Never use. I added an amount to my account and they charged me nearly 10% more. I complained saying they had charged me in dollars rather than Norwegian crowns. They denied this. Beware and use at your own risk - unreliable, unprofessional and unpredictable

I didn't play much here because I find they promo hard to understand and pretty lame compared to other online casinos and also wasn't lucky on this one but that isn't there fault :PFor withdrawal I could not tell you anything since like I've said never been lucky enough on this one.

worst casino ever. played several times and deposit after deposit happens with no winnings and no bonus game either. The games feel rigged in Leovega's favor. the games lag a lot too. Spin after spin and only crap wins. save your money and bet it on other casinos if you are going to play because here you will not get any winnings. if you deposit €100 as an example, it goes straight down to €0. i get frustrated and angry with pranksters and leovegas are pranksters. I am a big big player and any other casino that I usually play at has much more winnings and you get into bonus games often. As a customer who was very happy with Leo Vegas for years, after my recent and ongoing experience, it is a bad as bad gets.Several days ago I deposited $800 dollars. I won $20,000 (not uncommon for me). I then attempted to withdraw $4,000 of it. They immediately requested additional information to verify my account.I have uploaded everything requested, passport, bank statement, proof of payment, utility bill, etc. Everything is accurate and corresponds with one another.They will not release my withdrawal. Here's how it's been going: Sorry, we need more info, I submit it, it's approved, then they ask for something else. Once I provide that, they approve it, then revert back to asking for the same document that I've previously submitted.This has been going on for days, and I've spent over four hrs on live chat trying to get the matter resolved. Yesterday, the chat agent said that they only need my bank statement showing that the deposits I made to Leo Vegas came from my account. I uploaded them, then was told to write back tomorrow (this morning) since the person who needed to review the document was not in. I patiently waited until this morning, and saw that was document was approved and that my account was fully verified (as it has been 99% of the time). I then open a live chat with the same rep I spoke to yesterday, and immediately my account was no longer verified that they requested more information again, the same information that I had previously provided that was approved. I uploaded again, then, as per yesterday, she says "I'm sorry to do this to you again", but the department is not available today to approve it. Again!So tomorrow morning it will be approved and I'll be fully verified. Then when I contact support it will start all over again. They be un-verify me and ask for the bank statement again, that was already approved, proof of payment again that was already approved, etc.This has happened fifteen different times. I submit, they approve, then ask for more, they approve, then go back and ask for something that I've already provided.They will not pay me. I have literally submitted everything requested and their practices are too obvious. I have all chat transcripts and documents I've uploaded. I've literally given them access to all of my personal and financial information and they continue to play these games.Fortunately I'm a succesful guy and have the means to move forward legal action. Additionally, I am filing a criminal police report since their practices are completely obvious and fraudulent.I don't have any more time to waste on this. I've spent my entire long weekend trying to have this resolved and its resulted in a marigold round.I'm disgusted with Leo Vegas. Their actions are shameful.Denis

All dead spins contacted Leo Vegas to as for my RTP and was told they are not willing to give this information, even though its a legal player accessible stat.I have now reported this company as I feel they do not comply to the RTP stated or do they consider customers opinions or concerns. There is clearly winning restrictions or account manipulation in play here, I have also contacted PGsoft about this issue.My advise for anyone just joining or looking to join is don't. I quess I play elsewhere then. I thought that Leo Vegas would have been good place to play but nooo. I lost over 6000€ last month. Tried to deposit today and got error message payment declined. After several times asking customer support they told my account is in some kind of random review. They even couldn't give me a time frame how long it would take. But no problem I happily spend my money example in Unibet.

These guys are great, they give freebies fairly regularly. I never had an issue using the bonuses. I've never dealt with their finance team yet which is where I've found lots of casinos give the run around but I've never had a good enough win to cash out so if it's easy I'll change review to 5 stars

So I decided to sign up to self-exclude myself for 6 months on LeoVegas almost a year has passed since that, after chatting with customer support they have decided I didnt choose long enough so they give me a lifetime exclusion! I think this is within my rights i always enjoyed LeoVegas its just a shame how fast I lost my love for you guys. Everybody has rights to spend there hard earned money how they like but the safer gambling team dont think so! So theres my review on LeoVegas, ill just enjoy the other betting sites :)

I give Leo vegas 4 stars because I have had many years of great safe gambling and service from Leo vegas. Withdrawing has never been a problem. That is the 4 stars rating. Over the last year however I have encountered disappointment in service. I would only rate the casino 2 stars these days... I haven't had a bonus loaded via the chat team in months and months I continue to get a BIG FAT NO. everytime I ask. I was asked to verify a card that I no longer use.. And it has long been removed from my payment methods because its no longer my deposit method.. I emailed to Leo vegas complaining that I was asked this when my account has been completely verified only 6 months beforehand, whilst withdrawing a large win. The response was that I had to verify the card. This card hadn't been used on over a year and is not listed as a method to pay and to be requested to verify this after those key points is obsurd. So unfortunately I don't play on Leo vegas very often now due to lack of bonuses given, no free spins ever that aren't deposit first ones. And requests to verify an already verified account. (I have previously verified my account over 3 times with them and am sick of being asked to do this!

I had an inquiry about my first withdrawal as there was conflicting information on LeoVegas VS the third party who verifies users before they are allowed to send out the first payment. I was concerned about the evidence I sent and hoped that it would be sufficient, as I wasn't comfortable sending in certain things, and I contacted Leo for support. The lady who spoke with me was extremely well spoken, polite, and courteous throughout her service, and when she needed help, she was clear that she was waiting to hear from another agent, but continued to help me, and kept me on hold. They may have expediated the authentication, and before long I was told all was well and clear, and my withdrawal was approved.

If you’d like to withdraw, then I wouldn’t bother. Quick enough to let me deposit but when I want to withdraw they need me to show an OLD card from a year ago. So much stress, especially when you have bills to pay.The reviews speak for themselves. Decided to close my account so I can just forget about it. Luckily it’s only £50. Thank god.Just found out they got fined for withholding customers money! Do they not learn! Guarantee they just send the same generic reply to everyone they refuse to pay out.

First time i waited 5 days they said it didn't work wait another 5 days so have done still no money ive had to upload 3 bank statements to prove i haven't got the money. This is absolutely disgusting stolen money and wont refund online chat gives different excuses everyday.

I have used leovegas multiple times at first you seem to win not high amounts but you feel at least it’s something but after a few months the wins are few and far or you win less then you bet personally I wouldn’t recommend leovegas but if you do use it don’t get sucked in as I did

This site is an absolute joke. They were happy to take deposits from my cards but when I tried to withdraw funds they suddenly become really concerned that my cards belonged to me. They wanted proof that my expired card was actually mine and asked for a letter from my bank to prove it. They have happily accepted over £100 from my cards but now won't pay out. They are a disgrace.
