Went onto sister site Slot boss! Was allowed to deposit and I won. Requested withdrawal, they asked for id which I sent and was verified in 20 mins. While waiting for the withdrawal to be processed I was locked out if my account. Contacted live chat who said that there was a review process , I explained my documents had been verified oh no there's more reviews that have to be done. Woke up this morning to a email to say apparently I've acted fraudulenty by opening a account as apparently I am self excluded!! Which I wasn't under the impression. 😡So deposits and winnings are forfeited!! Find this very unfair! I've asked for proof still waiting! AVOID!!

0 stars. Rude customer service and thieves of a site. Don’t understand how it’s got 4 stars when this is such a bad site. They closed my account after spending all day making multiple deposits and as I wagered loads to finally get into a high bonus round they closed my account during it for verification documents. Now they are refusing my money back and what’s left in the account. If they needed verification they should have done immediately after first or before first deposit not after making multiple and deciding to close account after taking in over £500. ScumBags of a site. Definitely getting a solicitor involved.Funny I have a reply for the company site. Absolute lies they are saying there as I have tried to contact multiple times. I’ve even gone through resolver and got any where with them and their online chat gets cut out every time they are checking my account so I have to re start it every time. They may sound friendly and reasonable I’m their resonance but it’s lies. They are just trying to make them self look good.

The worst casino I've ever been to. I had a pending withdrawal and had to close the account. I have sent all documentation many times to verify the account. They never accepted proof from the bank. Everything was there from my name to the account number and the Bank's logo. Finally, they wanted a complete copy of my bank statements! I refused to send! My bank transactions are private, I don't have to show them to anyone! To deposit we don't need to prove anything but to raise it we have to show our whole life and they are never satisfied

I feel like I've been robbed!!! Never won anything until last week, got up to a £100 so I thought you know what never win on here so I'm withdrawing 👍🏼 waited 5 days nothing so I thought I'll log in and see if it's still pending, ACCOUNT LOCKED!!! I thought what??? So started a live chat they were very helpful and said sorry you need to verify your account before a withdrawal can be made. I thought fair enough so sent documents required, waited checked documents verified 👍🏼 I thought great I'll log in and check SELF EXCLUSION IN PLACE. live chat passed on to department they'll contact you when it's sorted out nothing live chat again you can't log in as you're self excluded!!! I didn't do this what the hell is this company??? Feel like I've been scammed if I don't hear anything positive via email I'll be reporting it as a scam site/fraudulent company to the gambling commission and cyber crime division with the police as it's basically theft.

After winning £750 fairly on blackjack they 'randomly' decided to investigate my account, although they didn't do any checks when depositing large amounts over the course of the year and losing. After over a month, my account is still locked and pending review. I've emailed them several times and get the same templated response, it's like they're waiting for me to forget about it. I read the Trustpilot reviews and thought this wouldn't happen to me, but here we are!

Safe and Sensible. Leovegas has always been reliable and easy to use. They are user friendly and you need to verify in order to play for real money. The deposit incentives are low compared to the others, however most wagers are 10 or under and in real money. 24 hrs WD to bank. I dont like or trust the crypto sites - way too many dodgy incidents, not getting paid etc - Leovegas is not a crypto site which is great for legit games. Descent amount of providers and new games, sports betting, Live tables etc. I would recommend to anyone who is weary of the bright lights and unbelievable bonus deposits etc that everywhere. Leo is one of the more established platforms and definitely the safest.

Well also I'm very supprised over the bad rewievs here!! I came here to read if someone shares my latest experience. I play at 3 different casinos, but mostly on LV because I think Leo Vegas has been the best, until some months back when I noticed that the withdrawals started to take very long and I got no answer why that was. Also the offers for VIP members weren't as good as before. So I starded to play on other sites that are faster in banking ect. However, I finally got an answer, that there has been some changes going on at Leo vegas Vip program and also with the withdrawals. They said that the withdrawals should soon be faster again. So I hope theese changes were worth the wait 😊

Good selection of games, but you Bonuses are extremely poor. They are not set out like most gaming sites. If I was to use a match deposit offer I would have wager my own money first for example 35x times no access to the bonuses until you have done that, not even when I have lost all the money I have deposited.On nearly all other site they would let you use you match deposit bonus as soon as you lose all your deposit. Leo Vegas does not let you do that so the bonuses are useless.

