Haven’t played on here for some time so the past couple of days I gave it a go and OMG I HAVE NEVER SEEN SO MANY DEAD SPINS IN MY LIFE!!!!!

Shocking site got no chance.Only used the bingo part of the site but only certain names actually win.For example out of 8 games playing emmerdale bingo one person won 12 times bit of a certain smell about this site !! Think Roland Rat and you’ll be very close.

spent over £500 on slots in the last week, and the most i won was £30. Teasing with the features, but never win from them. Got fishing frenzy bonus 3 times but not once did I get a fisherman and a fish in the same spin.

When you just watch ladbroke roulette live game, its look like you win every bets. When you put the real money and start playing. Ladcrooks have always been a terrible company. If thats what you can call it. The government just allow them to continue to steal money and rig their games with impunity.As for the free games dont even waste your time. They were bad before as of yesterday 31/05/24 they just got a whole lot worse! In 4 and a half months Ive not had a single win on their daily spin. Except the day they have everyone wins. I always get what replaced the no win. 3 free spins of which Ive had about 10p total from. On top of that they just started their new BS ladbucks scam. Wanted to bet on the Grand National, normally I do this at a local betting shop but was away for the Weekend so no local ones nearby. I went onto Ladbrokes website and registered. Once it had all my details, including bank, I went on to place bets. The race went ahead and I chose the winner with other 3 bets not winning. This didn’t show on the account for a few hours. Finally it showed so not in a hurry I went to claim it 2 days later. I tried but i just got a message saying failed. In the end I had to go on live text, first with a robot and then an actual person. After 20 mins they said they had to put me onto another person which they took 15 minutes and then said I had to send proof of who I was – unbelievable – they took my money from Visa Debit card but would not put back on the same card card or Bank Transfer!!I told them it was ridiculous but they insisted and said it would take several days for their Finance people to decide to pay me or not – what???

I would give this company no stars whatsoever, if I could, but it won’t let me do that. This whole site is designed to take your money, by hook, or by crook! I registered for the free bets this week for Cheltenham, placed a qualifying bet after depositing my money on a football game (lost – fine), free bets awarded. I decided to use Ladbrokes to place my Wednesday bets for the races. Logged in last night to find my account closed and after correspondence with the customer services they claim to have conducted a security assessment and have closed my account, seizing my balance. This is disgusting- I’m a normal person who has used an offer, spent my own money doing so and have now had all of that taken without refund and my bets no longer standing. I can only see this as some kind of scam- advertise free bets then use some kind of excuse to close the account and get out of it, meanwhile receiving monies from customers. Disgusting. Will not let this go, UK gambling commission will be contacted.

They are all ok while you are placing bets and taking your money but as soon as you have to get your money back, they don’t want to give it to you.I have been waiting 2 months now to get my money back and they say that they need a bank statement which I am not going to get as it takes me 2 buses as the branch is 14 miles away and I am not going to ring them as it’s a waste of money. I am not either as they suggested opening up a new Email address and setting up a new account with then just to only close the account down. I have given them my account details to pay the money back into, a copy of my passport, but no and now they won’t even answer my emails. That Drew that is working for them needs sacking he has been as helpful as a chocolate teapot.I wouldn’t mind it’s only for £25 not thousands. They should just pay it back to me and extra to compensate for the inconvenience that it has caused me.Just don’t use them or set up an online account with Ladbrokes they are the worst company in the world. Use Coral instead great customer service there.I definitely wouldn’t recommend Ladbrokes to anyone.

