Ladbrokes has really gone down. It was a favourite for me at one time and used to get some decent wins but it's hard to even get a bonus hit on a slot now. Yesterday put on £50 on a slot. Not one free spin bonus came in so my gameplay was not fun at all. I might as well have just handed my money to them. The same game I played on another site and put the same money on £50 and had 6 free spin bonuses and won and withdrew in total £415 so made profit of £365. That's the difference. I would stay clear of this site as your money just goes down the drain and you get nothing out of it. It was good at one time. If you do ever get to withdraw they are quick. Same day no problems.

I had my account closed after 5 years as they said I had multiple accounts , it turns out the other account was opened 20 years ago which I thought had been closed. I had money in the account which they did not want to give back . The 3 guys I spoke too after being passed from one to the other never had a brain sell between them . after using Ladbrokes for 55 years you wont ever see another penny of mine again, You spoke like your the only bookie in town .Brain dead staff.

After just reading the review below mine on the blackjack I'm so angry as its so true. This is the most rigged game I've ever played. HOW IS THIS LEGAL!!!!!!!! I was actually guessing what cards the "AI" had and I was right 90% of the time, this is logically improbable. I played around 40 hands and the computer won around 35 games.... I've been playing my whole life, the cards being dealt aren't statistically likely whatsoever!

Placed a bet and won tried to withdraw the money and had to go through sending them loads of information which is above and beyond the means of what someone should have to go through just to withdraw your winnings, there just like all the rest of the SCAMMERS they state they can refuse to give you the money owed to you and restrict your account HOW IS THIS LEGAL!!!

Just got a email telling to take my money out the account to avoid any fees went to log on had to change my password went to log back on then with the new password only to find a Ladbrokes are very close my account and taking my money this is our underhanded trip that I do to a lot of people in order to claw money of people for no reason this is one of the worst betting sites you can ever go on and I advise anybody to stay away from Ladbrokes, my user name is DAA1679 if any one at Ladbrokes would like to respond back to me???!!!

Very sleaked operators. Call centres based in India, it would appear that they deliberately select people with poor English so complaints are an absolute nightmare, it just wears you down. Having dealt with the complaints procedure over many months and got nowhere I suspect this is not an accident, but design. I believe all the reports from customers claiming their games are rigged, there random number generator seems to favour them. Particularly in terms of the free prizes wheel the statistical likeliness of hitting no win every day for 10 days in a row appears high. Perhaps they need to be more honest on the likelihood of it landing on one option or another. There are also serious issues with some of the online slots that they blame upon their operators and take no responsibility for.

If i could give it no stars i would, theres so much wrong with this place, between the unhealthy work environment which includes rats in the ceiling and leaks everywhere to customers verbally and physically abusing staff while the managers do nothing about it, staff safety is at the very bottom as priority for this company it actually just does not exist, theres absolutely 0 incentives whatsoever for customer service managers while the line managers and above all have bonuses. Theres 0 work-life balance, even when you try to come up with certain changes that would improve that they just feed you made up rules they made up, but when it suits them as a company they dont hesitate to smash those same rules to a million pieces. I wish i had the money to sue them but it just shows that no matter what moneys gets you everything even modern day slavery! Never get close to this place if you value your soul even a little!

Hi after all the negative comments on here I would just like to say that I have just been into a store on Belmont Road bolton and was served by an amazing young man named John. Have never been in a betting shop on my whole life but my husband just had an operation and asked me to pop in for his weekly bets as this is not somthing I wanted to do I was really nervous. As soon as I walked in he welcomed me and asked how could he help as I looked lost ha ha he was amazing was with me for 20 minutes one to one and helped me through everything I needed I even had a game of bingo while I was there after he showed me how simple it was. Ladbrokes have just taken £900 from my account leaving me severely overdrawn. Apparently I made the deposit over 3 weeks ago but it’s only just leaving my bank now. No pending transactions, no issues before and just randomly deduct me £900. Customer service were useless on chat, Saying there is an issue with lots customers affected. Lack of empathy and basically told to wait for an email when they resolve this issue. It doesn’t help me get my £900 back and they couldn’t wait to get off the chat. I’ve got screenshots and will be reporting them.

