Terrible customer service, made a deposit and location service error , I’ve played on this site for 2 years and this happens way too often, it’s their issue it’s rigged I swear. Continually say it’s my Internet provider I spent an hour on the phone with my Internet provider and it’s not on my end. I’m located within Ontario sitting in my home where I have played on this app many other times and they won’t fix it. They just ignore my concerns. Can’t withdraw my money and can’t play due to there location issues I did all the troubleshooting and still ignore me

RTP seems to be set at 0 on this site . currently 2000 down with no wins in site. deposit what you want to loose with out any fun. not what you can afford. and is funny the leovagas wheel always says elli has won at the bottom of the screen she must be loaded. please reply if you see the same. they will probably ban me now for writing this . apart from that games work good hence 2 stars . I don't bet alot mostly 20p spins so review is quit accurate

After playing Leovegas I won some money . They locked my account for temporary 3 months,I can come back until 26 April , and I got a email from responsible gaming department, that I have to withdraw my funds,Due to the larger amount they suggested a wire transfer. The wire transfer was approved and sent on 23 January 2025 , the amount:$180000 CAD and I got the confirmation email in that day . We re now February 15 and still haven’t received my money ,they are blaming the processor for missing money or delayed,they won’t give me name of processor or a time frame when this issue will be resolved . I have withdrawn from them in the past and never this issue .

Can't withdraw my fund, was told i have to withdraw using the same method as deposit. Deposited using etransfer and now cant withdraw my initial deposit amount and winnings with their Ecashout method because they are experiencing issues with ecashout and waiting to get it fixed. No alternative methods were provided and still waiting for who knows when this to be fixed. 3 days + and they still have issue with their ecashout withdrawal. Feel like the casino is stalling on purpose as etransfer only requires email, but they would not agree to etransfer my fund back to the email address.

Waiting over one week for my money . As was my first withdrawal request i do understand that documents have to be sent and this is what i did . As been using only virtual card not phisical , sent over teen screen shots which they rejected even saying that they accepting . Been in bank , get the letter (been waiting 3 hours) finally they accepted. Now it is 3 days that am waiting for my withdrawal to be processed and only what I can hear on live chat is same shit automatic replies that human have to check documents . Absolutely useless customer service . And believe is only few hundreds pound . Looks like have to report it to gambling commission.

If you want fun and enjoy fairness,stay far away, for me it was dead end on leocasino, absolutely low RTP lack and low bonuses,x amout of deposits,I don't think I ever had a withdrawal, all in one, very bad experience here with no fun and very low RTP innexistent, just watched dead spins for a few good months while I was paying for that :)

Rcently, under the pretext of 'new UK regulations' they've asked to re-verify my account which was already verified several times before.But this time they've asked for my detailed bank statement and my tax return. Imagine that. Nowhere under UK regulations says that a casino should ask for your detailed bank statement.Nevertheless, after refusing to send them the document they've closed my account.AGAIN, my account was verified to the point that the only thing missing was my blood type.To conclude, this was a mediocre casino with close to zero rewards system. They will lose many customers. The thing that they've locked my account AFTER i've made a deposit shows the level of bad practice you have to deal with. If anyone from leovegas is answering please provide the link from UK gambling comission where they require u to snoop thru peoples bank accounts

Also they will not reward on loyalty or amount of deposit, Deposit bonus are nearly impossible to get with the wagering requirements..and don't think of asking for anything from them because they are so greedy.I would stay well clear from these clowns!Don't try reply me either leovegas.
