I used to like Kwiff very much, especially their surprise bets which were a bit like getting a lucky bag. However, my recent experience has completely tarnished any positive impression I had of them. I placed a bet on a horse which ultimately won. However, I received approximately half the winnings I expected based on the odds when I placed the bet. When I queried this, I was told that this was due to there being non-runners in the event, so the odds were reduced to reflect this. I understand this is known as Rule 4 in betting and, if you bet frequently, it is something you become accustomed to. However, I was not informed about this reduction on the betslip after the bet was placed, nor was there any indication after the horse had won, leaving me to wonder what had gone on. In addition, the huge adjustment based on a few non-runners was disproportionate. Other bookies may reduce the odds slightly (say, 5-10%) and will usually reflect this on the betting slip in your account. I have never encountered such a huge reduction, nor a complete and utter lack of communication regarding Rule 4. I no longer use Kwiff. Their odds are generally lower than the rest and their lack of customer care is, in my opinion, completely shocking.

Opened an account before reading reviews deposited 2000, withdrew my own money with out even playing within 3 minutes, I was asked for documents and proof of my card which I provided it's been 6 days every time I contact customer service they say to wait for the verification team but can't give me information about what my position in the line is or how much longer it will take. As it's my own money and not winnings how can it be taking so long! Will keep updating till I hear back!

Been asked to send ID and screen print of payment method. I sent everything over, after 2 days no reply!!!! Used the chat message but they are useless and keep telling me they are unable to reach the verification team and they will review shortly but no timeframe! This is causing me a lot of stress and anger! I don’t even know if I will get my money back or not! The verification team seems to be hidding in the dark corner!

If I could give 0 stars I would. If you win, they don't like paying out. The 'verification department' are none existent. The online chat advisors are reading from a script and are not helpful in the slightest. If you contact them by email then don't expect a reply ever. I'd spend your money else where.

I ended up using my partners card which we have joint accounts and they asked for a letter of proof of authorisation which was sent through with all requested documents. Never mind this was used multiple times to deposit and only happened on withdrawal , this is essentially Kwiff stealing money! Not heard anything. Was liking Kwiff until this happened and cautious to use them again.

Scam company! Ask you to provide documents for verification and when you immediately provide them they claim they just need to verify one more thing. This of course never happens! Do not ignore this review, this is clearly their scam as many below have also stated. I was the same as others, no problem withdrawing at first now been left waiting days due to a verification issue at their end. Can't put a timescale on when it will be completed and was told to be patient and when I pointed out they still continue to take my money I was told that was my responsibility and paying out wa theirs. Clearly having cash flow issues.

I have not received my withdrawal this is over 1 week now. When connecting chat was given generic answers and not timeline. They don't want to help. You can deposit and deposit with ease but when getting paid out there is a delay. Unsure if 5 * reviews are true. Not a good experience. I suggest anyone playing to read the reviews about withdrawals as they are true. Also the football is on and maybe they can't payout. I was also asked for the front numbers of Debit card when they use your account number to pay you.I gave 1 star for the app. Game play is no entertainment value just take take.This is an honest review I can't give more as they have not given me what I am owed

Even when you're verified like myself they still don't process withdrawals within 24hours they just say its a guidline and it will be done soon. Theres many options to choose from and most do instant withdrawals so I'd advise against using kwiff. I've also seen them lose their accredited status on a casino forum they was a member of so again I'd say to chose on of the many other options for your online gambling.