The poker site customer service is like some mindfuk where you ask a question or report and issue backed up with screenshots and evidence, yet their reply has no relevence to what you asked, it's as if it's done either by a poor AI system, operators who do not understand english, are just plain stupid, told to deny & dodge anything difficult, or a combination of all of these. when you reply again asking that your question be answered, you just get more of the same, sprinkled with insincere standard BS like 'sorry for your experience', 'hope you are doing great', 'have a great day' etc. the top and bottom of it is i wouldnt bother with them, the site is just a skin of party poker anyway.

Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. Play like they are totally rigged seen some crazy number sequences like a number you haven't got coming out on the roulette 6 out of 7 spins they just laugh when you complain saying its bad luck. Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. it is unbelievable that we are allowing gambling commission and william hill to keep stealing users money! this only demonstrates how corrupt the gambling industry is!! i have only found one company so far, who helped me get my money back after william hill refused today out my winnings and return my deposit. thisisgambling.com they are doing everything the gambling commission should be which is protecting customers and preventing crime!

1 star is still far to many, absolute thieves, if in the rare chance you do win anything, be sure when you play again it will take everything and some straight back off you and then will be an age until you remotely have a chance of winning again any time soon, last £100 I have put on, just spins through, even if you call their customer care, you are told a script of how they are "fair and honest" which is really not the case, if it gave you a game and let you have a little and took a little and you decided to gamble it and lose, then fair enough, but when your not even given a game and you just watch your money spin through....that is not fair and the script they give you just shows they are not honest, even if its their fault i.e a technical problem, I had spent £60..spun through, game kept crashing. I was told there was an error on the site, so I should of got my money back, but was offered £3 bonus to use on the faulty site ?. I work in the industry and can say in 10 years in the business, I have never seen a company where customers just lose and aren't given a game as much as you do with this site. Disgraceful...should be shut down, I hope the gambling commission check the reviews, not a single good one and shows they should be investigated.

WH is slowly, but surely on the decline. Over the past few weeks, I have experienced the following: 1. Interruptions during live streaming of dog/horse racing - effectively missing the race(s) I’ve wagered on2. Winning bets voided because they were placed after scheduled off time 3. Opting into daily promotions only to find that the “free bets” weren’t always applied automatically - meaning I had to waste more time chasing this up through live chat4. Extremely poor customer service when contacting WH through live chat. The initial Will robot is a joke and the service agents leave a lot to be desired. Very little compassion/sympathy on display and it’s almost as if they could’ve give a hoot. All in all, an extremely sad state of affairs. WH are a million miles behind some of the leading lights in the industry. Needless to say, although a loyal and frequent customer, I don’t feel valued and will be leaving for pastures new. If WH don’t care, why should I??? Their loss!!!

So... I have been playing at betfair now for about 8 months and this is what I have to say, at first you get a few okay wins to reel you in so you think your going to hit a decent win but that soon goes down the shitter! They are absolute robbing C*nts who should not be operating and anybody who says “oh this person is only sayin this because their a sore loser need to think again because that’s not the case at all. I’m not one to write reviews but I’ve done it to warn people who are thinking of even opening an account with them to think again! This company have literally made me ill at times with the absolute shambolic corruption, they think there clever but it’s so damn obvious they conning people and that’s what there here for! My close friend has left this site a few weeks ago too because of the same reasons and I know plenty more people who have left them too, please people don’t let this grotesque company operate anymore go somewhere else these need wiped off the face of the earth!

I played a few times now and here's how it goes so I put a couple of pound on a favourite dog to win showing it came first in nearly every race and boom 20/1 dog won so I played abot more and its hitting 5/1 6/1 10/1 dogs so I tried them high odd and what u know it's getting the favourite your really letting yourself down william hill