Really Really BAD service to its own online costumers keeping them in business, someone needs to see what these are doing and someone needs to get the system changed, so i was playing slots today, played on Eye Of Horus with £20 and was eaten within 30 mins, I played 20p stake or each spin, system is disgusting, I would win 20p after 5x spins if I was lucky no-one gonna cash out and also not even a scatter win, and this shows that it urges players to keep playing making them think they gonna hit a bigger payout the more spins they play but really its a take take take game to them, well all online bookmakers like this now, I wouldn’t recommend this bookmakers or any from my own experience now days, I’ve never really had a big payout that’s made me open my eyes from this company. Scam casino slots. Advertised RTP a lie. Dawn of Egypt bonus teased me 83, yes 83 times before I ran out of money. How is that legal? Hours of play & money gone with zero bonus. I went in Ladbrokes shop in Henley on Thames and Jason the only staff member on duty let me go and play fruit machine. After 15 mins I went to the counter. Jason gave me a blank up and down look fo 10 seconds and told me I’m on there security system and he could not serve me! I said that’s impossible as I have never been in that shop or any other before! I asked politely to see the picture and he turned computer screen around, I could see it definitely not me, only resemblance was guy on computer was bald like myself. Two young lads then came in and I said to Jason let them look as they would agree its not me! Jason refused and asked me to leave the premises. I’m respectable not aggressive and never been in trouble or refused entry or being removed from any premises up to my age of 56. Jason was pretty rude and made me feel like a criminal. I went outside shop and rang customer services to explain what had happened and vent my feeling of being treated in such a manner. She took my complaint but said I wouldn’t recieve any feedback!! I would never go into one of there shops again and would suggest other respectable people boycott if they feel they could also get offended if similar happened. I’ve never been so insulted in all off my life. I understand shops need security butt a company like ladbookes could have easily realised the picture wasn’t me if they had had second opinion or used face recognition software.

I’ll never use ladbrokes again, after placing a £20 win on a dog I got my receipt and went back to watch race dog won at 11/4 when I went back for winnings was informed bet wasn’t placed in time. I know it was because I had to wait for race to start. What would have happened to my 20 pounds if it had lostThe person on till could have informed me it was void bet before he knew result.

I did bet on 27/11/2023 in Sunbury-On-Thames and I won my ticket but the Manager who work at the ladbrokes in Sunbury he didn’t give me the money from winning ticket. And after day they send the email requirement me some documents and my bank-statement where my money I can bet my ticket. I did send everything but they didn’t send me any email back about my money I won or reasons why they not pay me my won ticket. Now is 2 months already.

Poker is a scam! Don’t waste money on Ladbrokes poker. So many bad beats, had a bit luck on footy gambling(at least you can’t fix that) so thought I’d have a game of poker – same old, same old. What a load of crap Ladbrokes poker is you play for 1 and a half hours to win a ticket then you play another 1 and half hours to win guess what another free ticket so you need to win to get any money in your poker balance and for 11c ticket goes up to 55c ticket and Ladbrokes thinks that good to waste anywhere up to 4 hours of your time for peanuts. I can see why ladbrokes is getting so many bad reviews. I’m 15800 down with this company. I have been a loyal customer for a long time. Before it was a good site to play on. You could get really decent payouts. But now it’s horrendous. I have just lost £300 on big catch. Ironically that was what it was the catch of not paying out. £2 a spin got feature twice £28and 30. Maybe they should get rid of dick Turpin in charge of this company before all there customers leave in droves. Which would leave them bankrupt.

ladbrokes online Not too bad an online bookie however theres a few things that really could do with improvement and it surrounds their “free games”Firstly “slot rivals” be it normal or the “Fanzone version”The game is billed as “play against other players”When in fact you never play against other players it is ALWAYS bots (painfully obvious bots too)As they always target you no matter what the other “BOT/Players” have within the last few seconds. I’m writing this review solely because of their flagship free game they offer in Slot Rivals, never in my life have I played a game that infuriates me more. And the worst part is that it shouldn’t… as the prizes are that bad I shouldn’t have any hard feelings but honestly it’s absolutely horrific to play. The game is solely based on ‘if you don’t get a chest in the last 20 seconds your done for’, getting a high score early just puts a target on your head which is impossible to defend against, it will get to the last dying seconds and you’ll want to throw your £1000 phone across the room. To not get annoyed on this game is an impossibility, it’s flooded with bots and there’s nothing they can do about it.

Never pay out in the online slots, it’s a rarity in comparison to other sites, agree with all of the other reviews this company is all take and no give. Play elsewhere, probably more chance of winning the lottery millions than with these scammers.
