Affordability checks are a complete nonsense, I’ve provided what I regard as a safe and reasonable degree of income information. Have good indexed linked pension and oodles of savings, not a serious gambler in monetary terms but they give me a derisery £100 loss limit per month. What a joke Ladbrokes!

0438 zantos I’ve been in the shop today. Had to get a customer to open the door lock on at 2.30 in afternoon. I’m disabled. And had to get up 3 times to open the door as zantos was constantly on his phone. Someone came in to put a bet on she asked for the odds. Which he failed to do as he concentrating on his phone. Once again Ladbrokes and likes prove that the aren’t governed by anyone and are simply welcome to do as they like. Who in their right mind would cash out 2p wins every time you spin and manage to win? That’s right, nobody. Even if you win 20p after you have poured in £1, you wouldn’t cash out. And this is exactly how these thieves make money. You give em cash, they give you credit. You spend that credit ( coz remember nobody in their right mind would cash out their 2p wins , or 6p wins) and turn it in to real cash. Making million’s upon million’s on their rigged games and there doesn’t seem to be anyone out there, who would oversee these thieves to make sure their games are balanced and reward players after certain amount has been spent. I was happily using Ladbrokes to bet on Wimbledon when it came around but all of a sudden after crediting my account I found that it had taken the money from me for a so called negative balance but I was confused because you pay upfront for all bets so how could I possibly have a negative balance that I owed 🤷🏻‍♀️When I contacted customer service I was told that it was due to a previous bet that I was paid out on for winning that was later corrected on the system as loosing, so through no fault of my own I was cashed out for a bet they told me I had won just to adjust it later as loosing without notifying me at all of the situation or my so called debt to them so I only noticed when I paid into my account money for a new bet which I wasn’t able to make as they immediately took it from me. As if this was not bad enough they then tell me that they won’t do anything to help me and refuse to delete/close my account even with a clear balance which I requested due to no longer trusting this company.. all I kept hearing was we have rights to do this we have rights to do that & it seems I don’t have any rights at all.. disgrace! Will NEVER use Ladbrokes again after this.

Stay clear of the online casino they say it fair but by far not games bait bonus games to much and once you make your first withdraw there a clear difference to the games stop hitting anything meaningful or even get into a bonus game at that…. By far better site out there P.s have got into a few bonus games but with £0 wins on them or very little Pps it’s not only my account I am seeing this with. Ladbrokes and coral are linked. Two big bookie giants which are raking in millions. And its very hard to win on there websites. Very controlled, especially playing their slots and games. I think fair play polices with their slots and games need to review. The way how the set algorithm with them is not possible to win big of them.when slots first came out it was possible. When playing for long there is a time they will pay out. Nowadays, they don’t. If you lucky to get a free spin during play nowadays, then that’s it. They don’t give free play often. I play the slots and I’ve noticed that if I play £1 I get a good game, win or lose, takes a while and enjoy the experience. If however I up it to £2 or more, I get less features, less wins, money goes really quickly??? Surely in a higher stake, win or lose, the chances of features and wins should be higher??? It doesn’t make sense that if you pay £100 on £1 a go it lasts so much longer than £200 on £2 a go but that seems to be the case every time

I put a £500 loss limit on my account per month to restrict it, went onto payment history and in the last 30 days I’m £791 down?! Never won a big amount on here either, got £100 once on lock of the Irish but other than that was a waste of time and they’ve gone over the loss limit, it’s ridiculous!

I won money on their site, and as soon as I attempt to withdraw it they emailed me saying that the withdrawal failed due to an issue with my bank. I contacted my bank and confirmed there are no issues. I then tried to log back into my account to attempt another withdrawal and can see that it has been suspended. I was told to call the “reactivation line” to deactivate my account. They told me that the account would be reactivated within 24 hours, but that was 4 days ago. Every time I call I am just told “there is a high volume so the process is taking a long time”. They have over £300 of my winnings and will not even update me on what the problem is. This company are nothing but thieves.

Be careful if you make a deposit and for some reason it gets declined even if the funds are in your bank. I had a transaction declined and when I checked my bank account it had been taken out and not appeared in my gaming account. Now I am unable to get my deposit back from Ladbrokes as they keep telling me it was a successful transaction. Be very very careful!

I only bet small – had two £1.00 wins on 7th Feb. Barrier Peaks at M Rasen, 5/2 win and Holetown Hero at Taunto won 11/8. The returns should have been 5.88 at SP price but they paid 5.20. A rip off of 68 pence. The customer services checked it and said unless i had a grid card they pay you at early prices????

Ladbrokes “let” you have a little win a couple of times a year. That’s it. If you win anything over £20, I have noticed a pattern that if you play again, it takes another couple of months before you walk away with any sort of a decent win. Dont get me started on the free bets.Every time i try to access the game for the free spins, it never works. Funny that! Other games that I have won a few quid on in the past, when i try to play them again, they dont open oddly enough. Always says there is a problem and to reload, Impossible to get a full list of all the games offered as it takes forever for them to load so you are limited to the first four rows of games when you click on all. This is how it goes…bet a small amount (mostly lose) but one or two occasions a year you may be granted access on their database to get a small win. When you do get up to 200 or 300 pounds on slots you will then naturally contiune to play …but as you change bets or increase or decrease the bet you’ll find nothing you do will change the outcome. You will just go down until you reach 0.00. I just had 300.00 and played £2.00 bet…nothing happened in 150 spins…not one bonus came! …its not random it’s them deciding what amount u will be granted and to take it all back if u contiune to play. This has happened 1000s times over the years so the pattern is established….it never changes…you’ll also find if u keep a win in your account and go back in to try and play a bit more another time, that held money will be lost…regardless of time, date, month or year nor what game you choose..you will lose it all..nothing will generate….period. its fixed and Ladbrokes getting caught is the only hope

I enjoy the Ladbrokes site-unlike most punters I steer clear of the electronic slots. How punters expect to win against algorithms set against them is beyond me but that is for another day-I only play sports where I have a choice. The withdraw system using Grid card, is awful. If you managed to somehow win over 1000£ you can not windrow it straight away, apparently there is a “limit” that no one said anything about. Spent one hour in the shop just to tell me that they can not give me money as there is a limit. I had to go online to customer service, and that was no help as the guys from the shop still refused to do what the customer service advised. managed to get with Grid on the phone and after 1 hour wait i spoke with someone to raise that limit that I was not aware. By the time they raised the limit I lost all that money. I’m having endless amounts of bad beats playing poker, never seem to get this much during live games.One example:I had a tight image on a tourney BH £5.50. Been folding relentlessly and it was early in the game. I was UTG and dealt ATs. I raised 5x big blind, (way over normal to demonstrate strength).Donk calls in late position KJo everyone else folds. Flop comes: T, T, 8I overbet the flop 2x pot. Donk for some reason reraises me x2. I call.Turn comes a J. I go all in. I played a free instant spin as part of a promotion. It’s a daily spin promotion. When I played on this occasion it landed on 100. I took a screenshot, which is date and time stamped. The arrow landed right in the middle of the 100 section so there can’t be any doubt. Anyway I contacted ladbrokes and included the screenshot. They said I won 3 free spins. I feel cheated. I won fair and square, and the screen shot shows where the arrow landed. Ladbrokes should pay out the prizes they offer. I am a loyal customer, and they should do the right thing and pay what I won.
