out even playing within 3 minutes, I was asked for documents and proof of my card which I provided it’s been 6 days every time I contact customer service they say to wait for the verification team but can’t give me information about what my position in the line is or how much longer it will take. As it’s my own money and not winnings how can it be taking so long! Will keep updating till I hear back!
