Deposited first time on Saturday £100 no questions asked. Win a bet, go to withdraw £125 and £10 and it said pending for 12 hours. I deposited via bank Xfer and every other bookie who has this option pays out more or less straight away. Yesterday I was asked to send 4 documents/pics which I did. Nothing still been reviewed and withdrawal still showing as pending. Absolutely ridiculous they are delaying this.Lastly they still allow me the option to deposit more if I want but can’t process my withdrawal until they review my documents. Does anyone else see the double standards in that?Just on live chat and this is the agents response “The verification check only affects withdrawals, unless your account has been limited”WHAT??????

Started off good with quick withdrawals but now, just like the rest of them withholding withdrawals for no reason except we are verifying your details again. Why does it take 4 days to look at a pdf bank statement 🤔 even though nothing has changed, same bank details, same everything. Shame as I thought these were different and good but they are all the same in the end. I won’t be using this site anymore

Great company to start with, love the concept of the bets being kwiffed. Wicked odds. Made a couple of withdrawals then when I’ve gone to withdraw a decent sum from a kwiffed bet my account has been suspended for identity checks… been a week now and I’m still waiting on verification.Hopefully it gets resolved asap because the aspect of the site is really good.

Don’t waste your time on this site!!! From 17th till today I’m still waiting for my withdrawal to be processed and documents to be verified! I was send them the documents twice, when I was ask them about my withdrawal on the live chat they block me!! When I contacted them they said the same words, ” I’m afraid the relevant team do require some more time in order to complete all the necessary checks on your account. As soon as they have an update, they will contact you via email” !I’m playing on different gambling sites but in 24h they verify the documents! This scammers don’t want to pay my winning! They ask for more and more time to verify the documents! Please don’t play on this site! They are not a good gambling site they will stole your money!!! Kwiff, I hope your site will be close soon ! You robbed the people’s money! I will make complaint everywhere I can for you!!! Rubbish

I’d love to know how you can open an account lose 1k then win 1800 a week later then try to withdraw it . And that’s when it begins they require documentation so you supply it and then without no notification your account is suspended but it’s now for checks with no time frame and has nothing to do with the verification docs. And now reading through some other reviews there seems to be a lot of similar things going on. And there’s no response to how long. Or an email stating what’s going on ?

Customer service is appalling, had the account and been betting with it for over a year. I have tried withdrawing funds they asked me for documentation, which is okay. Sent them two week ms ago nothing back, speak to live chat they say they can’t speak to that department so don’t know what’s happening. No telephone number, don’t answer on twitter. It’s a SCAM!

Love this site well made good range of games. Verification seems to be a little slower than other sites, won a few times first payout was fast within hours but 2nd waiting of verification of docs and guessing for payout currently. Probably one of the best new sites to play on. Enjoyable experience

I’ve been depositing into my account without any verification being asked for. Suddenly upon requesting a withdrawal which is so small like under £20 on Monday 17th June still sitting this morning Friday 21st as pending!On the 18th June around 10am I was sent an email asking for 4 documents to verify my identity & bank card I swiftly replied attaching the documents and have heard nothing since! I raised a ticket but I am just getting the same generic reply regarding as regulated they need to verrify etc!I have no problem with Kwiff asking for verification documents it’s the terrible length of time it’s taking to process. It’s not acceptable. I have had other online gambling companies ask for ID to be sent and it’s been processed within a matter of hours and it’s NEVER been at the point of withdrawal. Really poor service.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Don’t waste your money here! Made a deposit and when trying to place a bet it was restricted to a very small amount. Decided to withdraw my money and bet elsewhere, but after my withdrawal has been approved, they closed my account for no reason, and now no money has reached my account and my emails are no longer answered. Will report them, this is THEFT!!

After 4 days ,I’m still waiting for an update this robbers don’t want to pay my winning!! They do not ask for any Id, but the momeny you win, or just wan to withdraw some of your money you have to “live chat” with them, the only option they give you to withdraw you money is in “cypto currency” and you have to send them your Id (they wont accept proper bank statements, only revolut, wise, payz etc…) So if you want to pay they will take your money without questions, but to withdraw they make it as difficult as possible – avoid this site like cancel, and bet with bet365 or any other verified sites!!!! Is is a scam

Warning for anyone wanting a few hours of enjoyment.I have a monthly deposit limit which has never been altered, I’m fully in control and have never increased this limit and would not be able to go over it. But today I was in the middle of a slot game which was suddenly stopped with an obnoxious and anxiety driven message demanding I sent private and confidential financial information to an overseas casino popped up on the screen & had to respond within a strict time limit and threatened with account closure if I disobeyed. I was then logged out of my account automatically. I knew for certain I would NEVER send any financial private financial documents to some back street online overseas casino. So I proceeded to simply stick the whole balance on one bet and self excluded permanently. I wouldn’t even put myself through the worry of trying to withdraw after receiving this threatening message. There’s ways and means to ask players for documents and this is before ANY deposit is taken NOT mid-way through a game when the player has a deposit limit in place. British people are pretty laid back but the minute you start delving in our private financial affairs you overstep the mark. Customer lost.

Have used this site for a while now but it seems that behind all the kwiff features that randomly happen normally when you opt for an unlikely outcome the general odds on offer are vastly reduced. ( example of this in sports betting where a horse was 3/1 with coral and will hill where it was 1.75 with kwiff which is odds on. You should be able to take an SP I think so you don’t get ripped off with the smaller odds. Or at least best odds guaranteed like nearly everyone else. Also, have placed a limit on my account now due to winning a few times.

Decent site but have let me deposit and withdraw for couple of months and now won a decent amount £1800 they are trying to hold it up with id checks that were not required before?I have uploaded and emailed proof of id and address. I have had my bets restricted to a certain amount due to the fact that I won a few. The company’s algorithm allegedly doesn’t allow for kwiffed odds to be stopped but ever since I got restricted due to a few wins, it’s been well over 50 bets since I’ve had a ‘kwiffed’ bet. If you win you get restricted!

So Kwiff have rejected my complaint and offered me 0.40 pence instead of my £440 withdrawal! The request for documentation apparently triggered with a balance of 0.40p. This is just laughable when they took £200 from my account to place the winning bets just 90 minutes earlier. This company are liars having told me to opt out of providing obtrusive documents and they would refund my stake, not my winnings, which is £200. They now have the audacity to offer me 0.40 pence after taking £1600 because of a trigger that is buried somewhere in hundreds of pages of terms and conditions. You’re a disgrace and I’ll continue my complaint through the appropriate channels until I get a satisfactory outcome. Beware if you are thinking of opening an account with this company as there are many reputable online gambling companies out there who do not treat their customers like this company does. Worst online gambling company I have ever come across by a LONG WAY

Absolutely terrible. Have made two withdrawals that both say approved and apparently there has been a issue via there end making the payments. Even though I have received withdrawals multiple times before without any problem. They are now requesting current bank statements, again even though my withdrawals are ‘approved’ . Under the documents section it states ‘ no requested documents’ . Customer service/ live chat is useless. Continuously ignores any questions asked. They also aim to resolve complaints within 8 weeks! Go elsewhere, the promise of instant withdrawals from Kwiff is a false one.
