Honestly the most blatant rip off merchants in town..grossPlated Eye of horus megaways for a week on and off, deposited over £300 only playing this, finally get the bonus today and I won 24p.....how is that even possible? Baring in mind the only wins I got in between were 4p and 2p wins, my top drop was 28p...I have played so much money betting 60p and then when down to 20p till finally I went down to 10p and that's when the bonus came in..how strange?? ?? After uploaded all the ID and documents, my account was verify and updated. Even so I still ask online help to see if my account is good to go and if I'm going to have any issues with deposits or withdrawal. They said everything is good. After losing 1000 Canadian dollars, I finally won big on a 10 dollars bet. Got almost 4k so time for a withdrawal, then the problem appears. They asked to upload more documents, after I upload all the required documents then I have to wait for them to review it.The next day I tried to log on to leovegas acc and realized my acc is blocked. I closed my account after experiencing glitches in several games. Before I closed my account I requested to withdraw a small amount of money. About $36. I reached out to customer service today to see if I could get a status on my withdrawal. The agent (Shaun) first told me that my account wasn’t closed- which is weird because I closed it last week. But ok? Then he told me my withdrawal was denied (probably because I haven’t submitted all my documents, which is understandable. I saw a note in my account before saying that I didn’t need to submit anything at the time and if they needed it, they would reach out) But then... he said I should be able to log in. I told him I was not able to because my account was locked. He proceeded to tell me twice about how my account doesn’t have any locks on it. But yet I get the error messages every time I try. He then tried to get me to do some troubleshooting by clearing my history, cache, and cookies. So I did just that. When I came back into the chat, he said I lied about doing the troubleshooting and that I should’ve been disconnected from him. Everything was closed and cleared on my end, and I know how to do this properly. As soon as I did the troubleshooting I proceeded to get to the website again and went through the prompts to get into the live chat, where I was faced with Shaun again. I make websites for a living. So the fact that he had so much distrust in me completing the troubleshooting is insanely silly. I told Shaun that I knew what I was doing, and of course, he gave me a snarky reply. So professional. And all over some small cash too. I made sure to take screenshots too. Just in case.Believe your customers when they tell you that your website isn’t working! Highly recommended Play Amo though!

There are plenty of legit casino sites out there... 19/07 had an interesting email exchange with my MP about these casino companies using money-laundering legislation to hold on to punters` winnings - asking for i.d. checks upon withdrawal instead of pre-deposit. Promised he will look into this further and into Leo Vegas` UK operating license. Hopefully we can put these rogue casino sites out of business.

They should pay minimum amounts for bonus's and make it fair time to get them otherwise what is the point in getting bonus's which is what people play for. Take my advice people and stay away from this site and ladbrokes as they are the same online company paying you winnings and taking your money. This is a scam online by these company's so you have been warned and I hope the gambling commission investigates them properly.

Leo Vegas didn't send almost 1500 dollars and on the top of that they keep on deducted money from my card. Basically stealing money with small amount like 13 dollars or so. Utterly disgusting. I have file a complaint against them in Ontario gaming complaint center. I hope they can resolve this issue. Please do not use leo Vegas website for gambling. Olg is much better and trustworthy.