I read the reviews on here but I like to make my own mind up so I did my own research about Leovegas. They were fined £1.32 million by the Gambling Commission in August 2022. The Gambling Commission stated 'This case is a further example of operators failing to protect customers'They don't seem to be improving as the Gambling Commission also said that Leovegas were not sufficiently taking into account the Commission’s 2019 guidance on customer interaction'.If you look on the Gambling Commission web site and search for Leovegas there is a list of all their bad behaviour. Make sure you have half an hour as it is a long read !!

This company only asked for additional documentation to verify my deposit after I requested a withdrawal.They allowed me to deposit and wager without this verification, and only asked for it when I came to withdraw. This is illegal under 17.1.1 - Customer identity verification of the Gambling Authority.Please give me my money back.

This is the most ridiculous online casino website I have ever experienced. They won't let you bet when it's winning big. But they will let you bet when it's a lose. This is really funny. Last night I was playing live baccarat on leovegas, I played big on banker and perfect pair (4000dkk + 350dkk), and it was banker and perfect pair. The winning should be around 12000 dkk on that round. But my bet was declined. I took the screenshot, and decide to report it later. I played again, same bet, on banker. It was banker again. And my bet was declined. The third around, the same. It was a long banker. For me, it equals almost 20000 dkk winning being decline for no reason. I took all the screenshots (really wish I can share it here, but I didn't find where to upload pictures). I was really angry and reported to the customer service. They said they don't know what happened, and will report to their supplier. Asking me to wait for a reply. Okay, I will delete this review if they give me back my winning, or at least a decent solution. So I continued playing last night. Later it's all normal, like nothing happened. I lost the rest. It's ok to lose, this is gamble afterall. But, this is ridiculous that my large winning bets are precisely declined. If I don't receive a reply, this review will stay here, and I will definitely report the case to Danske Spillemyndighed (the Danish Gamble Board).

If there are enough complaints to the Gambling Commission and the Information Commissioner's Office, they might start complying with the law.The Gambling Commission say that, unless there is a genuine money laundering concern, bookmakers should never ask for ID after you've made a withdrawal. It should all be done before they allow you to bet.The Information Commissioners Office say that you only need to supply one form of ID (passport or driving licence will do) and you can send your subject access request by any method you choose (email, live chat, letter by post etc).Refusing to give you your data is illegal but they don't appear to care about the law.

Leovegas still refusing to provide me with information requested through a SAR even though it relates to an ongoing complaint for social responsibility failings. I emailed them several times to chase up the requested information and their reaction to my emails is to block them completely. I then emailed them off another email and they have now blocked that 1 as well. I have requested help from the ICO because A1 states on their website that companies must be transparent at all time when dealing with customers data and must be able to provide it upon request. I dont think Leovegas know just how much I know about the laws and my rights as a consumer. They can continue to run and avoid dealing with issues but they cant hide forever. I will continue to pursue matters for years if I have to until I expose the truth and get the right outcome. I will never give up when I have been done wrong. My advice to anyone is to avoid any site within the LEOVEGAS group they are criminals and liars. AVOID !!! AVOID !!! AVOID !!!

LeoVegas is the worst of the worst when it comes to Online Casinos. I play them all and have never had this much trouble withdrawing money. Granted they all make it quite difficult. This is half of what they do. You can send them as much money as you want but if it ever pays out you must give them blood to prove it is you. This is pretty standard when it comes to online Casinos but LeoVegas is the worst of them. Their support is abysmal. Twice today I had the live chat support agent just drop off the chat and the third time during authenticating they asked obscure questions (Which device did you last log in on? Android/PC/MAC) until I got one incorrect and then said they couldn't help and email support. Which will take days to get back as well. If you are trying to gamble for entertainment then do not use LEOVEGAS. Will cause many many headaches.

