Absolutely dreadful company. The worst odds and the worst margins in the business. And of course they stop accepting your bets if you have the temerity to win.Even a little bit. And when you seek clarification, they won’t give you any. How they’re allowed to advertise as a betting company is beyond me. Betting is a transaction, where one side wins and one side loses. IF one side won’t accept losing, it’s no longer betting. Stay clear. Go to an exchange like Matchbook or Betdaq, and get better odds for your bets. MUCH BETTER ODDS.

Ladbrokes and affiliates (Gala, PartyCasino, Foxybingo, Coral) use your P/L ratio to determine risk on their end. If you come out with a positive ratio 2 months in a row your account is flagged and you’ll receive a termination notice. The house ALWAYS wins!

After recently getting a strange message from Coral Bet saying that I was being barred from any free bets or bonuses – even though I had bet perfectly normally – I closed the account and opened one with Ladbrokes. Used it for a couple of weeks – again perfectly normally – and today got the same message from them! What is wrong with these people! In those couple of weeks I made perhaps little more than 6 or 7 bets – and lost more than I won – so I am completely bewildered. Naturally, I have closed this account too. Are these betting companies run by lunatics?

Atrocious experience, worst bookies I have ever used. Even their free promotions are decent but after a really short time they bar you from using them. Customer service is rude and just overall a terrible and negative experience, do not use

They just don’t bother giving a cash out option? Currently got 7 team accumulator and 5 are winning. Once again another waste of my life. Support make you out to be a lier, try to prevent you from closing an account, block accounts for making a joke comment, tried to manipulate me to increase limit amount set from £40 to £100 a month, took £20 instead of £10 and although they admitted it was an technical error it still took 5 days to refund, when asking if this was to be refunded ASAP told yes today, then same day after until 5 days had passed then refunded, in the mean time couldn’t play!! All I got was sorry! Pathetic, site have you heard of fun well this was nothing short of a frustrating experience. Same tournament winners which their scores are impossible to get on the tournament big FIX to keep you thinking you have a chance, yes well you have no chance!!Since closed all accounts due to them wanting my income outgoings!what for, I have a limit of £40 I can’t go over this so what the point of a fixed limit if you hassle me for my income!! Useless pretty much all round. Most people talk about being ripped off in the casinos slots etc. For me it’s the lack of customer service, the process which you have to go through when you chat with the help of line. It never ends. Very slow to resolve app issues and always trying to make the user feel at fault.Ive been with them for many years 99% betting on the sports and racing. Most recently I had to replace my damaged debit card and register the new one. Well it was just a joke and I’m not going into detail about a a simple task made difficult. I simply went to WH which I already had an account with and done the same with them but this time the process took less than 90 seconds. Ladbrokes are a joke, a rip off and the people that work for them are puppets. Advice. Tell em to go do one !

Awful thieves. Will do every trick to make sure you dont win or get the very least ampunt.Suspend all football bets when they start so you can only cash out after match ends so if you are losing you have no cash out optionAccum don’t update better SPs on horse racing etc so you always get lower cash out based on original prices. Some cash outs never update to a greater amount as horses win. When asked why I never get a free bet I was told they made a decision that I am never to receive them and that that is their right. I was in shock.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not give these your money.

I’ve enjoyed playing slots on ladbrokes lots of games to choose from. I’ve never had any problems cashing out my winnings, usually recieve in few hours. I only play slots and yes they are hit and miss but I’ve won some good amounts and lost some good amounts if I keep playing same games after I’ve won. on that game. I do believe algarithyms have something to do with that. But all in all I’ve not had bad experience and Ladbrokes communicate well letting me no things. But it’s great that this company pay out winnings without hassle which I think is fair and that’s one reason I gave 5* Also fact I do get scatters on games I play and win and lose ,it’s luck, what’s important to me is being able to play game longer not over in few minutes and games are fair.

Someone hacked into my account and withdrew 2 sums of money, £49 and £55 over 1 month period. This I believe has happened due to a data breach. They also transferred the 2 sums into 2 different bank accounts, which have nothing to do with me. You would think that emailing Ladbrokes and telling them there has been a compromise of my account and not by me and straight away I changed the password and told them that. Email 1 from Ladbrokes: we have checked and see that money has been transferred out of your account and not by us, please refer to your bank to locate the funds?My reply: I cannot do that as these are not my accounts and these 2 transactions were not done by me? Also I have never transferred money into any bank accounts and have ALWAYS used PayPal for all transactions.Email 2 from Ladbrokes: thank you for more details and we have checked and these 2 transactions were not done manual and were instigated by you as you withdrew then to 2 bank accounts.email from me: You are not reading what I am saying, I have not done this my email and password have obviously been compromised via a data breach or 2 and someone has hacked my account and transferred these amounts into 2 bank accounts that are not mine.. Glitches alot. Have to close and reopen a lot. Footie bets aren’t upto date enough in real time. Bets dont get updated on real time enough either, you need to go back or refresh. The free games are terrible, winning ladbucks is ok but in some ways is pointless if you can’t win enough they’ll expire. slots rivals game is the most shit game and points wise I’ve ever played, I hardly get over 400 points per game so I never really play it. If you do get high points someone will use a cannon so you loose everything/ you don’t really get bonuses on slots games there hard to come by/land on. Now that’s really bad. Poker bots seem to win all the time and know what your hand is. You don’t give out good will gestures for loyal/good paying customers. I cannot agree more with the reviews left on Trustpilot . The game has repeatedly changed from Free to being charged which was so misleading and underhand. When I tried getting money back they simply said I should have noticed but they clearly have a glitch . Thank heavens for competition in the market place as we have somewhere else to go . Unfortunately there isn’t a zero button here. I am a good customer, in fact, I am told I am a highly valued customer. So highly valued that they are happy to take my money and when they have made an error setting a bet I have spent four hours across four days trying to get them to rectify it. Every time I have spent an hour chatting to customer services who say they will follow up with an email… and no such thing has happened. I guess when you are taking millions of pounds profit from honest punters they must be happy to lose one if it means they keep the £400 they owe me. Frustrating and daylight robbery to say the least.
