I put in for a withdrawel for £1000 Almost immediately i had a phone call from customer services asking how i was etc And then the crunch!! Where do i get my money??? and now they want to see my bank account ( i pay by PayPal and they have that evidence) i said NO i am not letting you have access to my sensitive docs I was scammed before for a considerable amount of money after supplying said docs before .They have my photo id and address proof and now they are saying they will not put the withdrawel through unless i give them the proof of income I did notice that whilst i was depositing no proof was needed Only now i want to withdraw Scam or not ? I am 72 years old I have been gambling for over 50 years and gave never come across this before….I do hope they resolve it I really don't like writing bad things about online sites…ps the answer from Leovegas is a stock answerIf he cannot help why is he invoved?….. I have now received my withdrawel but am banned from the site..Not nice!

They just stole money from me. I made a withdraw, it got approved, then I never received the money. Every time you chat with an agent they tell you something different….they need paperwork, funds are back in my account, problem has been escalated…none of which is true. They don’t respond to your emails so I guess I just have to let them steal it. Please don’t ever use this site. It is a complete and utter shady, shifty scam.

One of the worst site I’ve ever used, I submit documents multiple times and they all get approved except one but without reason so they won’t release funds, quick to take your money but will find any excuse not to process your winnings. Find a better casino

Hey I withdrew $9095 on your site on July 28th 2021, for the first time I withdrew a new type of way which was direct deposit since it was a large amount. Fast forward 3 days I contacted one of your agents to make sure I submitted all the right information and they confirmed and said everything was good. So I waited another 2 days now its been 5 business days, I contact the agent again now they said there was something wrong with our finance team that releases the funds and it should be stored out and that I should get my money by Friday(Aug 6th) and latest Aug 9th which is Monday, I wake up to check my bank account and there was no deposit i contacted a guy he said that I need to submit proof of funds to see that I didn't get the money, which I don't understand the past week all your agents said everything was fine and that there was fault on your end and now all of sudden you guys want me to submit proof that i haven't received my money! Anyhow the proof of funds got approved and he said I should get an update hasn't gotten any updates, so i message an agent again right now as I am typing this and he says the money has been approved and sent out on JULY 28th!! and told me to contact my provider I have been contacting my provider which is TD bank every day asking them if they see any money coming in and the answer is always no! and what's worse is he says that he has to escalate this situation and says to wait I wait and he comes back and says "sorry for the inconvenience I have to end the chat" so basically what happened here is I got scammed by a LICENCED WEBSITE ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! every agent I talk to has a different story all they say is summit all these documents they all get approved and then they don't know what do to, it's been 2 weeks I haven't gotten my money I am concerned that I just got scammed, all these agents are giving me a different story i just want my winnings this is rediculous!! and no one has gotten back to any of my emails!!!

It's almost impossible to cash out on this casino site, Plain and simple. They ask for more details which I provided but they still never allowed me to cash out. The only way I was able to get my funds out of their clutches was by reporting them to REFUndcart. I made a complain on their site and they helped get my funds to me.

Make the math yourself:

I had 872 DKK on my account (after acouple of weeks winning and losses).

Got an offer today 28th of july 2021 – deposit 100, wager 10 x = 1000 and get 50 freespin on Book of Destiny – (worth 100).

Deposited 100.

After wagering most of the 1000 on Starburst I changed to another slot hoping I at least could stay above my initial deposit – TOO many spins not even coming close to decent RTP on Starburst.

Wagering 1000 I ended up having 647 on my account. Loss 972 – 647 = 325!

Loss = almost one third of my wagers! RTP close to as little as 67%. And not even close to 96%!

Worst is yet to come.

It's obvious from the reviews that LeoVegas are definitely scammers. They never allowed me to cash in my winnings twice. Their support staff are also so unhelpful. I was only able to get my winnings after reporting them to REFUNdcart. I made a complain on their site and they were able to handle my case. I am so grateful.

I made a withdrawal for $731 Canadian, at first I was able to withdraw a small amount of $98 which I never had problems with, I sent them my ID, my card, proof of address prior to this and got an email that my account has been verified. so there I try to process another withdrawal and they kept on asking same information and locked my account out of no where. I kept on chatting with customer support but they are not helping me. They said the was a concerning comment made on he live table when I never chat anything bad. I play on various online casinos and have always been very careful with my money, I never spend more than I can afford and deposit £20 a week maximum. I have played on leovegas for years now with no issues. Then suddenly I receive an email saying my account has been locked until I send three months of bank statements for them to go through and proof of my income. I understand that they are allowed to do this but I just don’t understand why they require this of me when I spend so little with them. I sent proof of my inheritance that I transfer small amounts from but this wasn’t sufficient apparently so my account has been closed. Their loss as there are plenty of other places to play that aren’t so intrusive. I’m not happy with them sifting through all my finances for the sake of spending 20 quid a week on slots that I can play at a hundred other websites. I will stick with Paddy and ladbrokes who actually want my money.

This is not a brought message lol 😂 excellent service and awesome range of games! Started with 100 got up to about 25,000 then down to 16.. then cashed out and the winnings were in my nz acc within 3 days.. first withdrawl took about 20 hours to complete but then I got ahold of one of the customer support guys and it was accepted and all my other withdrawels were accepted within 4 hours. Leovegas was a decent company until late last month and it showed me what a scam company they are. Disabled my wallet with over $17200 in it for no reason and support couldn't help after days of no reply. This is a cassino trying to steal your money. They ask you all the time for deposit benefits, but it's impossible to withdraw money from there. You send your documents correctly and then they accept it, but when you try to withdraw your money, they ask all your papers again and again and no money!!! Don't be cheated. I have won more than 31 thousand Brazilian reais, but my emotions were overturned with this difficulty to withdraw and I ended up losing all the money. Just loss, no profit. 1. You false accused me of gambling problems which is totally false. The reason why I was having a break is this I didn’t update my account and illness. I recently moved from East ravendale to Accrington Lancashire. I don’t have Internet access from August 2018 to November 2018 and didn’t update my Leo Vegas account.

2. Your emails from resolver.co.uk are very abusive and all I do operated a policy called Unacceptable Behaviour and aggression policy. Your complaint department was telling deception lies to me. Saying that I have gambling issues which is totally false.

The stories are true. They're con artists. I deposit money, go to withdraw the same money I deposited (no bonus) and they don't have any withdraw methods. They will then slow you down with KYC. They will then slow you down with incompatible payment method. They will then slow you down with a pending transfer which doesn't complete. All in all they take your money and will make you spend a couple months to get it back, if you care enough. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE there are good gaming companies available.

Ive seen so many negative reviews, but for me LeoVegas is probably my favorite casino. Never had any problems and when I cashout the money is in my account in like 30 minutes. One issue with my is that the promotions/bonuses are not that great, but maybe they do something with that. LeoVegas thanks!