21.co.uk (Leovegas) will not obey data protection law and will not adhere to the terms of their gambling licence.I have been trying to withdraw £109 from 21.co uk for about a year. Since then I have sent them photographs of my passport, a passport selfie, several bank statements, my old debit card (which had expired) and my new debit card. They refuse to return my money unless I go to my bank and get them to sign a letter confirming it is my old bank card.All this happened because my debit card expired. 21.co.uk can clearly see that my old and new bank card both have the same account number and sort code. They have acknowledged that I own my new debit card but want proof that I also owned my old one !! It beggars belief.They are in direct contravention of their gambling licence which states that a bookmaker must not ask for additional ID when a customer makes a withdrawal if they could reasonably have asked for it previously.They are also in beach of GDPR as they refuse to supply my data despite me sending them six forms of ID.I have reported them to IBAS, The UKGC and the ICO.

Issued LEOVEGAS GRP with a SAR for information relating to an ongoing complaint. They are point blank refusing to release this information as it would expose their failings. All I get from them is they are not dealing with my complaint any longer. They constantly try to direct me to IBAS in the hope that I ask them to adjudicate. IBAS have no remit to adjudicate on social responsibility failings but LEOVEGAS already know this hence the reason they keep pushing that narrative. It is now in the hands of the ICO and the Gambling commission so my advice to anyone using or considering using the sites in the LEOVEGAS grp...AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!! THEY ARE CRIMINAL AND LIARS !!!!

Apaling for an online casino. I requested a cooling of period after making a withdrawel. I got in touch asking how long withdrawel will take as it had been a few days. I was told I had to verify my account befor funds would be released. Which I did and now they are telling me to wait for the relevant team to get back to me via email. Those exact words have been said repeatedly to me now aswell as locking my account. That's 60 pounds of my money I am not expecting to recieve.

Had a final response from Leovegas group regarding a complaint. I obviously did not agree with the outcome so I requested that they provide more clarity in how they reached their decision and also submitted them with a few questions through a SAR. I spoke with a guy named Daniel who was responsible for complaints and he was adamant that their final response was the end of matters and that they would not be communicating with me any longer. As for the the SAR they totally refuse to deal with my request. In the UK it is law that all companies must be transparent and provide any information you require once issued with a request. This information was needed as part of my ongoing complaint so you can see why LEOVEGAS are refusing to provide it as it would show their failings. I have now lodged an official complaint with the ICO and am awaiting a response. I cannot stress enough just how dodgy this brand is they lie they break the law and they refuse to co-operate. Avoid the LEOVEGAS group at all costs !! Trust pilot cant you make a zero star an option as giving these muppets 1 star kills me ?

Do not use LEOVEGAS or any other site operating within their group BET UK... 21.CO.UK . They are a bunch of lying crooks and will do anything to avoid taking responsibility for their failings. Social responsibility is 1 of their biggest failures and they will deny any wrong doing and make the customer shoulder the blame every time, The site itself is garbage and the slots will rob you blind. My first time playing at this online casino last year. I was fortunate enough to win. They asked me for certain documents to which I fully complied. They kept saying that my documents weren't accepted, the picture was not to their standards, after 11 photos later, they then came up with other exuses. I contacted the Ontario Lotto Gaming commission after 10 days or so of going back and forth and not having has my winnings paid to me. Finally, they paid me. Essentally, a NIGHTMARE! They finally paid me after 2 weeks of nothing but aggravation! I QUICKLY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND NEVER WILL GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS SITE AGAIN.

I went to try and withdraw the winnings only to be told my account was suspended. 3 weeks of trying to understand what's taking so long, I have been now told that they are forfeited my winning and not paying them, they apparently don't have to give a reason why - disgusting behaviour, not even a explanation. I have used many sites so I understand the verification side of things so when asked more than happy to provide, upon doing so was then told I was in breach of use using a friends card to deposit at the time due to only having my credit card on me, they accepted the payment and let me spend my money like everything was fine account was showing as verified then I went to withdraw fund after having a nice time playing. Then the problems began tried logging in to see how the withdrawal was going the account showed as suspended contact cs team them bunch of robots couldn't help so send you away to wait on an email I have now done a reverse charge on the bank as I have not been given the service I was suppose to and not provided anything! Be warned people this site is not the one!