I’ve been using kwiff for a few months now. Everything was really easy to set up the account and get started. Now I’m trying to withdraw some money in the account and they have asked for multiple bits of id the verify. I have sent everything they need and have had no reply. No idea of how long it will take to become verified and no timescale on the withdrawal payment. I have also sent a few emails but had no reply. If this could be sorted out I’d happily use the account again as it’s a very enjoyed site up until now

Honestly been very successful on this site. It's allowed me to withdraw winnings which is amazing. Mistakenly put 500 on Austria last night, when 2 nill down to Turkey I cashed out and they gave me 487 back through kwiff boost. Honestly amazing site. App abit glitch at times but there constantly improving it. Be great if they had a loyalty club but other then that it's amazing. The chat is always live and they replied to me within 24 hours on email when there's no agent on.Verification did take a while to sort but i understand aml regulations are cause of that. Be patient and happy to gamble here. Real better here

So… this is my 2nd review and over 2 weeks has now passed and I’ve still not received my withdrawal. This is sad because despite endless efforts of live chats and providing every bit of ID that Kwiff have asked for I’m just being left in the dark. First of all it was the 3 generic forms of ID which is fine and understandable, I then had to reproduce another photo of my bank card, I then got told 8days ago that I needed to produce bank statements, I raised this on the live chat to be told I’ve sent the wrong photo of the bank card I used and I need to send proof of a bank account I don’t even own, again Alfred helped me out loads and I had to resend my bank card with the correct information covered up.Since then it’s just been the same robotic response in the live chat.I will happily change my reviews to better than 1 star but at the moment I just don’t see me getting anything out of them at all. Great shame 😔🤦🏻♂️

Im on a very lucky streak atm and in profit havnt had any issues with payouts only won a few hundred but hopefully continues, will update if i win thousands and let you know if any issues with payouts. So far amazing. Verification takes some time so be patient, aml rules means they need to check throughly.The apps constantly improving, has moments of glitch in but over all the whole thing is been a wonderful experience for gamblers looking to make money. Now 4 days waiting on verification. All documents sent in Saturday. Address rejected as no house number, even though I hadn't updated my address on the account and had moved. Clearly wasn't even looked at properly. Feel sorry for people on the live chat, clearly overworked having to deal with this crap. It doesn't take so long to verify documents, staffing levels must be atrocious. Of course verification is only asked for upon withdrawal, never on deposit.

Will be reporting to the gambling commission as there fobbing me off regarding time to check documents it takes 5 mins. There making excuses and lying. Absolute scum. Don't reply to any emails and live chat just lie. Won't allow you to speak to anyone. The police will also be informed that there stealing peoples money.

I am waiting too long for my withdrawal I have sent in more then enough documentation to prove my address and not as much as a courtesy email have I gotten back . It’s a shame as I actually enjoy using the site. Please rectify this immediately. Any other betting apps I’ve used have Never taken this long. To get no reply through email is very frustrating . I have no issue editing this review once my account gets verified

I am waiting for my withdrawals of 750£since 3 weeks I am contacting them everyday but there keep telling me that I has been forwarded to relevant team Once They have completed thier checks they will contact you I don't know it take that long I have already contacted UK gambling commission regarding this matter They have advised me to for week but now i am waiting for more than 3 week I think I have to send them a legal notice of court I have contacted a lawyer regarding this Anyway don't use this website please You will be struggling like me to get your money backI have all the messages and replies and emails saved

What could possibly be under investigation if I've deposited from my bank account via bank transfer THROUGH my banking app and withdrawn to the same account again AND I have sent you all of my documents INCLUDING my bank statement SHOWING the payment going out to Kwiff. Requested documents sent everything the asked on the first occasion, asked for more information even though I’ve had the account years, just so happens that this time I won a bet. They take less than a day to answer on here but two weeks between emails. Live chats seem to be bots just generic answers A lot of people saying the same thing on here so potential cash flow issues. Beware. Will keep posting 1 stars until I get paid out

I’m currently on day 5 of waiting for my account to be reviewed after I’d checks and proof of address. They first ask me for passport and proof of address they get excepted the. They say they want more after stating they will un suspend my account once these where excepted. Now I’m waiting again after sending the second lot of documentation and it’s been 36 hours. Online chat very unhelpful very generic answers just seem like bots. I want my money and honestly seems like I’m not going to get it.
